Torta sa ananasom i bananama (Cake with pineapple and bananas)


Sastojci: 600g obicnog keksa (plazma, bevita, pti ber), 1 konzerva ananasa, 3 banane, za fil - 6 zumanaca, 350g  secera, 450g margarina (putera), 150g suvog grozdja, 250g zele bombona, za dekoraciju - umucen slag.

Priprema: 
1) Ananas ocediti i sitno iseckati, a sok sacuvati. Banane iseci na kolutove. Suvo grozdje potopiti u mlaku vodu da nabubri; ocediti. Zele bombone iseci na kockice.
2) Za fil - pomesati zumanca sa secerom i kuvati na pari. Kad se ohladi dodati umucen margarin. Promesati. Dodati suvo grozdje i zele bombone. Podeliti na dva dela.
3) U kalup za torte sa skidajucim stranicama staviti izdrobljen keks i preliti sokom od ananasa. Izmesati. Staviti fil, redjati ananas i banane naizmenicno, staviti drugi deo fila i ostaviti u frizideru preko noci.
4) Sutradan ukrasi umucenim slagom i preostalim ananasom i bananama.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Brzi kolac od ananasa,

Ingredients: 600g plain biscuits, 1 can of pineapple, 3 bananas, for filling - 6 egg yolks, 350g sugar, 450g margarine (butter), 150g raisins, 250g jelly candies, for decoration - whipped cream .

Preparation:
1) Drain pineapple and finely chop; preserve the juice. Cut bananas into slices. Soak raisins in warm water to swell; drain. Cut jelly candies into cubes.
2) Filling - Mix egg yolks with sugar and cook by steaming. When cool add well beaten margarine. Stir. Add raisins and jelly. Divide into two parts.
3) In the mold for the cake with removing sides put crushed cookies and pour the pineapple juice. Mix. Put the filling, arrange pineapple and banana slices alternately, put the second part of the filling and leave in fridge overnight.
4) The next day, decorate with whipped cream and garnish with remaining pineapple and banana slices.

Suggestion: you can make Quick pineapple cake.

Trouglovi od kokosa (Coconut triangles)

Sastojci: 250g secera, 1 casa vode, 100g margarina, 200g mlevenog keksa, 200g kokosa, glazura od cokolade (opciono).

Priprema:
1) Kuvati secer sa vodom - dok se secer ne istopi oko 5 minuta.
2) U vruce dodati margarin, keks i kokos. Dobro izmesati.
3) Oblikovati masu u trouglasti pleh.
4) Kada se stegne, preliti glazurom od cokolade.

Ingredients: 250g sugar, 1 cup of water, 100g margarine, 200g ground biscuits, 200g coconut flakes, chocolate glaze (optional).

Preparation:
1) Cook sugar with water - until sugar melts, about 5 minutes.
2) In hot, add margarine, biscuits and coconut. mix well.
3) Form mixture in triangular pan.
4) When tightened, pour over chocolate glaze.

Cokoladne oblande (Chocolate wafers)


Sastojci: 300g secera, 6 jaja, 4 stangle cokolade (izlomljene na komade), 300g margarina (putera), 2 oblande.

Priprema:
1) Jaja, secer i cokoladu kuvati na pari - dok se ne zgusne. U ohladjeno dodati dobro umucen margarin. Dobro izmesati.
2) Staviti jednu oblandu, staviti fil, preklopiti drugom oblandom. Prekriti papirom i poredjati nekoliko teskih knjiga.

Ingredients: 300g of sugar, 6 eggs, 4 bars of chocolate (broken into pieces), 300g margarine (butter), 2 wafer sheets.

Preparation:
1) Eggs, sugar and chocolate cook over steam - until it thickens. When cooled add well beaten margarine. Stir well.
2) Put one wafer sheet on plate, spread filling, put second wafer. Cover with paper and arrange several heavy books.

Pasulj s krompir pireom (Kidney beans with mashed potatoes)


Sastojci: 200g pasulja (moze iz konzerve), 3 kasike ulja, 1 koren celera, 3 sargarepe, 500g paradajza, 1 lovorov list, 1 kasicica majcine dusice, 2 kasike persunovog list (sitno seckan), so, biber, 400g propasiranog krompira.

Priprema: 
1) Pasulj preko noci potopiti u hladnu vodu. Sutra dan ga, u drugoj vodi, kuvati  oko 40 minuta - dok ne omeksa. Ocediti, a vodu sacuvati.
2) Sargarepu i celerov koren ocistiti i iseci na kocke; paradajz oljustiti i malo izgnjeciti viljuskom.
3) Zagrejati 1 kasiku ulja, dodati koren celera, sargarepu i skuvan pasulj. Promesati i dinstati 5 minuta. Zatim dodati paradajz, lovorov list, majcinu dusicu i persunov list. Naliti sa malo vode od pasulja, pa dinstati oko 20 minuta. Posoliti i pobiberiti po ukusu.
4) Staviti pasulj u uljem podmazani vatrostalni sud. Krompir pomesati sa 2 kasike ulja, posoliti ako je potrebno, i staviti preko pasulja. Zagrejati rernu na 180C i peci 15 do 20 minuta.

Ingredients: 200g kidney beans (can be canned), 3 tablespoons oil, 1 root of celery, 3 carrots, 500g tomatoes, 1 bay leaf, 1 teaspoon thyme, 2 tablespoons parsley leaf (finely chopped), salt, pepper, 400g mashed potatoes..

Preparation:
1) Soak beans in cold water overnight. Tomorrow put beans, in the second water, and cook about 40 minutes - until tender. Drain and save the water.
2) Clean and peel carrots and celery root  and cut into cubes, peel tomato and squeeze a little with fork.
3) Heat 1 tablespoon oil, add celery root, carrots and cooked beans. Stir and cook 5 minutes. Then add tomatoes, bay leaf, thyme and parsley. Pour a little water (from the beans) and cook about 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4) Put beans in oil greased suitable dish. Mix mashed potatoes with 2 tablespoons oil, add salt if needed, and put over beans. Preheat oven to 180C and bake 15 to 20 minutes.

Pikantni karfiol (Spicy cauliflower)


Sastojci: 1 karfiol srednje velicine, 1 glavica crnog luka, 3 zelene paprike, malo mlevenog korijandera i muskatnog orascica, kurkume u prahu i karija u prahu, so, ulje.

Priprema:
1) Crni luk ocistiti i iseci na kockice, Papriku iseci na tanke kolutove. Karfiol podeliti na cvetove.
2) Prodinstati luk na ulju, dodati papriku i sve zacine i proprziti nekoliko minuta.
3) Preliti vodom, dodati karfiol i kuvati - dok ne omeksa.

Ingredients: 1 medium sized cauliflower, 1 onion, 3 green peppers, a little ground coriander and nutmeg, turmeric powder and curry powder, salt, oil.

Preparation:
1) Clean and peel onions and cut into cubes, bell pepper cut into thin slices. Divide cauliflower into "flowers".
2) Saute onion in oil, add pepper and all spices and fry for few minutes.
3) Pour water, add cauliflower and cook - until tender.

Punjene kelerabe (Stuffed kohlrabi)


Sastojci: 1 kg manjih keleraba, 60g sojinih ljuspica, 100ml ulja, 2 sargarepe, 1 krompir, 2 paradajza, 1 paskanat, 1 persunov koren, 3 glavice crnog luka, so, vegeta, aleva paprika.

Priprema:
1) Potopiti sojine ljuspice u kiselu vodu i ostaviti da nabubre.
2) Povrce oljustiti. Sitno iseckati crni luk; izrendati sargarepu, pastrnak i persunov koren; krompir i paradajz iseci na kolutove.
3) Na ulju proprziti crni luk, sargarepu, pastrnak i persunov koren. Zatim dodati omeksale sojine ljuspice, zaciniti sa vegetom, alevom paprikom i solju.
4) Izdubiti sredinu keleraba, pa ih napuniti filom, zatvoriti krompirom. Poredjati uspravno u odgovarajucu posudu, naliti vodom, odozgo poredjati paradajz.
5) Malo prokuvati, pa staviti u rernu da se zapece.

Ingredients: 1 kg of small kohlrabi, 60g of soy flakes, 100ml oil, 2 carrots, 1 potato, 2 tomatoes, 1 parsnip, 1 parsley root, 3 onions, salt, vegetable seasoning, cayenne pepper.

Preparation:
1) Soak the soy flakes in acidic water and leave to swell.
2) Peel vegetables. Finely chop onions, grate the carrot, parsnip and parsley root, potato and tomato cut into slices.
3) Fry onions in oil, over medium heat, add carrots, parsnip and parsley root. Then add soy flakes, season with vegetable seasoning, cayenne pepper and salt.
4) Scoop out the center of kohlrabi, fill with the filling, close with potatoes. Align vertically in a suitable dish, pour water, arrange the tomato top.
5) Boil a little and put in oven to become light brown.

Keksici sa kikirikijem (Peanut cookies)


Sastojci: 150g margarina, 180g smedjeg secera, 20g vanilin secera, 10 kapi vanila arome, 2 jaja, 250g brasna, 10g praska za pecivo, 400g kikirikija (seckanog).

Priprema:
1) Penasto umutiti margarin - mikserom. Postepeno dodati secer, vanilin secer i vanila aromu; mutiti neprestano dok ne dobijete ujednacenu smeu.
2) Dodati jaja muteci oko minut najvecom brzinom.
3) Pomesati brasno sa praskom za pecivo, prosejati i dodati u smesu, muteci srednjom brzinom. Dodati kikiriki. Izmesati.
4) Pleh za pecenje obloziti papirom za pecenje. Sa dve kasicice oblikovati kolacice u obliku oraha, redjati na papir a zatim ih kasicicom malo pritisnuti odozgo.
5) Rernu zagrejati na 180C, tepsiju staviti na sredinu rerne i peci oko 10 minuta.

Ingredients: 150g margarine (butter), 180g brown sugar, 20g vanilla sugar, 10 drops of vanilla flavoring, 2 eggs, 250g flour, 10g baking powder, 400g peanuts (chopped).

Preparation:
1) Whisk margarine until foams - with mixer. Gradually add sugar, vanilla sugar and vanilla flavoring, stir constantly until you get uniform mixture.
2) Add eggs mixing about a minute at top speed.
3) Mix flour with baking powder, sift and add to mixture, mixing at medium speed. Add peanuts. Mix well.
4) Cover baking pan with baking paper. With two teaspoons shape cookies in the shape of a walnut, line up at the paper and then press with spoon a little from top.
5) Preheat oven to 180C, place pan on middle and bake for about 10 minutes.

Cokoladna torta s bademima (Chocolate almond cake)


Sastojci: 250g badema, 50g prezli, 300g cokolade za kuvanje, 250g margarina (putera), 6 jaja, 100g secera u prahu, slag, sveze jagode.

Priprema:
1) Samleti bademe i 200g cokolade. Dodati prezle.
2) Umutiti  margarin, secer i postepeno dodavati zumanca.
3) Mlevenim bademima i cokoladi dodati mesavinu margarina i na kraju dodati umucena belanca.
4) Prema kalupu za torte (oko 25cm) iseci papir za pecenje i staviti na dno kalupa.
5) Masu sipatu u kalup i preostalu cokoladu izlomiti i staviti u masu.
6) Peci na 160C oko 1 sat.
7) Ohladjenu tortu ukrasiti slagom i jagodama.

Ingredients: 250g almonds, 50g bread crumbs, 300g cooking chocolate, 250g margarine (butter), 6 eggs, 100g powdered sugar, whipped cream, strawberries.

Preparation:
1) Grind almonds and 200g of chocolate. Add the breadcrumbs.
2) Mix margarine, sugar and gradually add the egg yolks.
3) Add a mixture of margarine to minced almonds and chocolate and at the end, add beaten egg whites.
4) According to the mold for the cake (about 25cm) cut baking paper and place in bottom of mold.
5) Pour mixture in themold and place remaining chocolate in mixture (broken into pieces).
6) Bake at 160C for 1 hour.
7) Chilled cake decorate with whipped cream and strawberries.
