Domace ovseno mleko (Homemade oat milk)

Sastojci: 80 g ovsenih pahuljica, 710 ​​ml hladne filtrirane vode, 2 kašičice ekstrakta vanile + 4 urme ili 2 kasicice meda ili agavinog sirupa i prstohvat soli,

Priprema:

1. Sipajte ovsene pahuljice, vodu, ekstrakt vanile, urme i so u blender i blendirajte na najjačoj brzini dok ne postane glatko.

2. Procedite ovseno mleko tako što ćete ga sipati kroz kesicu za ovseno mleko (ili gazu) u posudu. Rukama iscedite mleko iz kesice za ovseno mleko ili gazu.

3. Bacite ovsenu pulpu.

4. Ako koristite med ili agavin sirup, prvo napravite ovsene pahuljice i vodu. Zatim procedite mleko. Zatim vratite ovseno mleko u blender i dodajte med ili agavin sirup.

5. Stavite u frizider ovseno mleko dok se ne ohladi.

6. Čuvajte ovseno mleko u frižideru 2 dana.

7. Dobro promućkajte pre upotrebe.

Napomene

Ovo mleko se ne može zagrejati, osim ako ne želite gusto, želatinasto mleko.


Ingredients: 80 g rolled oats

710 ml cold filtered water, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract + 4 medjool dates or 2 teaspoons honey or agave syrup and a pinch of salt, 

Preparation:

1. Pour the oats, water, vanilla extract, dates and salt into a blender and blend on high until smooth.

2. Strain the oat milk by pouring it through a nut milk bag (or cheese cloth) into a bowl. Use your hands to squeeze the milk out of your nut milk bag. 

3. Discard the oat pulp. 

4. If you are using honey or agave syrup, first make the oats and water. Then strain the milk. Then pour the oat milk back into your blender and blend in honey or agave syrup.

5. Refrigerate oat milk until chilled.

6. Store oat milk in the refrigerator for 2 days. 

7. Shake thoroughly before using.

Notes

This milk can’t be heated up, unless you want a thick, gelatinous milk.
