Mafini sa ovsenim pahuljicama i bananom (Muffins with oat flakes and banana)

Dorucak

Sastojci: 165g ovsenih pahuljica, 1 banana, 1 jaje, 65g proteina, 85ml sojinog mleka (nezasladjenog), 2 kasicice lucuma praha, 1/4 kasicice cimeta, prstohvat sode bikarbone, 1/4 kasicice praska za pecivo, 2 kasicice kokosovog ulja (otpljenog), prstohvat soli, 3x 1 kasika putera od badema ili putera od indijskih oraha, 3 banane.

Priprema:

1) U blenderu samleti ovsene pahuljice. Bananu izgnjeciti viljuskom.

2) U ciniji pomesati ovseno brasno, bananu, jaje, protein, sojino mleko, lucuma prah, cimet, sodu bikarbonu, prasak za pecivo, kokosovo ulje i so. Promesati dobro da se sve sjedini.

3) U modlu za mafine staviti korpice ili papir za pecenje. Sipati smesu do 2/3 i peci u prethodno zagrajnoj rerni na 200C oko 20 do 30 minuta.

4) Posluziti 2 mafina sa 1 kasikom putera od badeema ili indijskih oraha i 1 bananom.

Breakfast

Ingredients: 165g oat flakes, 1 banana, 1 egg, 65g protein, 85ml soy milk (unsweetened), 2 teaspoons lucuma powder, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, a pinch of baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, 2 teaspoons coconut oil (melted), a pinch of salt, 3x 1 tablespoon almonf butter or cashews butter, 3 bananas.

Preparation:

1) Grind oat flakes in a blender. Mash the banana with a fork.

2) In a bowl, mix oat flour, banana, egg, protein, soy milk, lucuma powder, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, coconut oil and salt. Stir well to combine everything.

3) Place paper baskets or baking paper in the muffin tin. Pour the mixture to 2/3 and bake in a preheated oven at 200C for about 20 to 30 minutes.

4) Serve 2 muffins with 1 tablespoon almnd or cashews butter and 1 banana.
