Sastojci: 125g ovsenih pahuljica, 375ml vode, 1 kasicica kokosovog ulja, 1/2 kasicice cimeta, 1 kasicica meda ili stevije, 1 kasika putera od kikirikija, 1 banana.
Priprema:
1) Oljustiti bananu i iseci na kolutove.
2) U serpicu staviti pahuljice i preliti vodom. Pustiti da prokljuca i smanjiti na srednju temperaturu (4) i kuvati 15 mnuta.
3) Sipati u tanjir i dodati kokosovo ulje, cimet i med i promesati.
4) Dodati puter od kikirikija i bananu.
Ingredients: 125g of oat flakes, 375ml of water, 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of honey or stevia, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 1 banana.
Preparation:
1) Peel a banana and cut it into rings.
2) Put the flakes in a saucepan and pour water over. Bring to the boil and reduce to medium heat (4) and cook for 15 minutes.
3) Pour into a plate and add coconut oil, cinnamon and honey and stir.
4) Add peanut butter and banana.
