Neskvik nepecena torta (Nesquik no bake cake)

Sastojci: za podlogu - 250 grama mlevenog keksa,150 - 200 ml mleka, 2 kašike neskvika, 60 g margarina, za fil - 800 g malina ili kupina, 4 kašika šećera, 60 g gustina, 60 g margarina (otopljen, malo ohladjen), neskvik krem za kolace, za dekoraciji - 200 ml pavlake za slag, 1 kašika neskvika.

Priprema:

1. Mleveni keks preliti sa mlekom.

2. Dodati neskvik I margarin i rukama umesiti. 

Ako je suvo dodati jos 50 ml mleka.

3. Kalup za tortu prečnika 26 cm obložiti papirom za pecenje.

4. Staviti smesu za podlogu I izravnati. Ostaviti u frižider.

5. Izgnjeciti maline ili kupine I procediti. U vocni sok prosejati gustin. Dodati secer I kuvati dok se ne zgusne. Pomesati sa vocnim pireom I sjediniti.

6. Pripremiti neskvik krem.

7. Umutiti pavlaku za šlag sa neskvikom.

8. Premazati podlogu sa neskvik kremom.

9. Poredjati vocni pire preko neskvik krema.

9. Preko staviti neskvik slag.

Ingredients: for the base - 250 grams of ground biscuits, 150 ml - 200 ml of milk, 2 tablespoons of nesquik, 60 g of margarine, for the filling - 800 g of raspberries or blackberries, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 60 g of cornstarch, 60 g of margarine (melted, slightly cooled), nesquik cream for cakes, for decoration - 200 ml of whipping cream, 1 tablespoon nesquik.

Preparation:

1. Pour the ground biscuit with milk.

2. Add nesquik and margarine and knead with your hands.

If it is dry, add another 50 ml of milk.

3. Line a 26 cm diameter cake mold with baking paper.

4. Put the base mixture and level it. Leave in the fridge.

5. Mash the raspberries or blackberries and strain. Sift the cornstarch into the fruit juice. Add sugar and cook until it thickens. Mix with fruit puree and combine.

6. Prepare the nesquik cream.

7. Whip the whipping cream with nesquik.

8. Coat the base with nesquik cream.

9. Arrange the fruit cream on top of the nesquik cream.

9. Put nesquik whipping cream on top.
