Bozicni vocni dezert u casi (Christmas fruit dessert in a glass)

Sastojci (za 4–6 čaša): za osnovu - 200 g biskvita, piškota ili kakao biskvita (na kockice), 2–3 kašike soka od pomorandže ili mleka za kvasenje biskvita, ¼ kašičice (oko 1–1,25 ml) ekstrakta ruma* ili ½ kašičice (oko 2,5 ml) vanila ekstrakta;

Opcija 1 - krem od mleka i gustina sa zacinima

Opcija 2 – puding od vanile sa zacinima: 40 g pudinga od vanile u prahu, 400 ml mleka, 2 kašike šećera, ¼ kašičice cimeta + prstohvat karanfilića u prahu; 

Voće - maline, borovnice, breskve, jagode, ili nar + narandža, 1 kašika meda ili šećera (da se blago zaslade, opciono), 

Opcija 1 - 40 g šlaga u prahu + 200 ml hladnog mleka;

Opcija 2 - 200 ml hladne slatke pavlake, 1 kašika šećera u prahu, ½ kašičice vanila ekstrakta;

čokoladni ganas (tanko);

prstohvat cimeta ili prstohvat kardamoma (savršeno za božićni efekat).

Priprema:

1. Biskvit ili piškote iseći na kockice i po želji vrlo blago nakvasiti sokom od pomorandže ili mleka.

2. Pripremiti opciju 1 - krem ili opciju 2 - puding. Ostaviti da se prohladi.

3. Voće kratko izmešati sa kašičicom meda ili par kapi limuna.

4a. Slag: umutiti slag sa hladnim mlekom.

4b. Slatka pavlaka: umutiti hladnu pavlaku sa šećerom i vanilom.

5. Napraviti cokoladni ganas.

6. Slojevi u čaši:

- biskvit ili piškote 

- kašika voća

- krem ili puding

- šlag ili slatka pavlaka 

- tanki sloj cokoladnog ganasa

- završno: prstohvat cimeta, narendana korica pomorandže ili čokoladne mrvice

Napomena za ekstrakt ruma:

- Ako pravite za decu izostaviti rum, i staviti 1 kašičicu vanila ekstrakta (umesto pola kasicice).


Ingredients (for 4–6 glasses): for the base - 200 g of biscuit - sponge cake, ladyfingers or cocoa biscuit (cut into cubes), 2–3 tablespoons of orange juice or milk for light soaking the biscuits, ¼ teaspoon (about 1–1.25 ml) of rum extract* or ½ teaspoon (about 2.5 ml) of vanilla extract;

Option 1 - milk cream with corn starch and spices

Option 2 – vanilla pudding with spices: 40 g of powdered vanilla pudding, 400 ml of milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon + a pinch of clove powder;

Fruits - raspberries, blueberries, peaches, strawberries, or pomegranate + orange, 1 tablespoon of honey or sugar (to sweeten slightly, optional),

Option 1 - 40 g of powdered whipping cream + 200 ml of cold milk;

Option 2 - 200 ml of cold heavy cream, 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar, ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract;

chocolate ganache (thin layer);

a pinch of cinnamon or a pinch of cardamom (perfect for the Christmas effect).

Preparation:

1. Cut the biscuit - sponge cake or ladyfingers into cubes and, if desired, wet it very slightly with orange juice or milk.

2. Prepare option 1 - cream or option 2 - pudding. Leave to cool.

3. Mix the fruit briefly with a teaspoon of honey or a few drops of lemon.

4a. Whipping cream: beat the whipping cream with cold milk.

4b. Heavy cream: whip cold heavy cream with sugar and vanilla.

5. Make chocolate ganache.

6. Layers in the glass:

- biscuit - sponge cake or ladyfingers 

- a spoonful of fruits

- cream or pudding

- whipped cream or heavy cream

- a thin layer of chocolate ganache

- final: a pinch of cinnamon, grated orange peel or chocolate crumbs

Note for rum extract:

- If you are making it for children, omit the rum and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (instead of ½ teaspoon).
