Pita puzici sa spanacem (Spinach snails pie)

Sastojci: testo iz recepta Kako razviti koru preko celog stola, za fil - 600 g spanaća (svežeg ili smrznutog), 250 g belog mrvljenog sira ili svapskog sira, 200 g kajmaka ili brzog kajmaka  ili maskarpone sira, 5 g soli, malo mleka za razređivanje smese, ako je potrebno, 2 kašike ulja za koru.

Priprema:

1. Spanać prokuvajte kratko dok ne omekša, 2 do 3 minuta. Procedite kroz cediljku i isperite pod hladnom vodom. Zatim ga dobro iscedite rukama.

2. Dodajte beli mrvljeni sir ili svapski sir i kajmak ili maskarpone sir.

Ako vaš sir nema soli, možete dodati 5 g soli.

3. Dobro promešajte rukom.

Ruka je mnogo bolja nego kašika :)

4. Ako je fil pregust, dodati 2 kašike mleka. Ali nemojte dodavati mnogo, ipak treba da bude gusto i ne tečno.

5. Podelite smesu za fil na dva dela, za dve kore koje pravimo.

Rasporedite malo smese oko obe ivice kore (15 do 20 cm), ostavljajući sredinu praznu. Možete rasporediti smesu po celoj kori ako želite.

6. Premažite uljem (2 kašike) ptazan deo.

7. Umotajte koru podižući stolnjak do sredine. Pređite na drugu stranu stola i umotajte koru na isti način.

8. Isecite koru po sredini i svaku rolnu prepolovite.

9. Umotajte pitu sa obe strane do sredine.

10. Isecite po sredini da biste dobili dve kifle.

11. Stavite pite u namazan pleh na papir za pečenje.

Pecite na 210°C oko 20 do 30 minuta, u zavisnosti od jačine vaše rerne.

12. Izvadite ih. Poprskati vodom. Pokrijte čistom kuhinjskom krpom i ostavite da se ohladi.

Preparation:

1. Boil the spinach just briefly until it softens and strain through a sieve and rinse under cold water. Then squeeze it well with your hands.

2. Add white crumbled cheese or cottage cheese and kaymak or mascarpone cheese.

If your cheese doesn't have salt you can add 5 g of salt.

3. Mix well with your hand.

Hand is much better than a spoon :)

4. If the filling is too thick, 2 tablespoons of milk. But don't add much, it still needs to be thick and not runny.

5. Divide the filling mixture into two parts, for the two crusts we are making.

Spread some of the mixture around the both edges of the crust (15 to 20 cm), leaving the middle empty. You can spread the mixture all over the crust if you want.

6. Smear oil (2 tbsps) to empty part of the crust with oil.

7. Wrap the crust by lifting the tablecloth, to the middle. Go to other side of the table and roll the crust the same way.

8. Cut the crust in the middle and cut each roll in half.

9. Wrap the pie from both sides to the middle. 

10. Cut in the middle to get two rolls.

11. Place the pies in an oiled pan on baking paper.

Bake at 210 C for about 20 minutes to 30 minutes, depending on your oven strength.

12. Take them out. Sprinkle with water. Cover with clean kitchen cloth and leave to cool.
