Tuna salata sa krompirom i kurkumom (Tuna salad with potatoes and turmeric)


Sastojci
: 2 krompira, 2 šargarepe, 1 konzerva tune (160 g), ½ kašike krem supe iz kesice (pileca, od povrca), prstohvat kurkume u prahu.

Priprema:

1. Krompir i šargarepu oljuštiti i iseći na manje komade i kolutove.

2. U šerpu staviti povrće, kurkumu u prahu, naliti hladnu vodu da prekrije krompir za 3-4 cm. Kad prokljuca, smanjiti na srednju temperaturu (4 od 6) i kuvati dok krompir i šargarepa ne omekšaju, oko 15-20 minuta.

3. Deset minuta pred kraj dodati krem supu. Promešati da se supa rastvori u vodi.

4. Procediti. Supu sacuvati. 

5. U šerpi viljuškom izgnječiti krompir u šargarepu.

6. Ocediti ulje iz konzerve tune (ako je sa uljem).

7. Dodati tunu u povrće i promešati.

Lepo je i toplo i hladno.

Moja večera ovog puta, a nekad i ručak.

Ingredients: 2 potatoes, 2 carrots, 1 can of tuna (160 g), ½ tablespoon of cream soup from a bag (chicken or vegetable), a pinch of turmeric powder.

Preparation:

1. Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into smaller pieces and rings.

2. Put vegetables, turmeric powder in a pot, pour cold water to cover the potatoes by 3-4 cm (1.2-1.6 inches). When it boils, reduce the temperature to medium (4 out of 6) and cook until the potatoes and carrots are soft, about 15-20 minutes.

3. Ten minutes before the end, add the cream soup. Stir to dissolve the soup in the water.

4. Strain. Save the soup.

5. In a pot, mash the potatoes and carrots with a fork.

6. Drain the oil from the can of tuna (if it is with oil).

7. Add the tuna to the vegetables and mix.

It's nice both hot and cold.
