Sastojci (za 2–3 porcije): 250 g svežeg paradajza, 1 srednji krastavac (oko 150 g), 100 g belog sira, mladog sira ili starog sira, 120 ml kiselog mleka, ¼ kašičice soli, prstohvat sveže mlevenog crnog bibera, za dekoraciju - sveže začinsko bilje po izboru sitno seckano (list peršuna, mirođija, vlasac).
Priprema:
