Sastojci: 4 kriške slanine, 1 krompir, 1 paprika, 4 jaja, 80 g čedar sira (rendanog), 4 kukuruzne tortilje, meksički zeleni sos, 1 ½ kašike maslinovog ulja, ¼ crnog luka (sitno iseckanog), 1 avokado (isečen), so i biber po ukusu.
Priprema:
1. Pržite slaninu u tiganju dok ne postane hrskava. Stavite je na papirni ubrus da upije višak ulja. Umutite jaja.
2. Iseckajte krompir, a zatim ga iscedite. Bacite tečnost.
3. Očistite papriku i isecite je na tanke trakice.
4. Zagrejte ulje u širokom tiganju na srednjoj vatri (4). Dodajte crni luk i pržite dok se ne karamelizuje, stalno mešajući.
5. Dodajte krompir i papriku, pa začinite prstohvatom soli i bibera. Pržite, često mešajući, dok paprike ne omekšaju, a krompir ne počne da rumeni, 8 do 10 minuta.
6. Smanjite vatru na najnižu (2) i dodajte jaja i pržite minut ili dva.
6. Kada su jaja skoro gotova, sklonite tiganj sa vatre i dodajte cedar sir i pržite dok se sir ne otopi.
7. Zagrejte tortilje u tiganju.
8. Podelite jaja, krompir i paprike između tortilja. Dodajte slaninu i kriške avokada. Prelijte meksičkim zelenim sosom salsa verde.
9. Ako želite, možete propržiti luk odvojeno. Dodajte ga pre slanine.
Ingredients: 4 slices bacon, 1 potato, 1 bell pepper, 4 eggs, 80 g cheddar cheese (shredded), 4 corn tortillas or tortillas from buckwheat flour, Mexican green sauce salsa verde, 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil, ¼ onion (finely chopped), 1 avocado (sliced).

6. Turn the heat to low (2) and add the eggs and fry for a minute or two.
6. When the eggs are almost done, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cheese and fry until the cheese melts.
7. Warm up tortillas in a skillet.
8. Divide the eggs, potatoes, and peppers between tortillas. Add bacon and avocado slices. Top it with Mexican green sauce salsa verde.
9. If you want, you can fry the onion separately. Add it before bacon.
