Hleb s maslinama (Bread with olives)

Sastojci: 750g ostrog brasna, 300g crnih maslina, 2 glavice crnog luka, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja, 20g suvog kvasca, 2 kasike persunovog lista (sitno seckanog), so, 450ml mlake vode.

Priprema:
1) Crni luk ocistiti i sitno iseckati. Masline iseckati na kocke.
2) Proprziti crni luk na ulju.
3) Pomesati masline, crni luk, brasno, so, kvasac i persun. Dodavati vodu postepeno, stalno mesajuci i zamesite testo. Ostaviti na toplom da naraste, dok ne udvostruci masu.
4) Testo premesiti, podeliti na dva dela, formirati hleb. Staviti u pleh namazan uljem. Ostaviti da odmori 15 minutes. Zaseci na povrsini 3-4 puta nozem i staviti da se pece u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 220 stepeni, oko 40-50 minuta na 200 stepeni.

Ingredients: 750g sharp flour, 300g black olives, 2 onions, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 20g of dry yeast, 2 tablespoons parsley leaf (finely chopped), salt, 450ml of lukewarm water.

Preparation:
1) Peel onions and finely chop. Cut olives into cubes.
2) Fry onion in oil.
3) Combine olives, onion, flour, salt, yeast and parsley. Add water gradually, stirring constantly and knead dough. Leave in a warm place to rise, until it doubles in weight.
4) Knead the dough, divide into two parts, form two breads. Put in baking pan greased with oil. Allow to rest 15 minutes. Cut on top 3-4 times with a knife and put it to bake in pre-heated oven at 220 degrees, about 40-50 minutes at 200 degrees.
