Rucak.
Sastojci: 100g kukuruza, 100g pasulja (skuvanog), 150g pileceg mlevenog mesa, 1 paradajz, 1 kriska limuna, 1 kasika crnog luka (sitno seckanog), 1 kasika maslinovog ulja, prstohvat tako zacina, prstohvat mediteranskog zacina, prstohvat soli.
Priprema:
1) Paradajz ocistiti i iseci na kocke.
2) U serpicu staviti kukuruz i preliti sa vodom. Na srednjoj temepraturi (4) kuvati 10 do 15 minuta.
3) Na srednjoj temperaturi (4) zagrejati maslinovo ulje. Dodati crni luk i prziti 6 do 8 minuta. Dodati pilece mleveno meso prziti nekoliko minuta. Dodati tako zacin i prziti dok ne bude gotovo.
4) U ciniju staviti paradajz i crni luk. Promesati. Dodati so i mediteranski zacin i opet promesati.
5) U plasticnu kutiju staviti pilece melveno meso, do njega staviti salatu, a do salate kukuruz i limun.
6) Kada se ohladi cuvati u frizideru do 3 dana.
Lunch
Ingredients: 100g of corn, 100g of beans (cooked), 150g of minced meat of chicken, 1 tomato, 1 slice of lemon, 1 tablespoon of onion (finely chopped), 1 tablespoon olive oil, a pinch of taco seasoning, a pinch of mediterranean spice, a pinch of salt.
Preparation:
1) Peel a tomato and cut it into cubes.
2) Put corn in a bowl and pour water over it. Cook on medium heat (4) for 10 to 15 minutes.
3) Heat the olive oil at a medium temperature (4). Add onion and fry for 6 to 8 minutes. Add minced chicken and fry for a few minutes. Add both seasoning and fry until done.
4) Put tomatoes, salt and mediterranean spice and stir again.
5) Put chicken minced meat in a plastic box, put salad next to it and corn and lemon next to the salad.
6) When cool, store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
