Londonske stanglice (London sticks)

Sastojci: 150g brasna, 180g margarina, 150g secera + 4 kasike secera, 5 zumanaca, 1 jaje, kora (izrendana) i sok od jednog limuna, dzem od kajsija, 180g mlevenih + 150g seckanih oraha.

Priprema:
1) Penasto umutiti margarin sa 150g secera. Postepeno dodavati zumanca. Dodati jaje, koru i sok od limuna i brasno i sve dobro izmesati.
2) Pleh namazati uljem i posuti brasnom. Sipati smesu. Premazati dzemom.
3) Penasto umutiti belanca sa 4 kasike secera. Dodati mlevene orahe. Promesati. Premazati preko dzema. Posuti seckanim orasima i peci na 200 stepeni oko 30 minuta.
4) Kada se ohladi seci na stanglice.

Savet: mozete pogledati kako se priprema dzem za mekano voce ili kako se priprema dzem za cvrsto voce.

Ingredients: 150g flour, 180g butter, 150g sugar + 4 tablespoons of sugar, 5 egg yolks, 1 egg, peel (grated) and juice of one lemon, apricot jam, 180g ground walnuts + 150g chopped walnuts.

Preparation:
1) Whisk butter with 150g sugar until foamy. Gradually add the egg yolks. Add egg, peel and lemon juice and flour and mix well.
2) Grease the pan with oil and sprinkle with flour. Pour batter. Spread jam.
3) Whisk egg whites with 4 tablespoons of sugar until creamy. Add ground walnuts. Stir. Spread over the jam. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
4) When cool cut into sticks.
