Povrce peceno u rerni sa tahini sosom i zacinima (Vegetables roasted in the oven with tahini sauce and spices)

Ako imate hipotireozu, izbegavajte sirovo povrće iz porodice kupusnjace. Budite oprezni sa pečenim kupusom i keljom - jedite ih umereno.

Sastojci: 500 g povrća* (videti napomene), 2-4 kašike tahinija ili maslinovo ulje (ako ne koristite tahini), ⅓ kašičice soli, ½ do 1 kašičica dodatnih začina** (videti napomene).

Priprema:

1. Oljuštite povrće. Pripremite povrće. Iseckajte povrće na željene komade.

1b. Pripremite tahini sos.

2. Pomešajte povrće sa tahinijem, solju + biberom + dodatnim začinima.

Boranija przena u tiganju (Pan fried green beans)

Sastojci: 500 g boranije (očišćene), 4 kašike putera (neslanog), 3 čena belog luka (oljuštena i iseckana), 2 kašike listova peršuna (sitno iseckanog), so i crni biber po ukusu.

Priprema:

1. Kuvajte boraniju u slanoj vodi 10 minuta ili dok ne omekša, na srednjoj temperaturi (4).

Krompir punjen blitvom (Potatoes stuffed with swiss chard)

Sastojci: 4 velika krompira, 200 g blitve, 400 ml mleka, 30 g brašna ili kukuruznog skroba (gustina), 50 g margarina, 120 g trapista.

Priprema:

1. Krompir dobro oprati, preseći na pola po duzini. Blitvi skinuti drske i zile pa je sitno iseckati.

2. Pleh obloziti papirom za pecenje. Poredjati krompir isecenom stranom na dole i peći u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200 C oko 30 do 40 minuta.

Pohovani medaljoni od patlidzana sa tri vrste sira (Fried eggplant medallions with three cheeses)

Sastojci: 2-3 patlidzana, 400g sitnog sira, 200g mocarele, 10og parmezana ili veganskog parmezan sira, 100ml kisele pavlake, 1+3 jaja, 4-5 lista svezeg bosiljka, brasno, prezle ili prezle sa zacinima, ulje za przenje, so.

Pire od crvenog sociva

1) Socivo potopiti u vodu i ostaviti preko noci. Ocediti i oprati hladnom vodom. Ocediti. Krompir i beli luk oljustiti. Krompir iseci na kocke a beli luk sitno iseci.

Marinirane tikvice sa fetom (Marinated zucchini with feta)

Sastojci: 4 tikvice, 200g lista nane, 3 cena belog luka, 1 kasika maslinovog ulja, 200g feta sira (izmrvljen), 80ml belog (alkoholnog) sirceta, prsdtohvat soli, ulje uljane repice za przenje.

Priprema:

1) Tikvice opljustiti i iseci na listove po duzini. Beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Nanu iseckati.

2) U tiganj staviti ulje i na srednjoj temperaturi (4) prziti beli luk i tikvice dok ne postanu svetlo braon. Skloniti sa sporeta.

3) Dodati sirce, nanu i so. Promesati.

Paradajz punjen kiselim mlekom (Tomatoes stuffed with sour milk)

Sastojci: 3 paradajza srednje velicine, 200ml kiselog mleka, 3-4 lista svezeg bosiljka (sitno iseckanog) ili 1 kasicica suvog, morska ili himalajska so.

Priprema:

1. Paradajz operite, obrisite, odsecite vrh, pa kasicicom izdubite sredinu. Posoliti pa okrenuti naopako da se iscedi.

2. Pomesati kiselo mleko i bosiljak i promesati. Zatim dodati sredinu paradajza i sjediniti.

Krompir punjen slaninom i krem sirom (Potatoes stuffed with bacon and cream cheese)

Sastojci: 1 kg krompira, 200g dimljene slanine, 200g krem sira, 80g maslaca ili margarina, seckani peršun, so.

Priprema:
1) Krompir oljustiti. Slaninu iseckati na kocke. Krem sir pomesati sa persunom i solju.
2) U serpu stavitivodu i kad prokljuca dodati krompir. Kuvati 15 minuta, paziti da se ne prekuva. Preseci na pola i izdubiti sredinu. 
3) Pomesati krem sir, margarin, slaninu, iseckanu sredinu od krompira. Izdubljene polovine punite filom. 
4) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni oko 20 minuta na 180 C. Kad fil dobije zlatnu boju izvadite iz rerne.

Ingredients: 1 kg of potatoes, 200g of smoked bacon, 200g of cream cheese, 80g of butter or margarine, chopped parsley, salt.

Preparation:
1) Peel the potatoes. Chop the bacon into cubes. Mix cream cheese with parsley and salt.
2) Put potatoes in the pot, add water to cover potatoes and when it boils cook for 15 minutes, being careful not to overcook. Cut in half and hollow out the middle.
3) Mix the cream cheese, margarine, bacon, middle from potatoes. Fill the halves with a fill.

4) Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes at 180 C. When the potato is golden, remove from the oven.

Slane kocke od piletine (Salty chicken squares)

Sastojci: 600g pileceg belog mesa, 100g sunke, 100g suvog vrata, 100g kackavalja (u listicima), za preliv - 100g rendanog kackavalja, 200g kisele pavlake, 100-150ml jogurta, 1/2 kasicice suvog bosiljka, 1/2 kasicice suve majcine dusice, 1/2 kasicice suvog vlasca, 1/2 kasicice suvog persuna. 

Priprema:

1. Belo meso staviti u serpu, naliti vodu i pustiti da se skuva, na srednjoj temperaturi, povremeno skidajuci penu. Ohladiti. Iseckati na kockice i/ili trakice. 
2. U vatrostalnu posudu staviti belo meso, preko poredjati listove sunke, zatim staviti kackavalj u listovima, preko poredjati listove suvog vrata.
3. Za preliv - pomesati kiselu pavlaku sa jogurtom. Dodati bosiljak, majcinu dusicu, vlasac i persun. Zatim dodati rendan kackavalj i sve dobro sjediniti.
4. Preliti preko suvog vrata i ostaviti u frizider da se ohladi. Seci na kocke.

Ingredients: 600g of chicken breasts, 100g of ham, 100g of dried pork neck, 100g yellow cheese (slices), for dressing - 100g grated yellow cheese (for coarse grater), 200g sour cream, 100-150 ml of buttermilk, 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, 1/2 teaspoon dried chives, 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley.

Preparation:

1. Put chicken breasts in the pot, add water and let it cook on medium heat, occasionally removing the foam. Cool down. Dice and/or cut into strips.
2. In a baking dish put the chicken, place the ham slices, then put the cheese slices on top, place the dried pork neck slices. 
3. For the dressing - mix sour cream with buttermilk. Add basil, thyme, chives and parsley. Stir. Then add the grated cheese and combine well.

4. Spread evenly over dried pork neck and leave in the fridge to cool. Cut into cubes.

Spanac sa belim lukom (Spinach with garlic)

Sastojci: 500g mladog spanaca, 4 cena belog luka, 2 kasike maslinovog ulja, nekoliko kapi soka od limuna, morska ili himalajska so.

Priprema:

1. Spanac dobro oprati i otresti vodu. Beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. 
2. U dublju serpu staviti ulje i na srednjoj temperaturi pustiti da se ugreje. Dodati beli luk i proprziti samo 1 minut. 
3. Dodati spanac, posoliti po ukusu i promesati. Staviti poklopac i kuvati 2 minuta.
4. Skinuti poklopac, pojacati na visoku temperaturu i konstatno mesajuci sa varjacom kuvati dok ne spanac ne omeksa.


Ingredients: 500g baby spinach, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, a few drops of lemon juice, sea or Himalayan salt.

Preparation:

1. Wash spinach thoroughly and shake off water. Peel garlic and finely chop.
2. In deep pot put oil and on medium heat let it warm up. Add garlic and fry for 1 minute only.
3. Add the spinach, season with salt to taste and stir. Place the lid and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Remove the lid, put on high temperature and constantly stirring with a wooden spoon cook until spinach is tender (wilted).

Pire od graska i krompira (Mashed green peas and potatoes)

Sastojci: 4-5 krompira, 150-200g graska (ociscenog), 3 kasike kisele pavlake, 60ml mleka, so.

Priprema:

1) Krompir oljustiti i iseci na kocke.
2) U serpu staviti krompir, posolite po ukusu, dodati vode toliko da prekrije krompire i pustite da prokljuca. Smanjiti temperaturu na srednju (3 ili 4) i kuvati oko 15-20 minuta, tj. dok krompir ne omeksa.
3) U serpu staviti grasak, dodati vode toliko da prekrije grasak i pustite da prokljuca. Smanjiti temperaturu na srednju (4) i kuvati oko 2-3 minuta, tj. dok grasak ne omeksa.
4) U ciniju staviti krompir i rucnim mikserom izmiksajte dok ne postane glatko. Dodati kiselu pavlaku i mleko. Dobro sjediniti. 
5) U drugu ciniju, stavite grasak i rucnim mikserom izmiksajte dok ne postane glatko. Grasak dodati pire krompiru i sve jos jednom dobro sjediniti.

Ingredients: 4-5 potatoes, 150-200g green peas (cleaned), 3 tablespoons sour cream, 60ml milk, salt.

Preparation:

1) Peel potatoes and cut into cubes.
2) In pot, put the potatoes, season with salt to taste, add enough water to cover the potatoes and allow to boil. Reduce heat to medium (3 or 4) and cook for about 15-20 minutes, ie. until potatoes are tender.
3) Put the peas in a saucepan, add enough water to cover the peas and let it boil. Reduce heat to medium (4) and cook for about 2-3 minutes, ie. until peas are tender.

Pecen krompir sa kremom od mirodjije (Baked potatoes with dill cream)

Sastojci: krem od mirodjije, 800g crvenog krompira, 60ml ulja, 1 kasicica soli, 1 kasika suvog ruzmarina.

Priprema:

1. Zagrejati rernu na 200 stepeni.
2. Krompir staviti u serpu. Naliti vodu i ostaviti pola sata. Zatim dobro oprati krompir.
3. Ako koristite male krompire isecite na polovine, a ako koristite vece, isecite na kolutove.

Galete od krompira (Potatoe waffles)

Sastojci: 500g zutog krompira, 1 crni luk, 1 cen belog luka, 1 kasika sitno seckanog persuna, 1 kasika pera vlasca, 1 jaje, 1 kasika brasna, so i ulje.

Priprema:
1) Krompir oljustiti i narendati. Crni luk i beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
2) Pomesati krompir, crni luk, beli luk, jaje, brasno i so.
3) Na ulje, na niskoj temperaturi, staviti 2 kasike mase i pritisnuti da dobije oblik galete. Staviti na papir da upije visak ulja.

Savet: mozete posluziti uz ribu, salame, meso i sosove.

Ingredients: 500g of yellow potatoes, 1 onion, 1 clove garlic, 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon chives pen, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon flour, salt and oil.

Preparation:
1) Peel and grate the potatoes. Onions and garlic peel and finely chop.

Salata od pacetine sa pecurkama (Salad of duck with mushrooms)

Sastojci: 1 pacje grudi, 300g pecuraka, 50g margarina, 300ml belog vina, 1 grancica ruzmarina, 1/2 kasicice estragona, 1 cen belog luka (sitno iseckanog).

Priprema: 
1) Pomesati belo vino, beli luk, ruzmarin, estragon. Potopiti pacje grudi i ostaviti 2 sata.
2) Pleh namazati margarinom. Pacje grudi obrisati i staviti u pleh. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180C oko 40 minuta, cesto prelivajuci belim vinom. Ostaviti da se ohladi i iseci na kocke.
3) Pecurke obrisati vlaznom krpom i prziti na margarinu i ostaviti da se ohlade.
4) Posluziti pacje grudi sa pecurkama.

Predlog: mozete pripremiti Pacje grudi sa suvim grozdjem i pinjolama.

Ingredients: 1 duck breast, 300g mushrooms, 50g butter, 300ml white wine 1 sprig of rosemary, 1/2 tsp tarragon, 1clove of garlic (finely chopped).

Preparation: 
1) Combine white wine, garlic, rosemary, tarragon. Soak duck breasts and leave for 2 hours.
2) Line baking tray smeared with margarine. Dry duck breasts and put in a baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven at 180C for about 40 minutes, often overflowing with white wine. Leave to cool and cut into cubes.
3) Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth and fry in margarine and leave to cool.
4) Serve duck breast with mushrooms.

Suggestion: you can make Duck breasts with raisins and pine nuts.

Rolnice od slanine (Bacon rolls)

Sastojci: 20 reznjeva slanine, 200g fete, 100g sredine od hleba, 400g soka od paradajza, 2 kasike persuna, malo mleka, 1 kasika svezeg bosiljka ili 1 kasicica suvog, so.

Priprema:
1) Sok od paradajza pomesati sa bosiljkom. Fetu izgnjeciti viljuskom.
2) Potopiti hleb u mleko, ocediti i pomesati sa fetom, persunom i solju. Formirati 20 loptica i obmotati ih slaninom.
3) Rolnice posluziti uz sos.

Ingredients: 20 lobes bacon, 200g feta cheese, 100g middle of bread, 400g of tomato juice, 2 tablespoons parsley, a little milk, 1 tbsp fresh basil or 1 tsp dried, salt.

Preparation: 
1) Tomato juice mix with basil. Squeeze feta with fork.
2) Soak bread in milk, drain and mix with feta cheese, parsley and salt. Form 20 balls and wrap them with bacon.
3) Serve rolls with sauce.

Rolnice od racica i tikvica (Shrimp and zucchini rolls)

Sastojci: 16 racica, 2 tikvice, 1 crni luk, 16 pera vlasca, 2 kasika maslinovog ulja, so.

Priprema:
1) Kuvati racice u kljucaloj slanoj vodi 2 minuta. Sacuvati vodu.
2) Oprati tikvice, odseci krajeve i iseci na tanke reznjeve. Kuvati tikvice 1 minut u vodi od racica.
3) Crni luk ocistiti, sitno iseckati i proprziti na ulju. Dodati racice, posoliti po ukusu i prziti 2 minuta na jakoj vatri. Ostaviti da se ohladi. Na jedan rezanj tikvice staviti jedan racic, urolati i vezati jednim perom vlasca.

Ingredients: 16 shrimps, 2 zucchini, 1 onion, 16 feathers chives, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt.

Preparation: 
1) Cook shrimp at boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Conserve water.
2) Wash the zucchini, snips the ends and cut into thin flap. Cook zucchini for 1 minute in shrimp water.
3) Clean onion, finely chopped and fry in oil. Add shrimps, salt to taste, and fry for 2 minutes on high heat. Allow to cool. On one slice of zucchini put one shrimp, roll it and tie a chive feather.

Haringe sa sosom od jabuka (Herrings with apple sauce)

Sastojci: 4 fileta dimljene haringe, 1 krastavac, 2 jabuke, 250ml mleka, 300ml kisele pavlake, 1 crni luk, sok od pola limuna, 2 kasike sitno seckanog persuna, so.

Priprema:
1) Potopiti haringe u mleko i ostaviti 4 sata. Ocediti.
2) Jabuke oljustiti i iseci na kockice. Crni luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Krastavac oljustiti i iseci na kockice.
3) Pomesati jabuke, crni luk, krastavac, kiselu pavlaku i sok od limuna. Ostaviti u frizider. Posuti persunom.
4) Haringe preliti sosom i sluziti.

Ingredients: 4 fillets of smoked herring, 1 cucumber, 2 apples, 250ml milk, 300ml sour cream, 1 onion, the juice of half lemon, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, salt.

Preparation: 
1) Soak the herrings in the milk and leave for 4 hours. Drain.
2) Peel and slice apples into small cubes. Peel onion and finely chop. Peel and slice the cucumber into small cubes.

Pecurke u kiseloj pavlaci (Mushrooms in sour cream)

Sastojci: 700g pecuraka, 400ml kisele pavlake.

Priprema: 
1) Pecurke obrisite vlaznom krpom, ocistite i krupno isecite. Sloziti u vatrostalnu ciniju i preliti polovinom kisele pavlake. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj reni oko 30 minuta na laganoj vatri. Zatim preliti preostalom kiselom pavlakom i zapeci i rerni.
2) Servirati sa mesom.

Ingredients: 700g mushrooms, 400ml sour cream.

Preparation: 
1) Wipe mushrooms with a damp cloth, clean and cut. Place in baking dish and pour half the sour cream. Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes on low heat. Then pour the remaining sour cream and bake a little more.
2) Serve with meat.

Marinirani sampinjoni (Marinated mushrooms)

Sastojci: 1.5kg sampinjona, 3 L vode, 120ml sirceta, 2 kasicice soli, 2 kasicice secera, 2 lista lovora, bosiljak, majcina dusica, ruzmarin, origano.

Priprema:
1) Sampinjone oprati, iseci na zeljeni oblik (ili ako su manje ostaviti cele).
2) U serpu sipati vodu, dodati sirce, so, secer, lovorov list, majcinu dusicu, bosiljak, ruzmarin i origano i pustiti da prokljuca.
3) Dodati pecurke i kuvati 5 minuta. Izvaditi lovorov list. Procediti pecurke.
4) U tegle staviti pecurke i preliti marinadom, toliko da prekrije pecurke. Pokriti celofanom i zatvoriti poklopcem.

Napomena: ako je prekiselo smanjiti kolicinu sirceta.

Ingredients: 1.5kg mushrooms, 3 L of water, 120ml of vinegar, 2 teaspoons salt, 2 teaspoons sugar, 2 bay leaves, basil, thyme, rosemary and oregano.

Preparation:
1) Wash mushrooms and cut into desired shapes (or leave whole if they are small).
2) In pot pour water, add vinegar, salt, sugar, bay leaf, thyme, basil, rosemary and oregano and let it boil.
3) Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Remove the bay leaves. Drain mushrooms.
4) Put the mushrooms in a jar and pour the marinade, enough to cover the mushrooms. Cover with cellophane and close the lid.

Note: if it is too acidic, reduce the amount of vinegar.

Knedle od krompira sa mesom (Potato dumplings with meat)

Sastojci: 500g krompira (kuvanog) ili krompir pirea, 200g brasna + jos za valjanje, 1 jaje, 250g mlevenog mesa, 1 glavica crnog luka, 1 cen belog luka, 2 kasike persuna (sitno seckanog), so, prezle i ulje.

Priprema:
1) Krompir izgnjeciti i pomesati sa brasnom i jajetom. Posoliti po ukusu i dobro sjediniti. Ostaviti sa strane.
2) Crni luk i beli luk ocistiti i sitno iseckati. Mleveno meso isprziti.
3) Pomesati mleveno meso, crni luk, beli luk i persun.
4) Od testa praviti knedle, u sredinu staviti nadev od mesa. Svaku knedlu uvaljati u brasno, pa u prezle i prziti u vrelom ulju dok ne porumene sa svih strana.

Ingredients: 500g potatoes (cooked) or mashed potatoes, 200g flour + more for rolling, 1 egg, 250g of minced meat, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 2 tablespoons parsley (finely chopped), salt, bread crumbs and oil.

Preparation:
1) Mash potatoes and mix with the flour and egg. Add salt to taste and combine well. Set aside.
2) Clean onion and garlic, and finely chop. Fry minced meat.
3) Combine ground meat, onion, garlic and parsley.
4) From dough form dumplings, put the meat stuffing in the center. Every dumpling roll in flour, then in bread crumbs and fry in hot oil until golden brown on all sides.
