Hleb sa pivom, slaninom, belim lukom i ruzmarinom (Beer bread with bacon, garlic and rosemary)

Sastojci: 390 g samodizajuceg brašna, 55 g + 25 g putera (neslanog, otopljenog i ohlađenog), 85 g + 35 g cedar sira (isečene na male kockice), 65 g + 25 g slanine (isečene na male kockice), 2 ½ cena + ½  cena belog luka (sitno iseckana), 1 kasicica + 1 kasicica suvog ruzmarina, 2 kašike kristal šećera, prstohvat fine morske soli, 360 ml tamnog piva.

Priprema:

1. Ostavite 35 g cedar sira, 25 g slanine, 1 cen iseckanog belog luka, 1 kasicicu ruzmarina i 25 g putera sa strane za vrh hleba.

2. Pomešajte brašno, preostali cedar sir, slaninu, beli luk, šećer i so u velikoj posudi dok se dobro ne sjedine. Napravite udubljenje u smesi brašna i dodajte pivo. Mešajte dok ne postane relativno glatko.

Hleb sa tamnim pivom i cedar sirom (Dark beer bread with cheddar cheese)

Sastojci: 390 g samodizajuceg brašna, 55 g + 25 g putera (neslanog, otopljenog i ohlađenog), 85 g + 35 g oštrog čedar sira (isečenog na male kockice), 2 mlada luka (sitno iseckana), 2 kašike kristal šećera, prstohvat fine morske soli, 360 ml tamnog piva.

Priprema:

1. Ostavite 35 g sira, malu šaku iseckanog mladog luka i 25 g putera sa strane za vrh hleba.

2. Pomešajte brašno, preostali sir, mladi luk, šećer i so u velikoj posudi dok se dobro ne sjedine. Napravite udubljenje u smesi brašna i dodajte pivo. Mešajte dok ne postane relativno glatko.

Kocke od piva s pecurkama (Beer cubes with mushrooms)

Sastojci: 2 lista oblande (velike), crvena kora - 200ml kisele vode, 200ml piva, 7 kasika ajvara, 240g brasna, 1 kasicica praska za pecivo, zelena kora - 200ml kisele vode, 200ml piva, 250g spanaca (moze smrznuto ali ocediti od vode), 240g brasna, 1 kasicica praska za pecivo, za fil - 300g krem sira, 600g pecurki (sampinjona), 2 kasike margarina, 450g kiselih krastavcica (isecenih na kocke), 3 kasike senfa, 300g kackavalja (rendanog), 1 kasicice kurkume, 1 kasicica origana (suvog), za premaz - 200g majoneza, 50g krekera (mlevenih), 50g susama (prepecenog).

Priprema:

1. Pomesati sve sastojke za crvenu koru dobro da se sjedini. Premazati list jedne oblande. Staviti u pleh i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj  rerni na 200C 10 do 12 minuta.

2. Pomesati sve sastojke za zelenu koru dobro da se sjedini. Premazati list druge oblande. Staviti u pleh i peci na 200C 10 do 12 minuta.

Kolac od meda sa pivom

Sastojci: 450g meda, 450g brasna, 400ml piva, 1 kasicica soda bikarbone, za fil - 150g meda, 200g oraha (seckani), 5 kasika vode, dzem.

Priprema:

1) Pomesati brasno i sodu bikarbonu. Dodati pivo i zamestit testo.

2) U manji dublji pleh staviti papir za pecenje, sipati smesu i peci u prethodno zegrejanoh rerni na 180 C. Ostaviti da se ohladi i podeliti na tri dela.

Sastojci: 800g brašna, 10g praška za pecivo, 350ml piva, 200ml ulja, 1 kasicica soli.

Priprema:

1. Pomešati brašno sa praškom za pecivo i solju.

2. Dodati pivo i promesati.

Coko kocke od piva (Chocolate cubes from beer)

Sastojci: 250ml tamnog piva, 125g brasna, 120g margarina (neslanog, sobne temeprature), 125g rogaca (mlevenog ili u prahu), 250g secera, 60g cokolade za kuvanje ili crne cokolade, 1 belance, 1 kasicica vanila ekstrakta, prstohvat soli; za glazuru: 6 kasika margarina (neslanog), 250g secera u prahu.

Priprema:

0) Umutiti belance.

1) U serpicu sipati pivo i pustiti da kljuca, na srednje niskoj vatri (5) dok ne dobijete oko 80ml (trecinu pocetne kolicine piva). 

2) U serpicu staviti margarin, rogac i cokoladu (na kocke) i otopiti na srednje niskoj temepraturi (3). Ostaviti da se malo ohladi, oko jedan minut.

Kuglice s pivom i orasima (Beer and walnuts balls)

Sastojci: 800g brasna + jos ako je potrebno, 250ml piva, 200ml ulja, 350g secera, 200g badema ili lesnika, 250g mlevenih oraha, 10g praska za pecivo, za sirup - 400g secera, 30g vanilin secera, 300ml vode, 2 kasike soka od limuna, mleveni orasi.

Priprema:

1) U brasno staviti prasak za pecivo i secer. Promesati.

2) Dodati pivo, ulje i mlevene orahe i promesati. Trebda dobijete gusce testo (srednje tvrso).

3) Na povrsinu sa malo brasno umesiti testo. Praviti kuglice. U svaku kuglicu staviti po jedan badem ili lesnik.

Posna torta s medom (Fasting cake with honey)

Sastojci: 500g meda, 500g brasna, 200ml piva, 1 kasika sode bikarbone, 350-400g secera, 600g mlevenih oraha, 50g cokolade.

Priprema:

1) Zamesiti med sa brasnom, pivom i sodom bikarbonom. 

2) Podeliti na cetiri dela. Svaku razviti tanko i peci svaku posebno na prevrnutom plehu, koji je namazan uljem i posut brasnom.

Belgijska juneca corba (Belgian beef stew)

Sastojci: 500g juneceg mesa, za marinadu - 1 crni luk, 4 cena belog luka ili 2 kasicice belog luka u prahu, 1 grancica ruzmarina svezeg, 1/2 kasicice suvog timijana, 4 kasike lista persuna (sitno seckanog), 2 kasike crvenog vinskog sirceta, 1 kasika senfa, maslinovo ulje, komad margarina, za corbu - 140ml belgijskog tamnog piva, 2 lista lovora, 400ml junece supe, 1 kasika meda, maslinovo ulje. 

Priprema:
1) Junece meso iseci na kocke. Crni i beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. 
2) U plasticnu kesu staviti meso. U ciniji pomesati crni i beli luk, ruzmarin, timijan, persun, sirce i 2 kasike maslinovog ulja. Promesati dobro i dodati u kesu sa junetinom. Zatvoriti kesu i promesati sastojke. Ostaviti u frizideru najmanje 4 sata a moze i preko noci.
3) Izvaditi grancicu ruzmarina.
4) U serpu sipati 1 kasiku maslinovog ulja i komad margarina i ugrejati. Dodati meso sa sve marinadom i prziti dok ne postane braonkasto. 
 5) Dodati pivo, supu, listove lovora i med. Promesati. Kada provri smanjiti na srednje nisku temperaturu (3), poklopiti i krckati 1 sat i 30 minuta. Skinuti poklopac i krckati jos 30 minuta. Izvaditi listove lovora.
6) Senf namazati na hleb.

Predlog: posluziti uz krompir pire ili pecen krompir sa sosom od mirodjije.

Ingredients: 500g of beef meat, for marinade - 1 onion, 4 cloves of garlic or 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, 1 sprig of rosemary, 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme, 4 tablespoons of parsley leaf (finely chopped), 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon of mustard, olive oil, a piece of margarine, for stew - 140ml of Belgian dark beer, 2 bay leaves, 400ml of beef soup, 1 tablespoon of honey, olive oil.

Preparation:
1) Cut the meat into cubes. Peel the onion and garlic and finely chop.
2) Put the meat into the plastic bag. In a bowl mix the onion, garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, vinegar and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir well and add to the beef bag. Close the bag and mix the ingredients. Leave it in the fridge for at least 4 hours and even overnight.
3) Remove the rosemary sprig.
4) In a pot, pour 1 tbsp of olive oil and a piece of margarine and heat. Add the meat with all the marinade and fry until it is brown.
5) Add beer, soup, bay leaves and honey. Stir. When it boils reduce to medium-low temperature (3), cover and simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Remove the lid and simmer for another 30 minutes. Remove the bay leaves.
6) Put mustard on the bread.


Suggestion: serve with mashed potatoes or baked potatoes with dill cream.

Brzi hleb sa pivom (Quick bread with beer)

Sastojci: 400g brasna, 350ml piva, 10g praska za pecivo, so po ukusu, 100g margarina (na listice), 1 kasika susama, 1 kasika origana, 1/2 kasicice belog luka u prahu, 1 kasika maslinovog ulja ili 1 kockica margarina.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati brasno, prasak za pecivo i so po ukusu. Pomesati susam, origano i beli luk u prahu.
2) Sipati pivo i zamesiti testo.
3) Pleh za pecenje namazati uljem, posuti brasnom i sipati smesu. Odozgo staviti margarin. Posuti mesavinom susama, origana i belog luka.
4) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C oko 45 minuta.

Ingredients: 400g flour, 350ml beer, 10g baking powder, 100g margarine (in slices), 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 1 tbsp oregano, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp olive oil or 1 cube of margarine.

Preparation:
1) Mix flour, baking powder and salt to taste. Mix sesame seeds, oregano and garlic powder.
2) Add beer and knead the dough.
3) Baking pan smear with oil or margarine, sprinkle with flour and pour the dough in pan. Put the margarine on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, oregano and garlic powder mixture.
4) Bake in preheated oven at 200C for about 45 minutes.

Perece s pivom (Beer pretzels)


Sastojci: 250g mekog brasna, 250g ostrog brasna, 30g kvasca, 1 kasika secera (ravna), 250g masti, 500ml piva, 3 zumanca, so, 1-2 zumanca + 2-3 kasike mleka (za premazivanje), kim, mak, susam i krupna so (za posipanje).

Priprema:

1) Brasno prosejati, dodati kvasac, pivo, secer i lagano zamesite testo. Prekriti cistom krpom i ostaviti da naraste.
2) Zatim dodati mast, zumanca i malo soli i zamesiti dobro.
3) Podeliti na manje delove. Od svakog dela napraviti valjak i formirati perece.
4) Redjati u podmazan pleh, premazati mesavinom zumanaca i mleka. Posuti kimom ili susamom ili makom ili solju.
5) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 stepeni dok ne porumeni.


Predlog: od belanaca mozete napraviti Przene knedle sa sirom.

Ingredients: 250g soft flour, 250g hard flour, 30g of yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar (flat), 250 g lard, 500ml of beer, 3 egg yolks, salt, 1-2 egg yolks + 2-3 tablespoons milk (for brushing), cumin, poppy seeds, sesame seeds and coarse salt (for sprinkling).


Preparation:

1) Sift the flour, add yeast, beer, sugar and gently knead the dough. Cover with a clean cloth and allow to rise.
2) Then add the lard, egg yolks and salt and knead well.
3) Divide it into smaller pieces. From every part of dough form roller and make pretzels.
4) Arrange in greased baking pan, brush with the mixture of eggs and milk. Sprinkle with cumin or sesame seeds or poppy seeds or salt.
5) Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.

Suggestion: from egg whites you can make Fried dumplings with cheese.

Pijana pita s mesom (Drunk minced meat pie)

Ingredients: 700g phyllo dough, 600g beef minced meat, 3-4 onions (finely chopped), salt, pepper, 4 eggs, 450ml of beer.

Preparation:
1. Fry meat and onions, add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Grease baking pan, put 2 phyllo dough sheets and spread meat. Repeat steps until it consumed all the material. Finish with 2 phyllo dough sheets.
