Pasteta od sardina i praziluka (Sardine and leek pâté)

Sastojci: 1 konzerva sardina, 2 kasike praziluka (sitno seckanog), sok of pola limuna, senf po ukusu, so, biber.

Priprema:

1. Izgnječite viljuškom sardine. 

2. Praziluk isecite po sredini, oprati. Isecite tanke polukrugove, posolite, pobiberite i izgnječite malo rukom.

Zacinjen margarin 2 (Seasoned margarine 2)

Sastojci: 150g margarina.

Priprema:

1) Margarin penasto umutiti i dodati neki od zacina. Dobro promesati.

Napomena: staviti u frizider na nekoliko sati. Izvaditi 20 minuta pre sluzenja.

Sa sardinama: 6 komada sardina. Sardine izgnjeciti.

Punjen paradajz 2 (Stuffed tomato 2)

Sastojci: 18 paradajza, so.

Priprema:

1) Iseci poklopac sa svakog paradajza. Pazljivo izvaditi sredinu. Posoliti i prevnuti da se ocediti. 

2) Tanko iseci donji deo paradajza, da moze da stoji.

Punjen paradajz (Stuffed tomato)

Sastojci: 18 paradajza, so.

Priprema:
1) Iseci poklopac sa svakog paradajza. Pazljivo izvaditi sredinu. Posoliti i prevnuti da se ocediti. 
2) Tanko iseci donji deo paradajza, da moze da stoji. 
3) Puniti spremljenim nadevima.

Sa kozjim sirom: 120g kozjeg sira, 1 1/2 kasika persuna (sitno seckanog), 1 1/2 kasika bosiljka (sitno seckanog), 1 kasika maslinovog ulja.

Sa tunom i krem sirom: 100g krem sira, 120g tunjevine, sok od jednog limuna, 1 1/2 kasika persuna (sitno seckanog), so.  

Sa kuvanim jajima: 4 tvrdo kuvana jaja, 1 1/2 kasicica kapra (smrvljenog), 2 komada sardina, 5 kasika majoneza. Zumanca i sardine izgnjecite viljuskom, a belanca sitno iseckajte. Sve pomesati i dobro sjediniti.


Sa maslinama i sardinama: 80 crnih maslina, 2 komada sardina, 1 1/2 kasicica kapra (smrvljenog), 70g fete, so, biber, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja. Masline iseckati. Sardine i fetu izgnjeciti viljuskom. Sve pomesati i dobro sjediniti. 

Predlog 1:  mozete napraviti Punjen paradajz 2.

Predlog 2: mozete napraviti Paradajz punjen testeninom.

Ingredients: 18 tomatoes, so.

Preparation:
1) Cut the lid of each tomato. Carefully remove the middle. Add salt and turn upside down to drain.

2) Thinly cut the lower part of the tomato, that can stand.
3) Fill with prepared fillings.

With goat cheese: 120g goat's cheese, 1 1/2 tablespoon parsley (chopped), 1 1/2 tablespoon basil (chopped), 1 tablespoon olive oil.

With tuna and cream cheese: 100g cream cheese, 120g of tuna, juice of one lemon, 1 1/2 tablespoon parsley (chopped), salt.

With boiled eggs: 4 hard-boiled eggs, 1 1/2 teaspoon caper (crushed), 2 pieces of sardines, 5 tbsp mayonnaise. Egg yolks and sardines mash with fork, and egg whites finely chop. Mix all and combine well.


With olives and sardines: 80 black olives, 2 pieces of sardines, 1 1/2 teaspoon caper (crushed), 70g feta cheese, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Cut olives. Sardines and feta mash with fork. Mix all and combine well.

Suggestion 1:  you can make Stuffed tomato 2.

Suggestion 2: you can make Tomatoes stuffed with pasta.

Aspik od tunjevine (Tuna aspic)

Sastojci: 200g tunjevine, 50g sardina, 10g zelatina, 60g margarina, 1 veza persuna, 3 kasike majoneza, sok od pola limuna.

Priprema:
1) Potopiti zelatin u solju hladne vode.
2) Tunjevinu ocediti, pa pomesati sa omeksalim margarinom, sardinama, majonezom i persunom. Staviti u blender i blendati dok ne dobijete ujednacem krem.
3) Ocediti zelatin i otopiti u soku od limuna, na pari ili niskoj temperaturi. Ostavit da se prohladi pa dodati u krem.
4) Sipati u ciniju i ostaviti u frizider 4 sata. Pre sluzena malo promesati.

Predlog: ovaj aspik mozete posluziti uz Galete od krompira.

Ingredients: 200g of tuna, 50g sardines, 10g gelatine, 60g butter, 1 bunch of parsley, 3 tablespoons mayonnaise, juice of half a lemon.
Preparation:
1) Soak the gelatin in a cup of cold water.
2) Drain tuna, and to mix with the softened margarine, sardines, mayonnaise and parsley. Put in blender and blednati until yo get well combined cream.
3) Drain the gelatine and dissolve in lemon juice, steamed or over low heat. Leave to cool, then add to the cream.

4) Pour into a bowl and leave in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Before serving stir a little.

Mornarska salata (Sailor salad)

Sastojci: 350g racica, 180g tunjevine, 3 pecene paprike, 100g sardina, 300g pirinca, 1 limun isecen na kriske, maslinovo ulje, so i sok od jednog limuna, 5 kiselih krastavcica, 2 kasike seckanog persuna.

Priprema:
1) Pirinac oprati i skuvati u 550ml vode, sa nekoliko kriski limuna. Ohladiti pod mlazom vode i ocediti. Papriku iseci na trakice. Sardine izgnjecite viljuskom. Kisele krastavcice sitno iseckajte.
2) Skuvati racice u neslanoj vodi. Ocistiti, dodati malo soli, maslinovog ulja,
3) Pomesati maslinovo ulje, so i sok od limuna.
4) Pomesati racice, tunjevinu, sardine, paprike.
5) Na tanjir staviti pirinac, odozgo staviti mesavinu ribe i preliti zacinjenim maslinovim ulje. Posuti kiselim krastavcicima i persunom.

Ingredients: 350g shrimps, 180g tuna, 3 roasted peppers, 100g sardines, 300g of rice, 1 lemon cut into slices, olive oil, salt and the juice of one lemon, 5 pickles, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley.

Preparation: 
1) Wash rice and cook in 500ml of water with a few slices of lemon. Cool under running water and drain. Cut the peppers into strips. Sardines mash with fork. Finely chop pickles.
2) Cook shrimp in not salty water. Clean, add a little salt, olive oil,
3) Combine olive oil, salt and lemon juice.
4) Combine shrimps, tuna, sardines and peppers.
5) On a plate put the rice, put the above mixtures of fish and pour olive oil. Sprinkle with parsley and pickles.

Francuska salata (French salad)

Sastojci: 180g tunjevine, 200g sardina, 2 krompira, 3 jaja, 100g zelenih maslina, 1 glavica zelene salate, maslinovo ulje, 2 cena belog luka, 1 kasika sirceta, 1 kasicica soka od limuna.

Priprema:
1) Krompir oljustiti, skuvati, ocediti i iseci na kockice. Jaja skuvati iseci na cetvrtine. Zelenu salatu oprati i iseci na trakice. Beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
2) Sardine izgnjeciti i pomesati sa tunjevinom. Ocistiti masline.
3) Pomesati sve sastojke.
4) Pomesati maslinovo ulje sa belim lukom, sircetom i sokom od limuna. Preliti salatu.

Ingredients: 180g of tuna, 200g sardines, 2 potatoes, 3 eggs, 100g green olives, 1 head of lettuce, olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 tsp of lemon juice.

Preparation: 
1) Peel potato and cook. Drain and cut into cubes. Cook eggs and cut into quarters. Wash lettuce and cut into strips. Clean garlic and finely chop.
2) Squeeze sardines with fork and mix it with tuna. Clean olives.
3) Combine all ingredients.
4) Combine olive oil with garlic, vinegar and lemon juice. Pour over salad.

Riblja pasteta (Fish pate)


Sastojci: 100g margarina, 100g sunke, 2 konzerve sardina, 100g kecapa.

Priprema:
1) Sitno iseckati sunku, margarin umutiti penasto, a sardine izgnjeciti viljuskom.
2) Sve pomesati i dodati kecap. Jos jednom sve izmesati.
3) Namazati na hleb.

Ingredients: 100g margarine, 100g of ham, 2 cans of sardines, 100g ketchup.

Preparation:
1) Finely chop ham, beat margarine until foamy, squeeze sardines with fork.
2) Mix all and add ketchup. Once again mix well.
3) Spread it over the bread.
