Sastojci: 800g brasna + jos ako je potrebno, 250ml piva, 200ml ulja, 350g secera, 200g badema ili lesnika, 250g mlevenih oraha, 10g praska za pecivo, za sirup - 400g secera, 30g vanilin secera, 300ml vode, 2 kasike soka od limuna, mleveni orasi.
Priprema:
1) U brasno staviti prasak za pecivo i secer. Promesati.
2) Dodati pivo, ulje i mlevene orahe i promesati. Trebda dobijete gusce testo (srednje tvrso).
3) Na povrsinu sa malo brasno umesiti testo. Praviti kuglice. U svaku kuglicu staviti po jedan badem ili lesnik.
4) U pleh staviti papir za pecenje i poredjati kuglice. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 30 minuta.
5) U serpici skuvati secer i vanilin secera sa vodom i sokom od limuna. Svaku kuglicu umakati u sirup pa u mlevene orahe.
Ingredients: 800g flour + more if needed, 250ml beer, 200ml oil, 350g sugar, 200g almonds or hazelnuts, 250g ground walnuts, 10g baking powder, for syrup - 400g sugar, 30g vanilla sugar, 300ml water, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, ground walnuts.
Preparation:
1) Put baking powder and sugar in flour. Stir.
2) Add beer, oil and ground walnuts and stir. You should get thick dough (medium hard).
3) On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough. Make balls. Put one almond or hazelnut in each ball.
4) Put baking paper in a baking tray and line the balls. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 30 minutes.
5) Boil sugar and vanilla sugar in water with lemon juice. Dip each ball into syrup and roll into ground walnuts.
