Sastojci: 1 manja tikvica, 35 g kackavalja (rendanog, gauda, trapist), 1 jaje, malo ulja.
Priprema:
1. Tikvicu oprati i iseci krajeve. Oljustiti ljustilicom.
2. Ljustilicom za povrce iseci na tanke trake.
3. U tiganj staviti ulje da se zagreje. Dodati tikvice u obliku gnezda. Posuti kackavaljem. Razbiti jaje preko kackavalja. Prziti nekoliko minuta.
4. Okrenuti na drugu stranu i prziti jos nekoliko minuta.
