Banana kolac (Banana cake)

Sastojci: 4 jaja, 170g secera, 125g margarina (sobne temperature), 400g brasna, 10g praska za pecivo, 20g vanilin secera, 3-4 banane, 100g suvog grozdja, 100ml ruma (opciono).

Priprema:
1) Suvo grozdje potopiti u rum ili u toplu vodu i ostaviti da nabubri. Ocediti.
2) Margarin penasto umutite sa secerom i vanilin secerom. Postepeno dodavati jedno po jedno jaje.
3) Banane izgnjeciti viljuskom, dodati suvo grozdje i dodati prethodnoj smesi. Promesati.
4) Brasno pomesati sa praskom za pecivo, pa dodati prethodnoj smesi. Promesati.
5) Peci u zagrejanoj rerni na 180 stepeni oko 25 minuta, ili dok cackalica stavljenja u sredinu ne izadje cista.

Ingredients: 4 eggs, 170g sugar, 125g margarine (room temperature), 400g flour, 10g baking powder, 20g vanilla sugar, 3-4 bananas, 100g raisins, 100ml rum (optional).

Preparation:
1) Soak raisins in rum or warm water and leave to swell. Drain.
2) Beat margarine with sugar and vanilla sugar, until creamy. Gradually add the eggs.
3) Squeeze bananas with fork, add the raisins and add to the previous mixture. Stir.
4) Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the previous mixture. Stir.
5) Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
