Pecena piletina sa barenim povrcem (Roast chicken with boiled vegetables)

Sastojci: 1/2 tikvice, 60-80g brokolija, 1 slatki krompir  (batat)+ 1 kasicica tahinija + prstohvat mediteranskog zacina + nekoliko kapi soka od limuna, 200g pilecih prsa + 1 kasika kokosovog ulja (otopljenog) + 1 kasika balzamiko sirceta + 1 kasicica meda + 1 ksaicica senfa + 1/2 kasicice djubmira u prahu + prstohvat morske soli.

Priprema:

1) Pileca prsa oprati hladnom vodom i obrisati. Tikvicu oljustiti i iseci na kolutove. Pripremiti brokoli.

2) U serpu staviti brokoli drske i kuvati 7 minuta. Nakon 5 minuta dodati tikvice. Nakon 7 minuta dodati brokoli cvetove. (7 minuta za drske a 3 minuta za cvetove brokolija). Ocediti.

3) Slatki krompir zaviti u alu foliju i staviti na u pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180C 40 minuta. Kada se ohladi oljustiti i zaseci nozem po vrhu po duzini.

4) Piletinu pomesati sa svim sastojcima.

5) Piletinu staviti u pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje. Poprskati sa nekoliko kapi soka od limuna. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180C 20 do 25 minuta.

6) U plasticnu kutiju staviti piletinu, pa do njega slatki krompir. U zasek staviti tahini. Posuti sa malo mediteranskog zacina. Dodati tikvice i brokoli i poprskati sa malo soka od limuna.

Lunch

Ingredients: 1/2 zucchini, 60-80g broccoli, 1 sweet potato (batata) + 1 teaspoon tahini + a pinch of mediterranean spice + a few drops of lemon juice, 200g chicken breast + 1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted) + 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar + 1 teaspoon honey + 1 teaspoon of mustard + 1/2 teaspoon of powdered ginger + a pinch of sea salt.

Preparation:

1) Wash chicken breast with cold water and wipe. Peel a zucchini and cut it into rings. Prepare the broccoli.

2) Put broccoli in a bowl and cook for 7 minutes. After 5 minutes add the zucchini. After 7 minutes add the broccoli flowers. (7 minutes for handles and 3 minutes for broccoli flowers). Drain.

3) Wrap the sweet potatoes in aluminum foil and place on a baking pan lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 40 minutes. When cool, peel and cut along the length with the knife.

4) Mix the chicken with all the ingredients.

5) Place the chicken in a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 20 to 25 minutes.

6) Put the chicken in a plastic box, and next to it sweet potatoes. Put tahini in the notch. Sprinkle with a little mediterranean spice. Add zucchini and broccoli and sprinkle wilittle lemon juice.
