Sastojci (za 2 porcije): 200 g nudli (pšenične, rižine ili sa jajima), 1 kašika ulja (susamovo ulje ili suncokretovo ulje), 2 čena belog luka, sitno iseckana, 1 kašičica svežeg narendanog đumbira ili ¼ kasicice u prahu (opciono), 2 kašike zamene za soja sosa, 1 kašičica sirćeta (pirinčano ili jabukovo), 1 kašičica šećera (da izbalansira ukus), 1 kašika vode (ako treba da se razredi), prstohvat sol i bibera, 1 mladi luk iseckan (opciono).
Priprema:
1. Skuvaj nudle prema uputstvu na pakovanju (obično 3–5 min). Procedi ih i prelij malo uljem da se ne slepe.
2. U tiganju zagrej ulje, pa kratko proprži beli luk i đumbir (10–15 sekundi).
3. Dodaj kuvane nudle.
Prelij ih zamenom za soja sos, sirćetom i pospi šećerom.
4. Promešaj da se sve sjedini.
Ako deluje suvo, dodaj kašiku vode.
5. Po želji pospi biberom i seckanim mladim lukom.
Ingredients (for 2 servings): 200 g of noodles (wheat, rice or egg), 1 tablespoon of oil (sesame oil or sunflower oil), 2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped), 1 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger or ¼ teaspoon of powdered (optional), 2 tablespoons of soy sauce substitute, 1 teaspoon of vinegar (rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar), 1 teaspoon of sugar (to balance the taste), 1 spoonful of water (if necessary to dilute), a pinch of salt and pepper, 1 chopped spring onion (optional).
Preparation:
1. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package (usually 3–5 min). Strain them and pour a little oil so they don't stick together.
2. Heat the oil in a pan, then briefly fry the garlic and ginger (10-15 seconds).
3. Add cooked noodles.
Cover them with soy sauce substitute, vinegar and sprinkle with sugar.
4. Stir to combine everything.
If it seems dry, add a spoonful of water.
5. If desired, sprinkle with pepper and chopped spring onions.
