Suve šljive u slanini (Prunes in bacon)

Sastojci: 200 g suvih šljiva (bez koštica), 100 g slanine ili pancete (tanko sečene), 100 g maslina (bez koštica, secenih na pola), orasi ili pekan orasi (seckanih).

Priprema:

1. Svaku suvu sljivu napuniti polovinom masline i komadicima oraha.

2. Zamotati u šnitu slanine.

Vegan cokoladne kuglice (Vegan chocolate balls)

Sastojci: 150g semenki suncokreta (oljustenog), 150g semenki bundeve (oljustene), 200g suvih kajsija, 200g suvih sljiva, 1 kasicica cimeta, 100g indijskih oraha, celih (ili oraha, pistaca, badema, lesnika, kikirikija), 200g čokolade, 2 kasike kokosovog ulja.

Priprema:

1. 75g semenki suncokreta samleti u prah, a 75g ostaviti cele. Semenke bundeve samleti u prah.

2. Posebno u blenderu ili seckalici samleti kajsije. Dobro ih usitniti.

Punjene kacamak kuglice (Stuffed polenta balls)

Sastojci: 500g kukuruznog brasna (zutog), 1.8 L vode, 50g margarina, za punjenje - orasasti plodovi - celi i mleveni (kikiriki, orasi, lesnici, bademi, pistaci, indijski orasi), cajna kobasica (kulen), sunka (iseceno na kocke) i slicno, kackavalj ili tofu (iseceno na kocke), kiseli krastavcici (iseceno na kolutove), masline (zelene ili crne, bez kostica), suve sljive (bez kostica), samo za valjanje - semenke suncokreta (pecen), semenke bundeve (mlevene), susam (beli i/ili crni), krekeri (slani, mleveni), lan.

Priprema:

1. U serpu staviti kukurzno brasno, margarin i vodu. Kuvati na srednjoj temperaturi (4) povremeno mesajuci desetak minuta. Ostaviti da se malo ohladi (treba da bude toplo).

Ovsene pahuljice sa suvim sljivama

6-8 meseci 

Sastojci: 60g ovsenih pahuljica, 5 suvih sljiva (bez kostica), 250+200ml vode.

Priprema:

1. Stavite ovsene pahuljice u blender (ili seckalicu) i fino sameljite.
2. U serpici pomesati samlevene ovsene pahuljice i 250ml vode. Pustiti da prokljuca na srednjoj temperaturi (4) povremeno mesajuci.
3. Smanjiti na nisku temperaturu (2) i krckati uz stalno mesanje, dok se ne zgusne, oko 5 minuta.

Sastojci: 5 jabuka, 250g lisnatog testa, 150g oraha, 100g sljiva (ili suvih sljiva), 1 kasicica cimeta.

Priprema:

1) Jabuke oljustiti i iseci na kocke ili izrendati. Sljive ili suve sljive iseci na kockice.

Med sa suvim vocem za jacanje imuniteta (Honey with dried fruits to boost immunity)

Sastojci: 600g meda, 300g oraha (celi ili polovine, ne mleveni), 150g suvih kajsija, 150g suvih sljiva, 100g suvih smokava, 200g badema, 150g suvog grozdja, sok i kora od 3 veca limuna.

Priprema:

1) Limun dobro oprati. Iscediti sok. Orahe i bademe iseckati. Suve sljive potopiti u vrelu vodu na 15 minuta. Ocediti.

2) U blender staviti suve kajsije, suve smokve i suvo grozdje i koru od limuna. Samleti.

Dzem za ciscenje (Cleansing jam)

Sastojci: 150 g suvih sljiva (bez kostica), 150g urmi (bez kostica), 150g suvih smokava, 260-340ml vode.

Priprema: 
1) Suve sljive, suve smokve i urme iseci na kocke. 
2) U serpicu sipati 260ml vode i pustiti da prokljuca. Dodati suvo voce i urme i kuvati mesajuci dok se ne zgusne. Ako zelite redji dzem dodati ostatak vode.

Ingredients: 150 g prunes (pitted), 150g dates (pitted), 150g dried figs, 260-340ml water.

Preparation:
1) Cut into cubes prunes, dried figs and dates.
2) Pour 260ml of water into the saucepan and let it boil. Add dried fruits and dates and cook, stirring, until thickened. If you want thinner jam add the rest of the water.

Dzem od sljiva iz rerne (Plum jam from the oven)

Sastojci: 5 kg sljiva, 1.7 kg secera, 2 kasike ruma.

Priprema:
1) Sljive oprati I ocistiti od kostica. 
2) U dublji pleh redjati red sljiva, red secera dok se ne utrosi sav materijal. 
3) Ostaviti da stoji 12h pa staviti u prethodno zagrejanu rernu na 150 C da se kuvaju uz povremeno mesanje. Kuvati 5h. 
4) Dodati rum (po ukusu) I dobro promesati.
5) Vruc dzem sipati u orpane I sterilisane tegle. Povezati celofanom namocenim u alkohol, uviti u cebe I ostaviti do sutra dan da se potpuno ohladi.

Ingredients: 5 kg plums, 1.7 kg sugar, 2 tablespoons rum.

Preparation:
1) Wash the plums and remove pits.
2) Place a row of plums in a deeper baking tray, then a row of sugar until all the material is used up.
3) Leave to stand for 12 hours and place in preheated oven at 150 C to cook with occasional stirring. Cook 5h.
4) Add rum (to taste) and mix well.

5) Pour hot jam into washed and sterilized jars. Bind with cellophane soaked in alcohol, wrap in a blanket and leave until tomorrow to cool completely.

Kako zamrznuti I odrmznuti voce? (How to freeze and defrost fruit?)

1) Za pripremu zimnice treba koristiti najkvalitetnije voce koje je sveze I neosteceno. Manja ostecenja se moraju ocistiti, da se cela zimnica ne bi pokvarila. 
2) Voce se pre zamrzavanja moze posuti secerom ili preliti secernim sirupom. Za pripremu sirupa na 1 L vode dodati 3 kg seccera I sok od 3 limuna. Sacekati da se secer otopi. Kuvati na laganoj temperaturi. Penu koja se skupi treba pokupiti. Voce staviti u tegle I ostaviti 2 cm prazno. Svo voce treba da bude pokriveno sirupom.
3) Voce se preliva vrelim sirupom.    
4) Kod pasterizacije voce se zagreva u rerni u dobro zatvorenoj tegli na 75-100 C. 
5) Voca koja su najbolja zamrzavanje su breskve, dinje, jagode, kajsije, kupine, limun, maline, pomorandze, ribizle, tresnje I visnje bez kostica, sljive. Jabuke I kruske se ne zamrzavaju a mogu se cuvati u kompotu.  

Breskve I kajsije – oprati. Staviti u cediljku uroniti u serpu sa vrelom vodom, a zatim u serpu sa hladnom vodom. Ocediti, oljustiti I izvaditi kostice. Preliti secernim sirupom I spakovati u plasticne kutije. Ja sam kajsije zamrzavala bez secernog sirupa I bile su ok za kompot.

Dinje – oprati, oljustiti I ocistiti od semenki. Iseci na kocke posuti secerom I sokom od limuna. Poredjati u plasticne kutije I zamrznuti.

Jagode, kupine I maline – oprati, ocediti I posuti secerom tj. dobro ih uvaljati u secer. Poredjati na posluzavnik I brzo zamrznuti, a onda spakovati u kese I vratiti u zamrzivac. Ja sam jagode zamrzavala bez secera I odlicne su za kompot.

Suvo voce i orasasti plodovi u medu (Dried fruits and nuts in honey)


Sastojci: med, brusnice, suve kajsije, suve sljive, smokve, suvi ananas, suvo grozdje, urme, suva papaja, suvi mango, orasi, bademi, lesnici, indijski i brazilski orasi.

Priprema:

1. Vocu izvaditi kostice.
2. U prazun teglu staviti suvo voce i orasate plodove koje zelite.
3. Preliti medom kojim zelite. 

Ingredients: honey, cranberries, dried apricots, prunes, figs, dried pineapple, raisins, dates, dried papaya, dried mango, walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, cashew and Brazil nuts.

Preparation:

1. Remove pits from fruits.
2. In empty jar put dry fruits and nuts that you want.
3. Pour with honey that you want.

Vocna salama (Fruit salami)

Sastojci: 1 list velikih oblandi, 200g suvih smokava, 100g suvih sljiva, 100g seckanih oraha, 3 kasike dzema od kajsija, 150g keksa, 1 jaje, zumance, 150g secera i 150g margarina (isecen na kocke), 20g kakaoa.

Priprema:
1) Na vlazan ubrus staviti list oblande. Preko staviti drugi vlazan ubrus.
2) Smokve i sljive iseci na rezance. Keks izlomiti.
3) Kuvati suve smokve, suve sljive, orahe, dzem, keks, jaje, zumance, secer i margarin. Kad se zgusne dodati kakao.
4) Ovom masom (toplom) namazati oblandu. Pazljivo zaviti u rolat. Ostaviti da stoji nekoliko sati.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Cokoladnu salamu.

Savet: mozete pogledati kako se priprema dzem za mekano voce ili kako se priprema dzem za cvrsto voce.

Ingredients: 1 sheet of large wafers, 200g of dried figs, 100g prunes, 100g finely chopped walnuts, 3 tablespoons apricot jam, 150g of plain biscuits, 1 egg, 1 egg yolk, 150g sugar and 150g butter (cut into cubes), 20g cocoa.

Preparation: 
1) On wet a towel/napkin put wafer leaf. Cover with another put wet towel/napkin.
2) Figs and prunes cut into strips. Cookies break into pieces.
3) Cook dried figs, dried plums, walnuts, jam, biscuits, egg, egg yolk, sugar and margarine. When thickness add cocoa.
4) Spread warm mass over the wafer. Gently fold into the roll. Allow to stand for several hours.

Suggestion: you can make Chocolate salami.

Posne vocne stanglice (Lowfat fruit bars)

Sastojci: 100g suvih smokvi, 100g suvih sljiva, 100g urmi, 100g suvog grozdja, 100g oraha (iseckanih), 1 kasika secera, sok od jednog limuna, 2 kasike meda, 2 oblande.

Priprema:
1) Potopiti suvo grozdje u mlaku vodu i ostaviti da nabubri. Ocediti.
2) Smokve, suve sljive, urme iseci na tanke rezance.
3) Pomesati sa orasima, suvim grozdjem i sokom od limuna. Dodati med i secer pa sve umesiti.
4) Masu rasporediti po oblandi, prekriti drugom oblandom i malo pritisnuti. Prekriti celofanom, poredjati par teskih knjiga. Ostaviti da odstoji pa seci stanglice.

Ingredients:
100g dried figs, 100g prunes, 100g dates, 100g raisins, 100g walnuts (chopped), 1 tablespoon sugar, the juice of one lemon, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 wafer sheets.

Preparation:
1) Soak the raisins in warm water and leave to swell. Drain well.
2) Figs, prunes and dates cut it into thin strips.
3) Mix with walnuts, raisins and lemon juice. Add honey and sugar, and knead everything.
4) Spread mixture on the wafer sheet, cover with the wafer sheet and press a little. Cover with cellophane, place a couple of heavy books. Leave to rest and cut bars.

Vocna strudla (Fruit strudel)


Sastojci: za testo - 500g mekog brasna, 2 jaja, 250ml vode, 4 kasike ulja, na vrh noza soli, za fil - 350g suvih smokava, 200g suvih sljiva, 4 kisele jabuke, 150g suvog grozdja, sok od dva limuna, 80g badema (iseckanih), 1 kasicica cimeta (u prahu), 3 kasike ruma, 30g margarina (putera), 1 jaja, ulje.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati brasno i so, dodati jaje, ulje i vodu i zamesiti testo. Ostaviti da naraste 1 sat.
2) U medjuvremenu, suvo grozdje potopiti u mlaku vodu i ostaviti da nabubri. Ocediti. Iseckati smokve i suve sljive, jabuke oljustiti, preseci na pola, ocisiti od semenki i sitno iseckati. Zatim svo voce pomesati sa sokom od limuna, suvim grozdjem, bademom, cimetom i rumom.
3) Zagrejati rernu na 200 stepeni.
4) Testo podeliti na dela. Jedan deo razvucite na carsavu posutom brasnom, premazati uljem, a zatim rukom formirati cetvrtastu, tanku podlogu. Odsecite zadebljale krajeve i testo ponovo premazite uljem. Posuti polovinom fila, a zatim pomocu carsava uviti testo u rolnu. Isto uradite sa drugim delom testa i fila.
5) U okrugli pleh stavite papir za pecenje (ako nemate premazite margarinom). Obe strudle staviti u pleh, kao "puzevu kucicu". Premazati umucenim jajetom i peci oko 35 minuta. U toku pecenja premazatim margarinom.

Ingredients: for dough - 500g flour, 2 eggs, 250ml water, 4 tablespoons of oil, on top of the knife salt, for filling - 350g dried figs, 200g dried plums, 4 tart apples, 150g raisins, juice of two lemons, 80g almonds (chopped), 1 teaspoon cinnamon (powder), 3 tablespoons rum, 30g margarine (butter), 1 egg, oil.

Preparation:
1) Mix flour and salt, add the eggs, oil and water and knead the dough. Allow to grow at warm place for 1 hour.
2) In the meantime, soak the raisins in warm water and leave to swell. Drain. Finely chop figs and prunes, peel apples, cut in half, clean from seeds and finely chop. Then, mix all fruit with lemon juice, raisins, almonds, cinnamon and rum.
3) Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
4) Divide the dough into parts. Sprinkle tavle-cloth with flour and roll out one part of dough, brush with oil, and then form with hand a thin square. Cut thick ends of dough and brush with oil again. Sprinkle half of the filling, evenly and then use the table-cloth roll in the dough. Do the same with the second part of dough and filling.
5) In a round baking pan place the baking paper (if you don't have you can grease with margarine). Both strudel put in a dish, as "snail shell". Brush with beaten egg and bake for about 35 minutes. During baking brush top with margarine.

Kolacici sa suvim sljivama (Cookies with prunes)


Sastojci: 100g margarina, 40g secera u prahu, 10g vanilin secera, na vrh noza soli, 120g brasna, 50 suvih sljiva (bez kostica), 50ml ruma, 200g cokolade, 2 kasike ulja, 50 badema, polovine (oko 70-80g)

Priprema:
1) Penasto umutiti margarin sa secerom u prahu, vanilin secerom i solju. Dodati brasno i zamesiti testo.
2) Upakovati u foliju i staviti u frizider, na 30 minuta.
3) Testo rastanjiti na debljinu od 3mm. Modlom vaditi krugove precnika 4cm.
4) Poredjati ih u podmazanu i pobrasnjenu tepsiju, pa peci u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 stepeni, oko 8-10 minuta. Kada se ispeku ostaviti da se ohlade.
5) Suve sljive sitno iseckati i pomesati sa rumom, pa na svaki kolacic kasicicom staviti smesu.
6) Cokoladu otopiti sa uljem, pa preliti svaki kolacic.
7) Ukrasiti sa bademom i ostaviti na hladnom mestu da se cokolada stegne.

Ingredients: 100g margarine (butter), 40g powdered sugar, 10g vanilla sugar, pinch of salt, 120g flour, 50 prunes (pitted), 50ml of rum, 200g lean chocolate, 2 tablespoons of oil, 50 almonds, halves (around 70-80g)

Preparation:
1) Whisk butter with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until becomes foamy. Add flour and knead dough.
2) Pack in foil and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3) Develop the dough to a thickness of 3mm. Cut circles with cookie cutter (or glass) about 4cm in diameter.
4) Align them in a greased and floured baking pan and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees, about 8-10 minutes. Once baked allow to cool.
5) Finely chop prunes and mix with rum, and spoon mixture on each cookie.
6) Melt chocolate with oil, and pour over each cookie.
7) Garnish with almonds and leave in a cool place until chocolate hardens.

Energetske stanglice (Energy bars)


Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup chopped dried fruit (bananas, apricots, plums, apples, figs), 3 tablespoons honey, 3 tablespoons orange juice, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, 2 tablespoons melted butter.

Preparation:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Arrange the mixture on a baking sheet in baking pan.
3. Place pan in preheated oven at 220 C degrees and bake for 10 minutes until dough is yellow.
4. Remove from oven and cut in bars.

Sastojci: 1 1/2 solja zobenih- ovsene pahuljica, 1 solja seckanog suvog voca (banane, kajsije, sljive, jabuke, grozdje, smokve), 3 kasike meda, 3 kasike soka od pomorandze, 1/2 solje seckanih oraha, 2 kasike rastopljenog putera.

Priprema:
1. Izmesajte sve sastojke.
2. Smesu rasporedite po plehu koji ste oblozili papirom za pecenje .
3. Pleh stavite u rernu zagrejanu na 220 stepeni i pecite desetak minuta dok testo ne pozuti.
4. Izvadite iz rerne, pa isecite stanglice.

Zdrave kuglice (Healthy balls)

Ingredients: 200g dried apricots, 200g prunes, 200g ground walnuts or hazelnuts, 6 tablespoons of honey, a little cinnamon.

Preparation:
1. Dried fruits mince into a blender, add ground nuts (hazelnuts), honey and cinnamon.
​2. Create a homogenous mass, and from it create balls.
Sastojci: 200g suvih kajsija, 200g suvih sljiva, 200g mlevenih oraha ili lesnika, 6 kasika meda, malo cimeta.

Priprema:
1. Suvo voce izblendirajte, dodajte mlevene orahe (lesnike), med i cimet.
2. Napravite homogenu masu, pa od nje pravite kuglice.
