Torta od kajsija (Apricot cake)

Sastojci: biskvit, za krem - 5 kajsija, 350ml slatke pavlake, 50g secera, 250g kisele pavlake, 4 lista zelatina, 2 kasike ruma, kajsije.

Priprema:

1) Pripremiti biskvit (ispeci tanju koru). Ispasirati kajsije.

2) Umutiti kiselu pavlaku sa secerom.

3) Pomesati kajsije sa kiselom pavlakom.

4) Zelatin otopiti na sredjnoj temperaturi (4) sa 4 kasike mesavine kajsija i kisele pavlake. Ostaviti da se ohladi.

5) Dodati zelatin i promesati. Dodati slatku pavlaku i rum i sve dobro sjediniti.

6) Na biskvit staviti krem od kajsija i ukrasiti polovinama kajsija.

Ingredients: biscuit dough, for cream - 5 apricots, 350ml heavy cream, 50g sugar, 250g sour cream, 4 sheets of gelatin, 2 tablespoons rum, apricots.

Preparation:

1) Prepare biscuit (bake thinner crust). Peel apricots and remove pits.

2) Whisk the sour cream with sugar.

3) Mix apricots with sour cream.

4) Dissolve the gelatin at medium temperature (4) with 4 tablespoons of apricot mixture and sour cream. Allow to cool.

5) Add the gelatin and stir. Add heavy cream and rum and combine everything well.

6) Put the apricot cream on the biscuit and decorate with the apricot halves.
