Ingredients (for 2-3 servings): 250 g of cooked beets, 1 chicken fillet (about 200 g), 1 cooked egg, 100 g of sour cream, 100 g of Greek yogurt, 2 Brazil nuts (finely chopped) or 1 tablespoon of walnuts or almonds (finely chopped), fresh parsley leaf (finely chopped, optional)
Preparation:
1. Cook the chicken fillet. Cool and finely chop.
2. Cook the beets. Drain and cut into cubes or chop briefly in a chopper.
