Sastojci: 500g slatke pavlake, 4 zumanca, 2 kasike mlevene kafe, 100g mlevenh lesnika, 1 kasika secera u prahu.
Priprema:
1) Na srednjoj temperaturi (4) zagrejati pavlaku. Dodati cokoladu i kafu i pustiti da prokljuca. Dodati lesnike i promesati.
2) Umutiti jaja sa secerom na srednje niskoj temperaturi. Dodati masu od cokolade i pavlake i kuvati dok se ne zgusne (pazeci da ne prokljuca).
3) Mesati da se ohladi.
4) Sipati u posude i staviti u zamrzivac.
Ingredients: 500g heavy cream, 4 egg yolks, 2 tablespoons ground coffee, 100g ground hazelnuts, 1 tablespoon powdered sugar.
Preparing:
1) Heat the heavy over medium heat (4). Add chocolate and coffee and let it boil. Add hazelnuts and stir.
2) Whisk the eggs with sugar over medium-low heat. Add the chocolate and heavy cream mixture and cook until thickened (taking care not to boil).
3) Stir to cool.
4) Pour into bowls and place in freezer.
