Sastojci: 2x70g integralnih makarona, 2x 30g crnog pasulja + 2x 1/2 sargarepe + 2x komad korena celera, 2x 1/2 korena persuna + 2 lista lovora (suva), 2x 1/2 paradajza, 2x 50g pecurki, 2x 50g brokolija, 2x 1 kasika crnog luka, 2x 1 cen belog luka, 2x kasika paradajz paste, 2x 1 1/2 kasicice soka od limete ili limuna, 2x 1 kasicica mediteranskog zacina, 2x 1 kasicica avokado ulja.
Priprema:
1) Pasulj staviti u vodu i ostaviti preko noci. Ocediti. Isprati i ocediti. Paradajz oljustiti. Sargarepu, koren celera i koren persuna oljustiti. sargarepu i koren persuna iseci na kocke. Pecurke oprati i iseci na listice. Pripremiti brokoli. Crni i bel luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
2) U serpu staviti pasulj, sipati vodu da predje preko pasulja (otprilike 5 cm) i dodati ocisceno povrce i list lovora. Kuvati na srednjoj temperaturi (4) 2 sata povremeno dolivajuci vodu. Ocediti od tecnosti. Izvaditi koren celera i listove lovora.
3) Na ulju, na srednjoj temperaturi (4) prziti crni luk 5 minuta. Dodati beli luk i prziti jos 5 minuta. Dodati paradajz i pecurke i prziti. Dodati malo vode, poklopiti i krckati 5 minuta. Dodati sok od limete ili limuna i paradajz pastu. Promesati i krckati. Nakon 20 minuta dodati crni pasulj i brokoli i kuvati jos 10 minuta.
4) U serpu sipati vodu i na srednjoj temperaturi (4) pustiti da prokljuca. Dodati makarone i kuvati 12 do 15 minuta. Isprati hladnom vodom i ocediti.
5) U dve palsticne kutije staviti pola spageta i pola mesavine povrca.
7) Kada se ohladi cuvati u frizideru do 3 dana.
Ingredients: 2x70g integral macaroni, 2x 30g black beans + 2x 1/2 carrots + 2x piece of celery root, 2x 1/2 parsley root + 2 bay leaves (dried), 2x 1/2 tomato, 2x 50g mushrooms, 2x 50g broccoli, 2x 1 tablespoon onion, 2x 1 garlic, 2x tablespoons tomato paste, 2x 1 1/2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice, 2x 1 teaspoon mediterranean spice, 2x 1 teaspoon avocado oil.
Preparation:
1) Put the beans in water and leave overnight. Drain. Wash and drain. Peel a tomato. Peel a carrot, celery root and parsley root. Carrots and parsley root cut into cubes. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Prepare the broccoli. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely.
2) Put the black beans in a saucepan, pour water over the beans (approximately 5 cm) and add the cleaned vegetablesa nd bay leaves. Cook over medium heat (4) for 2 hours, occasionally adding water. Drain the liquid. Remove celery root and bay leaves.
3) Fry the onion in oil at a medium temperature (4) for 5 minutes. Add garlic and fry for another 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and mushrooms and fry. Add a little water, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add lime or lemon juice and tomato paste. Stir and simmer. After 20 minutes, add black beans and broccoli and cook for another 10 minutes.
4) Pour water into the pot and let it boil at a medium temperature (4). Add the pasta and cook for 12 to 15 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain.
5) Put half of the macaroni and half of the vegetable mixture in two plastic boxes.
7) When cool, store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
