Losos ili tofu sa asparagusom (Salmon or tofu with asparagus)

Sastojci: 5 asparagusa, 120g lososa ili tofu sira, 1 cen belog luka, 2 kasike soka od limuna, 1 kasika paradajz paste, 1 paradajz, 2 kriske limuna, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja, so.

Priprema:

1) Ocistiti asparagus. Preseci na pola. Beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Paradajz ocistiti i iseci na kocke.

2) U serpu staviti vodu i posoliti. Dodati asparagus i blansirati 5 do 8 minuta. Ako je asparagus tanji dovoljno je 5 minuta, ako je deblji onda 8 minuta.

3) U tiganj stavti 1 kasiku maslinovog ulja i na srednjoj temperaturi (4) zagrejati. Dodati losos ili tofu i prziti dok ne bude gotovo povremeno okrecuci. Izvaditi.

4) U tiganj na 1 kasiki maslinovog ulja proprziti beli luk. Dodati sok od limuna i paradajz pastu i promesati. Dodati asparagus, losos ili tofu i prziti 2 minuta.

5) U plasticnu kutiju staviti losos ili tofu, do toga asparagus, a na kraj paradajz. Preko asparagusa staviti limun.

6) Kada se ohladi cuvati u frizideru do 5 dana.

For dinner

Ingredients: 5 asparagus, 120g salmon or tofu cheese, 1 clove garlic, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 1 tomato, 2 slices of lemon, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt.

Preparation:

1) Clean the asparagus. Cut in half. Peel a garlic clove and finely chop it. Peel a tomato and cut it into cubes.

4) In a pan, fry the garlic in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add lemon juice and tomato paste and stir. Add asparagus, salmon or tofu and fry for 2 minutes.

5) Put salmon or tofu in a plastic box, then asparagus and finally tomatoes. Put a lemon over the asparagus.

6) When cool, store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
