Arapski kolac od taana i oraha (Arabic cake made of taan and walnuts)

Sastojci: 600 g brašna, 300 smedjeg šećera, 500g makedonskog tana,  450g oraha - seckanih, 250g suvog grozdja, 500ml vode, 1 kašičica cimeta, rendana kora od limuna, 1 kašičica karanfilića, 10g praska za pecivo.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati taan i šećer i dobro sjediniti. Pomesati brasno i prasak za pecivo. Suvo grozdje potopiti u mlaku vodu ostaviti da nabubri. Ocediti.

Med sa suvim vocem za jacanje imuniteta (Honey with dried fruits to boost immunity)

Sastojci: 600g meda, 300g oraha (celi ili polovine, ne mleveni), 150g suvih kajsija, 150g suvih sljiva, 100g suvih smokava, 200g badema, 150g suvog grozdja, sok i kora od 3 veca limuna.

Priprema:

1) Limun dobro oprati. Iscediti sok. Orahe i bademe iseckati. Suve sljive potopiti u vrelu vodu na 15 minuta. Ocediti.

2) U blender staviti suve kajsije, suve smokve i suvo grozdje i koru od limuna. Samleti.

Pacje grudi sa suvim grozdjem i pinjolama (Duck breast with raisins and pine nuts)

Sastojci: 500g pacjih grudi, 1 struk celera, 1 praziluk, 50g suvog grozdja, 70g pinjola, 1 list lovora, 2 kasike timijana ili 2 kasicice suvog, 2 kasike persuna ili 2 kasicice suvog, 2 kasike estragona ili 2 kasicice suvog, 3 kasike ulja, 1 kasika sirceta, so.

Priprema:

1) U pleh staviti lovor, timijan, persun, estragon, celer i praziluk isecen na kolutove. Odozgo staviti pacje grudi i posoliti po ukusu. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180C oko 40 minuta, uz povremeno prevrtanje. Ostaviti da se ohladi.

2) Potopiti suvo grozdje u vodi i ostaviti da nabubri. Ocediti.

Gratinirane palacinke (Au gratin crepes)

Sastojci: palacinke, za fil: 150g mlevenih oraha, 150g seckanih oraha, 50g suvog grožđa, 1 kasika secera, 10g vanilin secera, rum; za preliv: 500ml slatke pavlake, 50g vanilin secera, 100g secera u prahu, 1 zumance.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati sve sastojke za fil osim ruma, zatim filovati svaku palacinku, poprskati rumom i saviti u rolnu. Preseci svaku palacinku na pola i poredjati u vatrostalnu ciniju.

Sladoled sa rumom i pistacima (Rum and pistachio ice cream)

Sastojci: 1 L mleka (punomasnog), 4 jaja, 300g secera, 20g vanilin secera, 100ml ruma, 50g cokolade (na kockice), 100g suvog grozdja, 100g pistaca.

Priprema:
1) Penasto umutiti jaja sa secerom i vanilin secerom.
2) Na srednjoj temepraturi (4) kuvati mleko sa jajima dok se ne zgusne.
3) Mesati dok se ne ohladi.
4) Dodati rum, cokoladu i pistace i promesati.
5) Sipati u posude i staviti u zamrzivac.

Ingredients: 1 L milk (full fat), 4 eggs, 300g sugar, 20g vanillin sugar, 100ml rum, 50g chocolate (diced), 100g dried grapes, 100g pistachios.

Preparation:
1) Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamu.
2) At medium temperature (4), cook the milk with the eggs until thickened.
3) Stir until cool.
4) Add rum, chocolate and pistachios and stir.

5) Pour into containers and place in freezer.

Oblanda od oraha i suvog voca (Walnut and dried fruits wafer)

Sastojci: 500g mlevenih oraha, 200g suvog grozdja, 200g suvih kajsija, 200g suvih smokava, 300ml vode, 300g secera, rum (opcionalno), 2 lista oblande.

Priprema:
1) Iseckati suve kajsije i smokve na kockice. Suvo grozdje potopiti u mesavinu tople vode i ruma u odnosu na 1:1. Ocediti.
2) U serpu staviti vodu i ostaviti da prokljuca. Dodati secer i kad se otopi kuvati jos 5 minuta.
3) Dodati orahe i suvo voce. Dobro sjediniti. Na jedan oblande namazati fil prekriti drugim listom. Staviti papir za pecenje ili kesu. Odozgo staviti teske knjige i ostaviti da se ohladi. 

Ingredients: 500g ground walnuts, 200g raisins, 200g dried apricots, 200g dried figs, 300ml water, 300g sugar, rum (optional), 2 sheets of wafers.

Preparation:
1) Cut the dried apricots and figs into cubes. Soak the raisins in a mixture of warm water and rum in relation to 1: 1. Drain.
2) Put water in the pot and let it boil. Add the sugar and when it dissolves, cook for another 5 minutes.

3) Add walnuts and dried fruits. Combine well. Spread the fill over one sheet cover with another. Cover with baking paper or bag. Put heavy books on top and let cool.

Pahuljice sa suvim vocem (Cereal with dried fruits)


Sastojci: pahuljice: 250g ovsenih pahuljica, 250g razanih pahuljica, 250g jecmenih pahuljica, 250 psenicnih pahuljica, suvo voce: suvo grozdje, brusnice, suvi ananas, suve banane ili sveza banana, suve smokve, suve kajsije, suve sljive, urme, i jos: 1 kasika lana u prahu, 1 kasicica cimeta, jogurt.

Priprema:

1) U blender staviti ovsene i razane pahuljice i blendirati oko 1.5 minut. Sipati u hermeticku kutiju.
2) U blender staviti jecmene i psenicne pahuljice i  blendirati oko 1.5 minut. Dodati u kutiju.
3) Suvo grozdje, suve sljive i suve banane potopiti u mlaku vodu i ostaviti pola sata. Procediti. Suve smokve, suve kajsije i urme iseci na manje komade.
4) U ciniju sipati 3 kasike mesavine pahuljica, dodati suvo voce, lan, cimet i preliti jogurtom. Promesati da se sve sjedini i ostaviti pola sata. Po zelji, kasnije dodati jos malo jogurta.

Napomena: mozete staviti suvog voca koliko zelite i koje zelite. Stavite dve vrste pahuljica odjednom u blender jer se lakse melje nego ako je samo jedna tj. samo 250g. Ako imate 750g pahuljica, stavite prvo 500g, pola sipajte u kutiju, pa dodajte 250g na (vrh) vec samlevene pahuljice, u blender i ponovo sameljite. 

Ingredients: cereal: 250g of oat flakes, 250g of rye flakes, 250g of barley flakes, 250g of wheat flakes, dried fruits: raisins, cranberries, dried pineapple, dried bananas or fresh banana, dried figs, dried apricots, prunes, dates, and more: 1 tablespoon of flax powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, buttermilk.

Preparation:

1) In a blender put oat and rye flakes and blend, about 1.5 minutes. Pour into a hermetic box.
2) In a blender put barley and wheat flakes and blend about 1.5 minutes. Add to a box.
3) Raisins, prunes and dried bananas soak in lukewarm water and leave for half an hour. Strain. Dried figs, dried apricots and dates, cut into smaller pieces.

4) In a bowl pot 3 tablespoons of mixture of cereal, add dried fruits, flax, cinnamon and pour buttermilk. Mix all together and leave for half an hour. If desired, bit later, add a little more buttermilk.

Note: you can put dried fruit as much as you want and what you want. Put two kinds of cereal at a time in the blender because it's easier to grind than if only one ie. only 250g. If you have 750g of cereal, put first 500g, put half into the box, and add 250g on top of grinded flakes, in a blender and grind again.

Kuglice s medom i cimetom (Honey and cinnamon balls)

Ove kuglice pripremiti dan ili dva pre upotrebe.

Sastojci: 3 jaja, 500g brasna, 250g secera, 100g masti, 50g suvog grozdja, 4 kasike meda, 4 kasike cimeta, 5 g praska za pecivo.

Priprema:
1) Umutit jaja sa secerom. Pomesati brasno sa praskom za pecivo. Mast umutiti.
2) U jaja dodati med, cimet, mast i brasno. Zamesiti testo i praviti kuglice
3) Pleh namazati sa malo ulja, poredjati kuglice, svaku malo pritisnuti i staviti zrno ili dva suvog grozdja. 
4) Rernu zagrejati na 200C i peci pazeci da se ne prepeku. 

Prepare these balls one or two days before use.

Ingredients: 3 eggs, 500g flour, 250g sugar, 100g lard, 50g of raisins, 4 tablespoons honey, 4 tablespoons of cinnamon, 5g baking powder.

Preparation:
1) Whisk the eggs with sugar. mix flour with baking powder. Whisk lard.
2) Add honey, cinnamon, lard and flour to the eggs mixture. Knead dough and make small balls
3) Smear baking pan with a little oil, arrange the balls, press each ball on top and put a grain or two of raisins.

4) Heat oven to 200C and bake, be careful not over bake.

Stanglice sa dva fila (Bars with two fillings)

Sastojci: za testo - 250g brasna+5g praska za pecivo, 150 margarina (omeksao), 100g secera, 1 jaje, strugana kora od jednog limuna; za prvi fil -150g mlevenih oraha, 120g secera, malo mleka i 150g suvog grozdja; za drugi fil - 3 jaja, 3 kasika secera, 5 kasika brasna; dzem.

Priprema:
1) Za testo - pomesati sve sastojke i zamesiti testo. Testo razvuci oklagijom u velicini pleha. Pleh namazati uljem i posuti sa malo brasna. Staviti testo i premazati dzemom.
2) Za prvi fil - pomesati sve sastojke i premazati preko dzema.
3) Za drugi fil - pazljivo odvojiti belanca od zumanaca. Umutiti zumanca sa secerom. Umutiti belanca. U zumanca dodati brasno i umucena belanca. Sjediniti. Sipati preko prvog fila.
4) Peci u rerni na 200C. Ispeceno i ohladjeno iseci na stanglice.

Ingredients: for the dough - 250 g flour + 5g baking powder, 150 margarine (softened), 100g sugar, 1 egg, grated rind of one lemon; for the 1st filling -150g ground walnuts, 120g of sugar, some milk and 150g of raisins; for the 2nd filling - 3 eggs, 3 tbsp of sugar, 5 tablespoons flour; jam.

Preparation:
1) For the dough - mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Stretch the dough with rolling pin in the size of the pan. Smear baking pan with oil and sprinkle with a little flour. Place the dough and spread with jam.
2) For the 1st filling - mix all ingredients and spread over jam.
3) For the 2nd filling - carefully separate the egg whites from egg yolks. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar. Whisk the egg whites. In the yolks, add the flour and egg whites. Combine well. Pour over the first filling evenly.

4) Bake in the oven at 200C. Baked and cooled, cut the bars.

Punjena cokolada (Filled chocolate)

Sastojci: 150g bele cokolade za kuvanje, 300g crne cokolade za kuvanje, 1 kasicica cimeta, 1 kasicica muskatnog orascica, suve brusnice, suvo grozdje, lesnici, bademi, 120g margarina (omeksao), 200g secera u prahu, 1 kasicica ekstrakta od vanile. 

Prirpema:
1) Umutiti margarin sa secerom u prahu. Dodati vanilu i sjediniti.
2) Na pari istopite belu cokoladu. Ostaviti da se prohladi, ali ne potpuno. Sipati u male kalupe do pola. 
3) Istopite 150g crne cokolade i dodati kasicicu cimeta. Sjediniti.
4) Istopite 150g crne cokolade i dodati kasicicu muskatnog orascica. Sjediniti.
5) Jos dok je bela cokolada topla dodati u sredinu, 1-2 brusnice, 2-3 suva grozdja, 1 lesnik, 1 badem, ili fil od margarina i secera u prahu. Preliti crnom cokoladom sa cimetom ili muskatnim orascicem.
6) Staviti u frizider da se ohlade.

Savet: cokoladu mozete puniti i visnjama prethodno potopljene u rum, zele bombonama, parcicima cokolade, suvim ananasom.

Ingredients: 150g white chocolate for cooking, 300g dark chocolate for cooking, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, dried cranberries, raisins, hazelnuts, almonds, 120g butter (softened), 200g powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Preparation:
1) Mix margarine with powdered sugar. Add vanilla and combine.
2) Melt the white chocolate, over steam. Allow to cool, but not completely. Pour into small molds, halfway.
3) Melt 150g dark chocolate, over steam and add a teaspoon of cinnamon. Combine.
4) Melt 150g dark chocolate, over steam and add a spoonful of nutmeg. Combine.
5) While the white chocolate is still warm add in the middle, 1-2 cranberries, 2-3 dry raisins, 1 hazelnut, 1 almond, or filling of margarine and powdered sugar. Pour dark chocolate with cinnamon or nutmeg.
6) Put in refrigerator to cool.

Tip: You can fill the chocolate with sour cherries previously dipped in rum, jelly beans, chocolate shards, dried pineapple.

Kolac od sira (Cheesecake)

Sastojci: za testo - 300g brasna, 150g margarina, 100g secera, 3 jaja+ 1 zumance, 2 kasike cimeta; 150g obicnog keksa; za krem - 500g mladog sira, 3 jaja+1 zumance, 100ml ruma, 150g suvog grozdja, 150g secera u prahu, 50g kakaoa, 150g usecerene kore pomorandze sitno iseckane, 1 kasika cimeta.

Priprema:
1) Brasno prosejati, pa dodati margarina isecen komadice, secer, jaja i cimet. Zamesiti glatko testo. Ostaviti u frizider na 1 i po sat.
2) Razvaljati testo i njime obloziti manji pleh koji je prethodno podmazan margarinom i posut brasnom. Izbusiti viljuskom i posuti izmrvljenim keksom. Ostaviti u frizideru 30 minuta.
3) Potopiti suvo grozdje u rum i ostaviti da nabubri. Ocediti.
4) Pomesati sir, secer, jaja, zumance i mesati dok ne dobijete ujednacenu masu. Dodati suvo grozdje, pomorandze i cimet. Promesati pa sipati u pleh. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 160C oko 40 minuta.


Ingredients: for dough - 300g flour, 150g butter, 100g sugar, 3 eggs + 1 egg yolk, 2 tablespoons cinnamon; 150g plain biscuits; for cream - 500g cottage cheese, 3 eggs + 1 yolk, 100ml rum, 150g raisins, 150g powdered sugar, 50g cocoa, 150g candied orange peel finely chopped, 1 tablespoon cinnamon.

Preparation:
1) Sift flour and add the sliced pieces of margarine, sugar, eggs and cinnamon. Knead to get smooth dough. Leave in the refrigerator to one and a half hour.
2) Roll out the dough and put it in a smaller baking pan that you previously greased with margarine and sprinkled with flour. Make holes with fork and sprinkle with crushed biscuits. Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
3) Soak the raisins in the rum and leave to swell. Drain.
4) Mix cheese, sugar, eggs, egg yolks and stir until you get a uniform mass. Add raisins, oranges and cinnamon. Stir it and pour into baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven at 160C for about 40 minutes.

Ovas sa suvim vocem i bananama (Oats with dried fruits and bananas)



Sastojci: 400g ovasa u zrnu, 800ml vode, 100g suvog grozdja, 80g suvog ananasa, 80g suve papaje, 2 banane.

Priprema:
1) U dublju serpu sipati ovas i preliti vodom. Pustiti da prokljuca pa smanjiti na srednju temperaturu i kuvati oko pola sata.


2) Bananu oljustiti i iseci na kockice.
3) Ocediti ovas pa dodati suvo voce i banane. Promesati.



Ingredients: 400g oats in the grain (oats groats), 800ml water, 100g of raisins, 80g dried pineapple, 80g dried papaya, two bananas.

Preparation:
1) In deeper saucepan put oats and pour water. Allow to boil then reduce to medium heat and cook for about half an hour.
2) Peel bananas and slice into cubes.
3) Drain barley and add the dried fruits and bananas. Stir.

Hleb sa suvim grozdjem (Bread with raisins)

Sastojci: 400g mekog brasna, 100ml ulja, 20g kvasca, 1 grancica ruzmarina, 100g suvog grozdja, 1 zumance, 250ml vode, 1 kasicica secera, 1/2 kasicice soli.

Priprema: 
1) Pomesati kvasac, secer, 1 kasiku brasna i mlaku vodu. Ostaviti da naraste. Potopiti suvo grozdje u vodu i ostaviti da naraste. Ocediti. Uvaljati suvo grozdje u brasno (da testo ne bi bilo gnjecavo).
2) Pomesati brasno, so, kvasac i dobro umesite testo.
3) Posudu premazati uljem staviti testo i ostaviti da naraste na toplom 2 sata. 4) Na ulju, na niskoj temperaturi, proprziti iglice ruzmarina oko 10 minuta. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
5) U posudu sa testom dodati ulje sa ruzmarinom. Umesiti tako da se dobro sjedini.
6) Napraviti loptu i ostaviti da narasta 1 sat.
7) Dodati suvo grozdje i mesiti opet.
8) Oblikovati okrugli hleb, premazati zumancetom, staviti u pleh namazan uljem, posut brasnom i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180C  oko 30 minuta.

Ingredients: 400g soft flour, 100ml oil, 20g of yeast, 1 sprig rosemary, 100g raisins, 1 egg yolk, 250ml water, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 tsp salt.

Preparation: 
1) Mix the yeast, sugar, 1 tablespoon of flour and lukewarm water. Allow to rise. Soak the raisins in water and let it grow. Drain. Roll raisins in flour (so that dough would not be soggy).
2) Mix the flour, salt, yeast and knead the dough well.
3) Brush pan with oil, put the dough and let it rise in a warm two hours.
4) In the oil, at low temperature, fry rosemary needles about 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
5) In a bowl add to the dough oil with rosemary. Knead so it is well combined.
6) Make a ball and leave to rise for 1 hour.
7) Add the raisins and knead again.
8) Make round loaf, brush with the egg yolks, put in a baking pan greased with oil, sprinkled with flour and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for about 30 minutes.

Banana dezert (Banana dessert)

Sastojci: 5 banana, narendana kora i sok od jedne pomorandze, 50g mlevenih lesnika, 20g margarina, 50ml ruma, 50g suvog grozdja, 1 kasicica muskatnog oraha, 3 kasike smedjeg secera, 1/2 kasicice cimeta.

Priprema:
1) Potopiti suvo grozdje u vodi i ostaviti da nabubri. Ocediti.
2) Banane oljustiti i isceci na cetvrtine. Pomesati koru, sok od pomorandze, secer, rum, cimet i muskatni orah.
3) U pleh poredjati banane, preliti sokom od pomorandze, posuti lesnicima, suvim grozdjem i margarinom isecenim na kockice. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180C 10 minuta.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Banana dezert 2.

Ingredients: 5 bananas, grated rind and juice of one orange, 50g of ground hazelnuts, 20g butter, 50ml rum, 50g raisins, 1 tsp nutmeg, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon.

Preparation: 
1) Soak the raisins in water and leave to swell. Drain.
2) Peel bananas and cut in the quarters. Combine rind, orange juice, sugar, rum, cinnamon and nutmeg.
3) In a baking dish arrange the bananas, pour orange juice, sprinkle with hazelnuts, raisins and margarine cut into small cubes. Bake in the preheated oven at 180C for 10 minutes.

Suggestion: you can make Banana dessert 2.

Italijanski Bozicni hleb (Italian Christmas bread)

Sastojci:  za testo 1:  200g brasna, prstohvat kvasca, 90ml vode; za testo 2: 500g brasna, 60ml vode, 2 jaja, 60g margarina, 1/2 kasicice soli, 10g vanilin secera, 2 kasicice kvasca u prahu, 80g secera; 130g suvog grozdja, 130g suvih kajsija sitno iseckane, 130g suvih brusnica, 130 suvog ananasa, 2 kasike soka od pomorandze i 2 kasike soka od limuna.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati sastojke za testo 1, pokriti i ostaviti preko noci, 8-10 sati.
2) Pomesati sastojke za testo 2, zamesiti i ostaviti da naraste oko 1,5 sat.
3) Dodati suvo voce i sok od pomorandze i limuna i opet zamesiti.
4) Staviti testo u okrugao pleh namazan uljem i posut brasnom, pokriti i ostaviti da naraste oko1 sat.
5) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200C oko 20 minuta, pa smanjiti temperaturu na 180C i peci jos 20 minuta ili dok ne bude peceno.

Predlog: ovaj slatki hleb mozete posluziti uz krem od jagoda.

Ingredients: for dough 1: 200g flour, a pinch of yeast, 90ml water; for dough 2: 500g flour, 60ml water, 2 eggs, 60g butter, 1/2 tsp salt, 10g vanilla sugar, 2 teaspoons yeast powder, 80g sugar; 130g raisins, 130g dry appicots finely chopped, 130g of dried cranberries, 130g dried pineapple, 2 tablespoons orange juice and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

Preparation: 
1) Combine the ingredients for the dough 1, cover and leave overnight, 8-10 hours.
2) Combine the ingredients for the dough 2, knead and let it grow about 1.5 hours.
3) Add dried fruits and juice from orange and lemon and knead again.
4) Place the dough in a loaf pan smeared with oil and sprinkled with flour, cover and let it grow about 1 hour.
5) Bake in the preheated oven at 200C for about 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180C and bake for another 20 minutes or until done.

Suggestion: this sweet bread you can serve with strawberry cream.

Sok od heljde i ananasa (Buckwheat and pineapple juice)

Sastojci: 400g heljde u zrnu, 400g ananasa+sok od ananasa iz konzerve, 120g suvog grozdja, 1 banana, prstohvat anisa, prstohvat djumbira, 2 kasicice meda, 1/2 kasicice mlevenog korijandera.

Priprema:
1) Heljdu potopiti u vodu i ostaviti preko noci. Suvo grozdje potopiti u vodu i ostaviti da nabubri. Ocediti. Ananas i bananu isecite na kockice.
2) U blender staviti heljdu, ananas i sok od ananasa, suvo grozdje, bananu, anis, djumbir, med i korijander.
3) Sipati u case i sluziti.

Ingredients: 400g buckwheat beans, 400g pineapple+pineapple juice from can, 120g raisins, 1 banana, a pinch of anise, pinch ginger, 2 tsp honey, 1/2 tsp of ground coriander.

Preparation:
1) Buckwheat soak in water and leave overnight. Soak raisins in water and leave to swell. Drain. Pineapple and banana, cut it into cubes.
2) In a blender put buckwheat, pineapple and pineapple juice, raisins, banana, anise, ginger, honey and coriander.
3) Pour into glasses and serve.

Posna torta sa suvim grozdjem (Fasting cake with raisins)

Sastojci: 250g secera, 250g mlevenih oraha, 75g cokolade, 100g suvog grozdja, 1 kasicica orascica.

Priprema: 
1) Skuvati secer sa 200 ml vode, da bude gust.
2)Dodati orahe, struganu cokoladu i orascic i kuvati dok se ne zgusne. Dodati suvo grozdje i jos malo prokuvati. Ostaviti da se prohladi.
3) Masu oblikovati na tacni i ostaviti u frizideru.

Ingredients: 250g sugar, 250g ground walnuts, 75g chocolate, 100g raisins, 1 tsp nutmeg.

Preparation: 
1) Cook sugar with 200 ml of water, to be thick.
2) Add the walnuts, grated chocolate and nutmeg and cook until thickened. Add raisins and cook a little more. Allow it to cool down.
3) Form cake on a tray and leave in the fridge.

Uskrsnja pita od pirinca (Easter rice pie)

Sastojci: 500g lisnatog testa 1, 300g pirinca, 600ml mleka, 200g secera, 100g suvog grozdja, 3 jaja, 20g cimeta, 20g vanilin secera.

Priprema:
1) Suvo grozdje potopiti u mlaku vodu i ostaviti da nabubri. Procediti.
2) Sipati secer u mleko, dodati pirinac i kuvati dok mleko ne ispari.
3) Dodati suvo grozdje, cimet, vanilin secer i dva umucena jajeta.
4) Lisnato testo podeliti na dva dela i razviti. Jednu polovinu staviti u pleh, staviti masu ravnomerno, staviti drugu polovinu testa. Premazati umucenim jajetom i peci na 200 C.

Ingredients: 500g puff pastr, 300g rice, 600ml milk, 200g sugar, 100g raisins, 3 eggs, 20g cinnamon, 20g vanilla sugar.

Preparation:
1) Soak raisins in warm water and leave to swell. Drain.
2) Put the sugar in the milk, add rice and cook until the milk evaporates.
3) Add raisins, cinnamon, vanilla sugar and two well beaten eggs.
4) Divide the puff pastry into two parts and develop. Put one half in baking pan, spread mass evenly, put the other half on top. Brush with well beaten egg and bake at 200 C.

Pita od jabuka bez jaja (Phyllo dough apple pie without eggs)

Sastojci: 500g kora za pitu ,10 jabuka (vecih), 600ml vode, 8 kasika secera, 1 kasicica cimeta, 100g suvog grozdja, 200g mlevenog keksa, ulje+voda.

Priprema:
1) Jabuke oljustiti i izrendati. Suvo grozdje potopiti u mlaku vodu i ostaviti da nabubri. Procediti. Secer pomesati sa cimetom. Pomesati prst ulja (horizontalno) i prst vode (vertikalno).
2) U serpu staviti jabuke, dodati vodu i kuvati 20 minuta uz povremeno mesanje. Jabuke procediti a sok sacuvati.
3) Staviti jednu koru, premazati mesavinom ulja i vode i posuti mesavinom secera i cimeta (2 kasike). Staviti drugu koru, premazati mesavinom ulja i vode i posuti mlevenim keksom (2-3 kasike). Staviti trecu koru, premazati jabukama (3 kasike). Posle jabuka staviti suvo grozdje (nece biti za sve kore).
4) Tepsiju podmazati margarinom. Prvu saviti u obliku puza i staviti na sredinu tepsije, a zatim redjati u krug.
Napomena: ako su ivice suve, premazati mesavinom ulja i vode.
5) Ponoviti korak 3) dok se ne utrosi sav materijal.
6) Pitu premazati mesavinom ulja i vode. Peci u zagrejanoj rerni na 200C.

Predlog 1: od 200g piskota ili nekog drugog obicnog keksa, soka od jabuka, 40g pudinga u prahu od vanile, 4 kasike secera (ravne) i slaga mozete napraviti kolac. Pomesati puding sa 2 kasike secera i 100ml soka od jabuka. U 400 ml soka jabuka staviti 2 kasike secera i zagrejati, dodati puding i kuvati oko 5 minuta uz stalno mesanje. Keks potapati u sok od jabuka i redjati na tacnu, preliti sa prohladjenim pudingom, staviti red keksa. Kad se ohladi premazati slagom.

Predlog 2: mozete napraviti i Kolac od jabuka.

Ingredients:
500g of phyllo dough sheets, 10 apples (large), 600ml water, 8 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 100g raisins, 200g ground biscuits, oil + water.

Preparation:
1) Peel and grate the apples. Soak raisins in warm water and leave to swell. Drain. Combine sugar with cinnamon. Mix finger of oil (horizontal) and a finger of water (vertically).
2) I sauce pan put apples, add water and cook for 20 minutes with occasional stirring. Drain apples and preserve juice.
3) Place one phyllo dough sheet, brush with oil and water mixture and sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon mixture (2 tablespoons). Put another sheet, brush with oil and water mixture and sprinkle with ground biscuits (2-3 tablespoons). Put third sheet, spread with apples (3 tablespoons). After apples put raisins (will not be for all sheets).
4) Grease baking pan with margarine. First fold in the form of snail and put in the middle of the baking pan, then line up in a circle.
Note: If the edges are dry, brush with oil and water mixture.
5) Repeat step 3) until all ingredients are gone.
6) Coat pie with oil and water mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 200C.

Suggestion 1: 200g of biscotti or other plain biscuits, apple juice, 40g powder vanilla, 4 tablespoons of sugar (flat) and whipped cream you  can make a cake. Mix pudding with 2 tablespoons of sugar and 100ml of apple juice. In 400 ml apple juice put 2 tablespoons of sugar and bring to stove, add the pudding and cook for about 5 minutes with constant stirring. Soak biscuits in apple juice and arrange on a platter, pour the cooled pudding, put layer of biscuits. When cooled top with whipped cream.

Suggestion 1: you can make Apple cake.

Posne vocne stanglice (Lowfat fruit bars)

Sastojci: 100g suvih smokvi, 100g suvih sljiva, 100g urmi, 100g suvog grozdja, 100g oraha (iseckanih), 1 kasika secera, sok od jednog limuna, 2 kasike meda, 2 oblande.

Priprema:
1) Potopiti suvo grozdje u mlaku vodu i ostaviti da nabubri. Ocediti.
2) Smokve, suve sljive, urme iseci na tanke rezance.
3) Pomesati sa orasima, suvim grozdjem i sokom od limuna. Dodati med i secer pa sve umesiti.
4) Masu rasporediti po oblandi, prekriti drugom oblandom i malo pritisnuti. Prekriti celofanom, poredjati par teskih knjiga. Ostaviti da odstoji pa seci stanglice.

Ingredients:
100g dried figs, 100g prunes, 100g dates, 100g raisins, 100g walnuts (chopped), 1 tablespoon sugar, the juice of one lemon, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 wafer sheets.

Preparation:
1) Soak the raisins in warm water and leave to swell. Drain well.
2) Figs, prunes and dates cut it into thin strips.
3) Mix with walnuts, raisins and lemon juice. Add honey and sugar, and knead everything.
4) Spread mixture on the wafer sheet, cover with the wafer sheet and press a little. Cover with cellophane, place a couple of heavy books. Leave to rest and cut bars.
