Sastojci: 60 g kakao praha (organskog, nezaslađenog), 200 g šećera, prstohvat soli, 125 ml hladne vode, 1 ½ kašičice ekstrakta vanile.
Priprema:
1. U šerpi pomešajte kakao prah i šećer dok se ne uklone sve grudvice.
2. Dodajte so i vodu i prokuvajte na srednje jakoj (5) vatri.
3. Smanjite na srednje slabu (3) vatru uz stalno mešanje. Krčkajte 30 sekundi. Sklonite sa vatre.
4. Ostavite da se ohladi.
5. Dodajte ekstrakt vanile i promešajte.
6. Sipajte u staklenu teglu i stavite u frižider dok vam ne zatreba.
Napomene:
Zgušnjavaće se dok se hladi.
Čuvati u frižideru do 10 dana.
Ponovo zagrejte pre serviranja.
Ingredients: 60 g cocoa powder (organic, unsweetened), 200 g sugar, small pinch of salt, 125 ml cold water, 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract.
Preparation:
1. In a saucepan, mix together the cocoa powder and the sugar until all lumps are removed.
2. Add the salt and the water and bring to a boil over medium high (5) heat.
3. Reduce to a medium low (3) heat stirring constantly. Simmer for 30 seconds. Remove from heat.
4. Let cool
5. Add vanilla extract and stir.
6. Pour into a glass jar and refrigerate until needed.
Notes:
It will thicken as it cools.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
Reheat before serving.
