Sastojci: 120g krompira, 50g majoneza (light), 2 kasike susama, 180g tunjevine (ocedjene od ulja), 1 cen belog luka, 2 kasike lista persuna (sitno seckanog), 240g blitve.
Priprema:
1) Pripremiti blitvu. Beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
2) Krompir oprati. Staviti u serpicu, preliti vodom i pustiti da prokljuca. Smanjiti na srednje nisku temperaturu (4) i kuvati 20 do 25 minuta. Ostaviti da se malo ohladi pa oljustiti i iseci na kocke.
3) U ciniju pomesati tunjevinu, susam, majonez i persun. Dodati krompir i dobro izmesati. Ostaviti u frizider jedan sat pre obroka.
4) U plasticnu kutiju staviti krompir salatu sa tunjevinom, a pored obarenu blitvu.
5) Kada se ohladi cuvati u frizideru do 3 dana.
Ingredients: 120g potatoes, 50g mayonnaise (light), 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, 180g tuna (oil drained), 1 clove garlic, 2 tablespoons parsley leaves (finely chopped), 240g swiss chard.
Preparation:
1) Prepare the swiss chard. Peel a garlic clove and finely chop it. Wash the potatoes. Cut into quarters.
2) Put potatoes in a saucepan, pour over water and bring to a boil. Reduce to medium low (4) and cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Leave to cool a bit, then peel and cut into cubes.
3) In a bowl, mix tuna, sesame seeds, mayonnaise and parsley. Add potatoes and mix well. Leave in the fridge for one hour before a meal.
4) Put a potato salad with tuna in a plastic box, and swiss chard next to it.
5) When cool, store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
