Cokoladna plazma torta (Chocolate plasma lane cake)

Sastojci: biskvit od belanaca i oraha, za preliv kore - 100 g čokolade, 30 ml mleka, za fil - 4 žumanca, 1 L mleka, 120 g pudinga od vanile (u prahu), 100 g šećera, 250 g margarina (sobne temperature), 120 g šećera u prahu, 200 g čokolade, 200 g mlevenog plazma keksa, za ukrasavanje - umucen slag ili mleveni orasi, mleveni keks I rendana cokoladna.

Priprema:

0. Izlomiti cokoladu na kocke.

1. Pripremiti biskvit od belanaca i oraha.

2. Pomesati puding, šećer i 200 ml mleka i promesati da nema grudvica.

3. Dodati žumanca I promesati.

4. Ostatak mleka staviti da provri. Smanjiti temperaturu na srednju (4) i dodati mesavinu pudinga i mesajuci kuvati nekoliko minuta dok se ne zgusne.

5. Podeliti na dva dela 

6. U jedan deo odmah dodati cokoladu (200g) i mesati da se otopiti i sjedini.

7. Ostaviti oba dela da se ohlade na sobnoj temperaturi, mesajuci povremeno da se ne uhvati korica.

8. Penasto umutiti secer u prahu i margarin. Podeliti na dva dela.

9. Dodavati zuti puding u margarin po dve kasike i mutiti posle svakog dodavanja.

10. Ovom filu dodati plazma keks I promesati da se sjedini.

Ako vam se učini da je masa pregusta sipajte malo mleka i opet promesajte.

11. Dodavati cokoladni puding u margarin po dve kasike i mutiti posle svakog dodavanja.

12. Otopiti cokoladu za preliv sa mlekom.

 13. Premazati preko kore. Ostaviti malo da se stegne.

14. Namazati krem sa plazmom.

15. Premazati cokoladnim kremom.

16. Ukrasiti slagom ili posuli sa mlevenim orasima, mlevenim keksom i rendanog čokoladom.

17. Ostaviti u frizider nekoliko sati.


Ingredients: biscuit dough with made egg whites and walnuts, for the topping of the biscuit dough - 100 g of chocolate, 30 ml of milk, for the filling - 4 egg yolks, 1 L of milk, 120 g of vanilla pudding (powdered), 100 g of sugar, 250 g of margarine (room temperature), 120 g of powdered sugar, 200 g of chocolate, 200 g of ground plasma biscuits, for decoration - whipped cream or ground walnuts, ground biscuits and grated chocolate.

Preparation:

0. Break the chocolate into cubes.

1. Prepare a biscuit dough with egg whites and walnuts.

2. Mix the pudding, sugar and 200 ml of milk and stir until there are no lumps.

3. Add egg yolks and stir.

4. Boil the rest of the milk. Reduce the temperature to medium (4) and add the pudding mix and cook stirring for a few minutes until it thickens.

5. Divide into two parts.

6. Immediately add chocolate (200g) to one part and stir until it melts and combines.

7. Leave both parts to cool at room temperature, stirring occasionally to prevent the crust on the top.

8. Beat powdered sugar and margarine until foamy. Divide into two parts.

9. Add the yellow pudding to the margarine two spoons at a time and beat after each addition.

10. Add the plasma biscuits to this filling and stir to combine.

If it seems to you that the mass is too thick, pour a little milk and stir again.

11. Add the chocolate pudding to the margarine two tablespoons at a time and beat after each addition.

12. Melt chocolate for topping with milk. 

13. Spread over the crust. Leave to set a little.

14. Spread cream with plasma.

15. Spread with chocolate cream filling over plasma cream filling.

16. Decorate with whipped cream or sprinkle with ground nuts, ground biscuits and grated chocolate.

17. Leave in the refrigerator for several hours.
