Sastojci: 600g integralnog brašna, 125 g margarina (sobne temperature, na kocke isecen), 200ml belog vina, 200ml ulja, 200g suncokreta, 150g susama, 50 g semenki konoplje, 10 g praška za pecivo, 1 kašičica soli.
Priprema:
1. Pomesati sve suve sastojke.
2. Dodati ulje, vino i margarin i sve dobro sjediniti.
3. Obikovati u valjak.
4. Uviti u foliju.
5. Staviti u frižider na 30 minuta.
6. Razviti testo debljine 0.5 cm do 1 cm.
7. Modlom ili čašom vaditi krekere ili iseci nozem zeljene oblike.
8. Stavljati na pleh obložen papirom za pečenje.
9. Rernu zagrejati na 190 C i peci oko 20 do 30 minuta, zavisno od debljine.

Preparation
1. Mix all the dry ingredients.
2. Add oil, wine and margarine and mix everything well.
3. Develop in a log.
4. Wrap in foil.
5. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
6. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm to 1 cm.
7. Use a mold or a glass to remove crackers or cut the desired shapes with a knife.
8. Place on a tray lined with baking paper.
9. Heat the oven to 190 C and bake for about 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the thickness.
