Keks torta sa zele bombonama (Biscuit cake with jelly candies)


Colorful biscuit cake with vanilla pudding, jelly candies, small cream bananas and coconut. No-bake, easy to prepare and full of different flavors and textures.

Ingredien
ts: 500g of biscuits (cookies), 2 vanilla pudding (powder 2x40g), 8 tablespoons of sugar, 250g margarine, 300g of jelly candies, 100g raisins, 6 small cream bananas, 80g coconut flakes + 20g for sprinkling, for the glaze: 200-300g of chocolate, 2-3 tablespoons of oil.

Preparation:
1. Small cream bananas, jelly candies cut into cubes, and cookies break out into small pieces.
2. Mix pudding powder and sugar with 200ml water. Add to 400ml water and cook over medium heat.

3. Add margarine in cooked pudding, cook over low heat constantly stirring with wooden spoon until margarine melts.
4. Cookies, jelly candies, small cream bananas, coconut and raisins combine with pudding, put on cake plate and form into rectangle.

5. For the glaze: melt chocolate with oil (200g chocolate + 2 tablespoons of oil), pour over the cake and sprinkle with coconut.
6. Leave in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.

Tips:

  1. Do not crush the biscuit too much so that you can feel the pieces in the cake.
  2. Pour the glaze when the cake has cooled down a bit so that the chocolate does not spill.
  3. The cake is best cut after a few hours in the fridge or after chilling overnight.
  4. Chopped cranberries or candied fruit can be used instead of raisins.
  5. For a more intense coconut taste, another 20-30 g of coconut can be added to the mixture.

Šarena keks torta sa vanila pudingom, žele bombonama, krem bananicama i kokosom. Bez pečenja, jednostavna za pripremu i puna različitih ukusa i tekstura.


Oznake: za dezert, za vegetarijance.


Vreme pripreme: 40 minuta.

Vreme hlađenja: 2 do 3 h.

Ukupno vreme pripreme: 2 h 40 minuta do 3 h i 40 minuta.


Sastojci: 500g keksa, 2 pudinga od vanile, 8 kasika secera, 250g margarina, 300g zele bombona, 100g suvog grozdja, 6 krem bananica, 80g kokosa + 20g za posipanje, za glazuru: 200-300g cokolade, 2-3 kasike ulja.

Priprema:
1. Zele bombone i bananice iseckati na kockice, a keks izlomiti na komadice.

2. U 600ml vode skuvati puding i secer.

3. U gotov puding dodati margarin i mesati varjacom dok se ne otopi.
4. Keks, zele bombone, bananice, kokos i suvo grozdje sjediniti sa filom, staviti na tacnu za tortu i oblikovati.

5. Za glazuru: otopiti cokoladu sa uljem (200g cokolade + 2 kasike ulja), preliti preko torte i posuti kokosom.

6. Ostavite u frižideru 2 do 3 sata.

Saveti: Keks nemojte previše usitniti kako bi se u torti osetili komadići. Glazuru sipajte kada se torta malo prohladi kako se čokolada ne bi razlivala. Torta se najlepše seče nakon nekoliko sati u frižideru ili nakon noći hlađenja. Umesto suvog grožđa mogu se koristiti seckane brusnice ili kandirano voće. Za intenzivniji ukus kokosa može se dodati još 20–30 g kokosa u smesu. Često postavljana pitanja: 1. Da li torta može da se zamrzne? Može. Dobro upakovana može stajati u zamrzivaču do mesec dana. 2. Koji keks je najbolji za ovu tortu? Domaći keks, petit beurre ili sličan suv keks daju odličan rezultat. Poznati puter keksi oko sveta 3. Da li može sa neslanim puterom umesto margarina? Može. Koristite istu količinu putera. 4. Koliko dugo može da stoji u frižideru? Do 3–4 dana u zatvorenoj posudi ili pokrivena folijom. 5. Može li bez suvog grožđa? Može. Jednostavno ga izostavite ili zamenite drugim suvim voćem.
