Sastojci: 150 ml punomasnog mleka, 100 ml slatke pavlake, ¼ kašičice ekstrakta vanile, 100 g crne čokolade (min. 65% kakaoa, izlomljene na komade), mali prstohvat soli.
Priprema:
1. Zagrejte mleko i slatku pavlaku u šerpi na srednjoj vatri (4) sa vanilom skoro do ključanja.
2. Isključite ringlu, dodajte komadiće crne čokolade i so. Mesati dok čokoladni sos ne postane gladak.
Za serviranje: koristite sa sladoledom, pireom od kestena, profiterolima - princez krofnama, palačinkama, sa kafom.
3. Ohlađeni sos čuvajte pokriveno u frižideru 5 dana, najbolje u zatvorenoj tegli.
Takođe se dobro zamrzava. Zagrejte nekoliko sekundi u mikrotalasnoj rerni ili direktno u tegli u šerpi sa ključalom vodom.

Preparation:
1. Heat together the milk and heavy cream in a saucepan over a medium heat (4) with the vanilla until nearly boiling.
2. Turn off the heat, add the dark chocolate pieces and salt. Whisk until the chocolate sauce is smooth.
To serve: use with ice cream, chestnut puree, profiteroles - cream puff - princess donuts, crepes.
3. Keep the cooled sauce covered in the fridge for 5 days, in a sealed jar is best.
Also freezes well. Reheat either a few seconds in the microwave or directly in the jar in a pan of simmering water.
