Sastojci: 1 kg brasna, 400g masti, 200g secera u prahu + jos malo za posipanje, 40g vanilin secera, 3 jaja, 200ml mleka, 10g praska za pecivo, dzem.
Priprema:
1) Penasto umutiti mast. Dodati secer u prahu i dobro sjediniti.
2) Pomesati brasno, prasak za pecivo i vanilin secer. Dodati mesavinu masti i jaja i dobro promesati.
3) Na povrsinu razviti testo debljine 0.5 cm i casicom vaditi krugove.
4) Pleh obloziti papirom za pecenje ili namazati gi puterom i poredjati krugove. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C dok blago ne porumene. Ostaviti da se ohlade.
5) Dva kruga spajati dzemom. Posuti secerom u prahu.
Predlog: mozete napraviti Vanilice sa orasima.
Ingredients: 1 kg flour, 400g lard, 200g powdered sugar + a little more for sprinkling, 40g vanilla sugar, 3 eggs, 200ml milk, 10g baking powder, jam.
Preparation:
1) Mix lard until creamy. Add powdered sugar and mix well.
2) Mix flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Add the lard mizture and eggs mixture and mix well.
3) Develop a dough 0.5 cm thick on the surface and remove the circles by small glass.
4) Cover the baking tray with baking paper or smear ghee butter and line with circles. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C until lightly browned. Allow to cool.
5) Connect two circles with jam. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Suggestion: you can make Vanilla circles with walnuts.
