Sastojci (za 16-20 kolacica): 300 g Oreo keks, 200 g krem sira punomasni (sobne temperature, tipa Philadelphia sirni namaz ili neutralni krem sir), 50 g mleveni oreo keks za valjanje.
Priprema:
1. Oreo keks samleti u sitan, ujednačen prah.
2. Dodati krem sir.
3. Mešati kašikom ili spatulom dok se ne dobije potpuno glatka i kompaktna smesa bez grudvica.
4. Kašičicom ili rukama uzimati smesu i formirati kuglice težine oko 20–25 g.
5. Svaku kuglicu uvaljati u mleveni oreo keks.
6. Ređati na tanjir ili pleh obložen papirom za pečenje.
7. Ostaviti u frižideru minimum 60 minuta da se stegnu.
Saveti:
- Krem sir mora biti punomasni i čvrst kako se smesa ne bi razlivala.
- Ako je smesa mekša, kratko je rashladiti pre formiranja kuglica.
- Za intenzivniji ukus mogu se dodati 1–2 kašike kakao praha u osnovnu smesu.
- Kuglice se mogu umakati i u otopljenu crnu čokoladu ili belu čokoladu, pa ohladiti.
Čuvanje:
- U zatvorenoj posudi u frižideru do 4-5 dana.
- Mogu se i zamrzavati do 1 meseca, bez valjanja u keks. Nakon odmrzavanja uvaljati i poslužiti.

7. Leave in the fridge for at least 60 minutes to set.
Tips:
- The cream cheese must be full-fat and firm so that the mixture does not spread.
- If the mixture is softer, cool it briefly before forming the balls.
- For a more intense flavor, 1–2 tablespoons of cocoa powder can be added to the basic mixture.
- The balls can also be dipped in melted dark chocolate or white chocolate, then cooled.
Storage:
- In a closed container in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days.
- They can also be frozen for up to 1 month, without rolling into cookies. After thawing, roll in grounded oreo cookies and serve.
