Cokoladni biskvit 2 (Chocolate biscuit 2)

Sastojci: 6 jaja (sobne temperature), 6 kašika šećera, 6 kašika brašna, 3 kašike ulja, 3 kašike kakaa, 10 g praška za pecivo.

Potrebno: mikser rucni ili sa posudom ili mutilica za belanca, pleh 25x25 cm.

Priprema:

0. Pomesati brasno, prasak za pecivo i kakao.

1. Pazljivo odvojiti belanca od zumanaca.

2. Penasto umutiti belanca sa secerom, mikserom ili mutilicom.

3. Dodati jedno po jedno zumance i mutiti posle svakog dodavanja.

4. Dodati mesavinu brasna i promesati kasikom.

5. Na kraj dodati ulje i promesati.

6. Pleh obloziti.papirom za pecenje ili namazati uljem ili margarinom (kockica) i blago posuti brasnom.

7. Sipati smesu u pleh i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 15 minuta ili dok cackalica umetnuta u sredinu biskvita ne izadje cista (ako ima testa na cackalici peci jos nekoliko minuta).

8. Izvaditi iz rerne, pokriti krpom i ostaviti da se ohladi.

Ingredients: 6 eggs (room temperature), 6 tablespoons of sugar, 6 tablespoons of flour, 3 tablespoons of oil, 3 tablespoons of cocoa, 10 g of baking powder.

Needed: hand or stand mixer, whisk for egg whites, 10x10 inches baking pan.

Preparation:

0. Mix flour, baking powder and cocoa.

1. Carefully separate the egg whites from the egg yolks.

2. Beat egg whites with sugar until foamy with hand or stand mixer or whisk for egg yolks.

3. Add egg yolks one by one and beat after each addition using a mixer or whisk.

4. Add the flour mixture and mix with a spoon.

5. At the end, add oil and mix.

6. Line the baking pan with baking paper or spread with oil or margarine (cube) and lightly sprinkle with flour.

7. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the biscuit comes out clean (if there is dough on the toothpick, bake for a few more minutes).

8. Remove from the oven, cover with a cloth and leave to cool.
