Sarma u rerni (Stuffed cabbage in the oven)


Sastojci: 1 do 1 1/2 glavica kiselog kupusa, 500-700g mlevenog mesa, 100-140g pirinca, 2 sargarepe, 1 koren persuna, 200-300g suvih rebara, 1-2 glavice crnog luka, suvi zacin.

Priprema:
1) Oprati glavicu kiselog kupusa i odvojiti listove. Zadebljan koren iseci nozem po duzini. Oprati, oljustitii, oprati i iseci sargarepu i koren persuna na duzinu od oko 2 do 3 cm. Pirinac oprati u nekoliko voda i ocediti. Suva rebra iseci po duzini i staviti u ciniju sa vodom, oko 1 do 2 sata (da izvuce so). Crni luk ocistiti i sitno iseckati.

Napomena 1: ako koristite basmati pirinac posle ispiranja, sipati hladnu vodu i ostaviti da stoji 30 minuta. Ocediti.

Mozete iseci sniclu na kocke ili je zamotati u rolnu da vam sacuva mesto u frizideru i tako spakovati u kesice za zamrzivac. Staviti rolnu u kesicu, uhvatiti za slobodan kraj kesice, a donji deo sa mesom prvo pritisnuti da izadje vazduh, a zatim uvrtati u krug. Deo sa mesom prebaciti u levu ruku, a desnom slobodan kraj kesice vezati u cvor, sto blize delu sa mesom.

Krompir u rerni sa suvim rebrima (Potatoes in the oven with dry ribs)

Sastojci: 2 suva rebra, 3 krompira, 1 sargarepa, kecap (opcionalno), vegeta, voda.

Priprema:

1) Krompir i sargarepu oprati, oljustiti i iseci na kolutove. 

2) U pleh poredjati krompir i sargarepu. Odozgo staviti suva rebra. Dodati vegetu po ukusu i preliti vodom da prekrije krompir. Mozete premazati rebra sa malo kecapa. Staviti alu foliju.

Pasulj (Kidney beans)

Ingredients: 300g  kidney beans, dried meat, dried ribs, 1 large onion, several cloves of garlic, 1 carrot, oil, salt, cayenne pepper, flour.

Preparation:
1. Put the beans in a pot, pour water and leave overnight.
2. Wash carrots, peel them and cut into circles. Peel and finely cut onions and garlic, and let it cook in a little oil.
