Brze kornfleks korpice (Quick cornflex baskets)

Sastojci: za osnovnu mesavinu: 250g margarina, 150g meda, 80g secera u prahu, 20g vanilin secera; za crne korpice: 100g crne cokolade (izlomljenu na kockice), 100g lesnika (mlevenog), 130g kornfleksa; za bele korpice: 100g bele cokolade (izlomljenu na kockice), 100g oraha (mlevenih), 130g kornfleksa;

Priprema:

1) U serpi, na srednjoj temperaturi (4) otopiti margarin. Dodati med i mesati dok se ne otopi. Dodati secer u prahu i vanilin secer i mesati dok se ne otopi. Podeliti na dva dela.

2) Za crne korpice - u jedan deo dodati crnu cokoladu i mesati dok se ne otopi. Dodati lesnik i mesati dok se ne sjedini. Dodati kornfleks i mesati dok se ne sjedini.

Energetske plocice od kikiriki putera (Energy peanut butter bars)

Sastojci: 120g putera od kikirikija, 250ml bademovog mleka, 80g ovsene pahuljice, 240g surutka proteina, 45g cokolade, 50g kornflejksa, 1 kasicica meda, prstohvar soli.

Priprema:
1) U blender stavite puter od kikirikija, bademovo mleko, so i med pa blendati na niskoj brzini.
2) U ciniji pomesati surutka protein i ovsene pahuljice. Dodati polako u blender. Brzinu rada blendera malo ubrzajte pa ponovo vratite na sporu. Dodati cokoladu na kockice i kornflejks. Promesati dobro. 
3) Smesu sipati u pleh i poravnati. Stavite u frizider da se ohladi stegne preko noci.

Ingredients: 120g peanut butter, 250ml almond milk, 80g oat flakes (blended in blender), 240g whey protein, 45g black chocolate, 50g cornflakes, 1 tsp honey, a pinch of salt.

Preparation:
1) Put peanut butter, almond milk, salt and honey in the blender and blend at low speed.
2) Whisk together whey protein and oat flakes. Add slowly to the blender. Speed up the speed of the blender a little and then return to slow. Add chocolate in cubes and cornflakes. Stir well.

3) Pour the mixture into a baking tray and flatten. Put in the fridge to cool overnight.

Kolac od kornflejksa sa vocem (Corn flakes cake with fruits)


Sastojci: 500g kornflejksa (zgnjecenih), 1 kasika secera, 1 kasika margarina (rastopljenog), 1 kasika meda, 450g krem sira (sobne temperature), 185g krema od meda, 800g mesanog voca - jagode, banane i kivi (narezane).

Priprema:
1) U ciniji pomesajte kornflejks, secer, margarin i med. Ravnomerno pritisnite ovu smesu i stavite na dno tepsije za pecenje velicine 26 cm. Pecite u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C 5 minuta. Ostavite da se potpuno ohladi.
2) Pomesajte krem sir i krem od meda i rasporedite je po kori.
3) Poredjati pvoce po vrhu kore. Ohladiti 2 sata.

Ingredients:
500g c
orn flakes (crushed), 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of margarine (melted),  1 tablespoon of honey, 450g cream cheese (room temperature), 185g of honey cream, 800g of mixed fruits - strawberries, bananas and kiwis (sliced) 

Preparation: 
1) In bowl combine corn flakes, sugar, margarine and honey. Press this mixture evenly and put in the bottom of an 26cm baking pan. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 5 minutes. Allow it to cool down completely.
2) Combine cream cheese and honey cream and spread it over the crust. 
3) Arrange the fruits on top of the crust. Chill for 2 hours.

Kornfleks kolacici (Cornflakes cookies)

Sastojci: 500g kornfleksa, 250g margarina (omeksao), 250g smedjeg secera, 5g praska za pecivo, 3g sode bikarbone, 1/2 kasicice cimeta, 1/4 kasicice muskatnog orascica, prstohvat soli, 3 jaja (umucena), 350g brasna, 200g mlevenih lesnika, 200g brusnica (suvih).
 
Priprema:
1) Penasto umutiti margarin sa secerom, dodati jaja. Sjediniti. Dodati cimet i muskatni orascic. Promesati.
2) Pomesati brasno sa praskom za pecivo, sodom bikarbonom i solju. Dodati prethodnoj smesi i dobro sjediniti. Dodati kornfleks, lesnike i brusnice i zamesiti.
3) Podeliti testo na 3 dela. Oblikovati cilindar. Zamotati svaki cilindar u foliju i ostaviti u frizider na 3 sata.
4) Seci kolacice debljine 0.8 mm, redjati u pleh podmazan margarinom ili na papir za pecenje, ostaviti veci razmak izmedju kolacica, i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 8 do 10 minuta.
Napomena: ako testo omeksa vratiti nazad u frizider ili zamrzivac.

Ingredients: 500g of cornflakes, 250g butter (softened), 250g brown sugar, 5g baking powder, 3g baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, pinch of salt, 3 eggs (beaten), 350g flour, 200g ground toasted hazelnuts, 200g cranberries (dried).
 
Preparation:
1) Whisk margarine with sugar until fluffy, add eggs. Combine well. Add cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir.
2) Mix flour with baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to the previous mix and combine well. Add cornflakes, hazelnuts and cranberries and knead.
3) Divide dough into 3 equal parts. Shape the cylinder. Wrap each cylinder in foil and leave in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
4) Cut cookies thickness of 0.8 mm, place in a baking pan greased with margarine or baking paper and leave extra space between the cookies, and bake in the preheated oven at 180 C for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Note: If the dough softens return to the fridge or freezer.

Neobicne puslice (Unusual meringues)

Sastojci: 300g korn-fleksa, 200g seckanih oraha, 150g cokolade, 250g margarina, 8 kasika meda, 100g secera, 200ml vode.

Priprema:
1. Secer uspinovati, dodati cokoladu, med i margarin. Mesati da se sjedini u glatku masu (smanjiti vatru) pa staviti pahuljice i orahe i dobro izmesati.
2. Kad se prohladi, vaditi kasicicom puslice i stavljati na podmazan pleh da se ohladi.


Ingredients: 300g of corn-flakes, 200g chopped walnuts, 150g chocolate, 250g margarine (butter), 8 tablespoons of honey, 100 g of sugar, 200ml of water.

Preparation:
1. Cook sugar and water until the sugar has melted, add the chocolate, honey and margarine. Stir until smooth (reduce heat) and put the cereal and walnuts and mix thoroughly.
2. When cool down, with spoon take out small meringues and place them on greased baking sheet to dry.
