Sastojci: 200ml bademovog mleka, 1 pomorandza, 125g mango (smrznut), 125g sargarepe (smrznute), 2 cm svezeg korena djumbira ili 1 kasicica u prahu, 1 kasika meda, 1 kasicica kurkume u prahu, rendana kora jedne pomorandze.
Priprema:
1) Izrendati koru pomorandze, pa oljustiti. Sargarepu pre smrzavanja iseci na 1.5 cm duzine. koren djumbira oljustiti i iseci na pola.
2) U blender staviti pomorandzu, bademovo mleko i djumbir i usitniti dok ne postane glatko.
3) Dodati mango, sargarepu i kurkumu i usitniti dok ne sjedini.
Napomena: ako nemate smrznutu sargarepu zamenite je sa smrznutim ananasom.
Ingredients: 200ml almond milk, 1 orange, 125g mango (frozen), 125g carrots (frozen), 2 cm fresh ginger root or 1 teaspoon powder, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, grated peel of one orange.
Preparation:
1) Grate the orange peel, then peel. Before freezing, cut the carrot to a length of 1.5 cm. Peel a root of ginger and cut it in half.
2) Put orange, almond milk and ginger in a blender and chop until smooth.
3) Add the mango, carrot and turmeric and chop until combined.
Note: if you do not have frozen carrots, replace it with frozen pineapple.
