Jastuk torta (Pillow cake)

Sastojci: biskvit testo, dzem od kajsija, za krem - 750ml+250ml mleka, 6 zumanaca, 5 kasika secera, 9 kasika brasna, za premazivanje - 6 belanaca, 3 kasike secera, 100 ml vode, 8 kasika secera, sok od jednog limuna ili 1 kasicica sirceta.

Priprema:
1) Pripremiti biskvit. Iseci vodoravno na dva dela (3 kore).
2) Za krem - skuvati mleko. Umutiti zumanca sa secerom, dodati 250ml mleka i brasno i sve izmesati. Sipati u 750ml mleka i kuvati na tihoj vatri dok se ne zgusne uz stalno mesanje. Podeliti na dva dela. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
3) Na prvu koru namazati dzem, premazati kremom, staviti drugu koru, premazati dzemom, premazati kremom, staviti trecu koru.
4) Za premazivanje - penasto umutiti belanca sa secerom. Skuvati secer sa vodom i sokom od limuna (ili sircetom), oko 5 minuta. Vrelo sipati u mesavinu belanaca i secera i mutiti dok se ne ohladi.
5) Premazati preko trece kore.

Ingredients:
biscuit dough, apricot jam, for cream - 750ml +250ml cold milk, 6 egg yolks, 5 tablespoons of sugar, 9 tablespoons of flour, for coating - 6 egg whites, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 100 ml water, 8 tablespoons of sugar, the juice of one lemon or 1 teaspoon of vinegar.

Preparation:

2) For cream - boil the milk. Whisk egg yolks with sugar, add 250ml milk and flour and mix well. Pour in 750ml of milk and cook over low heat until it thickens, with constant stirring. Divided into two parts. Allow to cool.
3) On the first crust, spread jam, spread the cream, put another crust, spread the jam, spread the cream, put the third crust.
4) For the coating - whisk the egg whites with sugar until creamy. Cook sugar with water and lemon juice (or vinegar), about 5 minutes. Pour hot in mixture of sugar and egg whites and beat until it cools down.
5) Coat the third crust.
