Sastojci: 300ml slatke pavlake, 300g bresaka (oljustene, ociscene, na kockice), 50g secera, 1 belance, 2 kasike ruma, 10g zelatina.
Priprema:
1) U serpicu na srednjoj temperaturi (4) staviti slatku pavlaku, zelatin i secer da se otopi oko 4 minuta. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
2) Usitniti breskve i rum sa mikserom. Dodati smesi od slatke pavlake i promesati.
3) Penasto umutiti belance.
4) Postepeno dodavati belanc i mesati.
5) Sipati u posudu i otkriveno staviti u zamrzivac na 45 minuta.
6) Mutiti mikserom.
7) Vratiti u zamrzivac i ostaviti preko noci.
Ingredients: 300ml heavy cream, 300g peaches (peeled, pitted, diced), 50g sugar, 1 egg white, 2 tablespoons of rum, 10g gelatin.
Preparation:
1) Put the sour cream, gelatin and sugar in a simmering saucepan over medium heat (4) to dissolve for about 4 minutes. Allow to cool.
2) Chop the peaches and rum with the mixer. Add to the heavy cream mixture and stir.
3) Whisk the egg white until foamy.
4) Gradually add the egg white and stir.
5) Pour into the pan and place uncovered in the freezer for 45 minutes.
6) Mix with a mixer.
7) Return to the freezer and leave overnight.
