Moka kafa od bele čokolade sa pepermintom (Peppermint white chocolate mocha coffee)

Sastojci: 45 ml espresa ili 100 ml turske kafe (kuvane, proceđene tj. bez soca), 480 ml mleka ili biljnog mleka*, 100 g bele čokolade, ¼ kašičice ekstrakta peperminta, umucen šlag, peppermint bombona.

Priprema:

0. Pripremite espreso ili tursku kafu. Procedite tursku kafu.

1. Izlomite čokoladu na male komadiće.

2. U šerpici pomešajte belu čokoladu i mleko. Kuvajte na srednje slaboj vatri (3) povremeno mešajući dok se bela čokolada ne otopi.

Sastojci: za jednu kafu - 120 ml vode, 10 g kafe u prahu - mlevene kafe.

Priprema:

1. U dzezvu staviti vodu i pustiti da proključa.

2. Cim prokljuca, skloniti sa sporeta i dodati kafu. Promesati da se kafa sjedini sa vodom, da nema grumuljica.

Hladna kafa sa puterom od kikirikija (Iced peanut butter coffee)

Sastojci: 75 ml (½ šolje) kuvane kafe (sobne temperature), 65 ml mleka, ½ kašike putera od kikirikija, 1 kašičica šećera ako koristite slatku kafu, kockice leda.

Priprema:

1. U blender dodajte sve sastojke i blendirajte dok ne postane glatko.

2. Sipajte u čašu napunjenu ledom.

Barozi Italijanska cokoladna torta bez brasna (Barozzi Italian chocolate cake without flour)

Sastojci: 4 jaja, 230 g crne čokolade, 160 g šećera, 150 g putera ili margarina, 70 g blansiranog kikirikija (neslan), 30 g blansiranih badema, 20 ml ruma, 10 g instant kafe, za posipanje - secer u prahu, kakao u prahu.

Priprema:

1. Kikiriki i badem sameljite u fini prah u blenderu ili seckalici. Ne mešate predugo ili će se pretvoriti u pastu.

2. Pleh za torte prečnika 23 cm dobro namazati margarinom, i dno i stranice.

Amareto bejlis kafa (Amaretto baileys coffee)

Sastojci: 230 ml turske kafe (kuvane i oceđene), 45 ml amareto sirupa od badema, 45 bejlisa irskog krema, 2 kašike karamel sosa, 2 kašičice šećera, ½ kasicice cimeta.

Priprema:

1. Skuvati kafu i ocediti.

2. Zagrejte karamel sos na srednjoj vatri (4) nekoliko sekundi.

Kokos rolat (Coconut flakes roll)

Sastojci: za braon smesu - 250 g mlevenog keksa, 100 g šećera u prahu, 10g vanilin šećera, 1 ½ kašike rogaca (mlevenog), ½ kasicice, 100-125 ml tople turske kafe (bez soca, procedjene), za belu smesu - 100g margarina (sobne temperature), 100 g šećera u prahu, 60 g kokosovog brašna, za posipanje - kokosovo brašno i mleveni keks.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati mleveni keks, secer u prahu, vanilin secer, rogac i cimet. Promesati.

2. Polako postepeno dodavati kafu toliko da se sjedine svi sastojci (da rolat ne bi pucao prilikom uvijanja).

Kafa s kakaoom i slagom (Coffee with cocoa and whipped cream)

Sastojci: 15g neskafe (instant kafe), 15g kakaoa (u prahu), 15g secera, 150ml vode (prokljucale), 150ml mleka, slag (umucen).

Priprema:
1. U vecu solju pomesati instant kafu, kakao i secer sa vodom. Mesati dok se sve ne otopi.
2. Dodati mleko. Promesati.

Kafa sa bademovim mlekom i cimetom (Coffee with almond milk and cinnamon)

Sastojci: crna kafa (skuvana), 50ml bademovog mleka (nezasladjenog), prstohvat cimeta.

Priprema:

1) Procediti crnu kafu.

2) Dodati bademovo mleko i cimet. Promesati.

Ingredients: black coffee (cooked), 50ml almond milk (unsweetened), a pinch of cinnamon.

Preparation:

1) Strain the black coffee.

2) Add almond milk and cinnamon. Stir.

Sladoled od kafe sa lesnicima (Coffee ice cream with hazelnuts)

Sastojci: 500g slatke pavlake, 4 zumanca, 2 kasike mlevene kafe, 100g mlevenh lesnika, 1 kasika secera u prahu.

Priprema:

1) Na srednjoj temperaturi (4) zagrejati pavlaku. Dodati cokoladu i kafu i pustiti da prokljuca. Dodati lesnike i promesati.

2) Umutiti jaja sa secerom na srednje niskoj temperaturi. Dodati masu od cokolade i pavlake i kuvati dok se ne zgusne (pazeci da ne prokljuca).

Moka kafa sa kakao zrnima (Mocha coffee with cocoa beans)

Sastojci: 125ml skuvane turske kafe (procedjene), 1 kasika kakao zrna, 250ml mleka od badema, 125ml kokosovog mleka, 2 kasicice meda, par kockica leda.

Priprema:

1) U blender staviti kafu, kakao zrna, med, mleko od badema i kokosovo mleko i mutiti 2 minuta dok ne postane glatko.

Ingredients: 125ml of cooked turkish coffee (drained), 1 tablespoon of cocoa beans, 250ml of almond milk, 125ml of coconut milk, 2 teaspoons of honey, a couple of ice cubes.

Preparation:

1) Put coffee, cocoa beans, honey, almond milk and coconut milk in a blender and blend for 2 minutes until smooth.

Tiramisu sa kokosovim mlekom i lucuma prahom (Tiramisu with coconut milk and lucuma powder)

Sastojci: domaci keks, 150g indijskog oraha, 100g badema, 100g lesnika, 100g oraha, 50g pistaca, 6 kasika lukuma praha, 250ml mleka od badema (ne zasladjenog), 400ml kokosovog mleka (iz frizidera), 2 kasike meda, oko 300ml skuvane i procedjene turske kafe (hladne), 2 kasike rogaca u prahu.

Priprema:

1) Indijske orahe, bademe i lesnike preliti prokljucalom vodom i ostaviti 3 sata. Ocediti.

2) U blender staviti indijske orahe, bademe, lesnike i orahe i usitiniti sa mlekom od badema i med. Sipati u ciniju i staviti u frizider.

3) U ciniju staviti kokosovo mleko i mutiti stapnim ili rucnim mikserom dok se ne zgusne. Dodati postepeno lucuma prah i dalje mutiti, oko 10 minuta.

Coko kafa (Choco black coffee)

Sastojci: 125ml kafe (procedjene), 80ml vrelog mleka, 1 kasika cokoladnog sirupa, 1 kasika vanila sirupa, kockice leda (opciono)

Priprema:

1) Pomesati mleko, cokoladni i vanila sirup.

2) Sipati u casu, dodati kafu i kockice leda.

Ingredients: 125ml black coffee, 80ml of hot milk, 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup, 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup, ice cubes (optional).

Preparation:

1) Mix the milk, chocolate and vanilla syrup.

2) Pour into a glass, add coffee and ice cubes.

Kafa sa dve vrste sosa (Coffee with kinds of sauce)

Sastojci: 125ml kafe (procedjene), 200ml vrelog mleka, 1 kasika kakao sosa, 1 kasika sosa od bele cokolade.

Priprema:

1) Pomesati mleko, kakao sos i sos od bele cokolade.

2) Sipati u solju i dodati kafu.

Ingredients: 125ml black coffee, 200ml of hot milk, 1 tablespoon cocoa sauce, 1 tablespoon of white chocolate sauce.

Preparation:

1) Mix the milk, cocoa sauce and white chocolate sauce.

2) Pour in mug and add the coffee.

Kafa sa Amaretto sirupom (Coffee with Amaretto syrup)

Sastojci: 120ml kafe, 120ml vrelog mleka, 2 kasike Amaretto sirupa.

Priprema:

1) Pomesati mleko i Amaretto sirup.

2) Sipati u solju i dodati procedjenu kafu. Promesati.

Ingredients: 120ml black coffee, 120ml of hot milk, 2 tablespoons Amaretto syrup.

Preparation:

1) Mix the milk and Amaretto syrup.

2) Pour in a cup (mug) and add the coffee. Mix well.

Kakao sos (Cocoa sauce)

Sastojci: 70-120g kakaoa, 30g putera, 80ml kafe (skuvane i procedjene), 150g zutog secera, 1/8 kasicice soli, 1 kasicica vanila ekstrakta.

Priprema:

1. U serpicu staviti kafu i secer, i na srednjoj temperaturi, kuvati dok se secer ne rastopi, konstantno mesajuci.

2. Dodati 70g kakaoa i so i mesati dok ne postane glatko. Ako zelite jaci sos postepeno dodavati jos kakaoa.

Kafa sa kakaom (Coffee with cocoa)

Sastojci: 30g kakaoa u prahu, 40g secera, 40ml slatke pavlake, 200ml crne kafe, 200ml slatke pavlake + 1 kasicica secera, prstohvat himalajske soli.

Priprema:

1) Umutiti slatku pavlaku sa secerom.

2) U dve solje staviti po 15g kakaoa i 20g secera i promesati.

Tiramisu

Sastojci: 600g krem sira, 500g piskota, 6 jaja, 170g secera, 300ml skuvane kafe, 60ml ruma, kakao.

Priprema:
1) Kafu pomesati sa 2 kasike secera. Pazljivo odvojiti zumanca od belanca.

Napomena: ako Vam prilikom odvajanja zumanca od belanca u belance ostane malo zumanca, belanca se nece lepo umutiti.

2) Mikserom dobro umutiti zumanca i secer. Umutiti belanca pa dodati zumancima.
3) Piskote umakati u kafu i redjati u posudu. Sipati krem, pa staviti red piskota i odozgo krem. Ostaviti preko noci u frizideru. Pre sluzenja posuti kakaoom.

Ingredients: 600g cream cheese, 500g biscuits, 6 eggs, 170g sugar, 300ml brewed coffee, 60ml of rum, cocoa.

Preparation:
1) Mix coffee with 2 tablespoons sugar. Carefully separate the egg yolks from the whites.

Note: If you when separating the egg yolks from the egg whites, drop some egg yolks into egg whites, egg whites will not form creamy and fluffy.

2) With hand mixer whisk egg yolks and sugar well. Whip the egg whites and add to the egg yolks.

3) Dip biscuits in coffee and arrange in a bowl. Pour the cream, put layer of biscuits and top with cream. Leave overnight in the fridge. Before serving sprinkle with cocoa.

Ledena kafa (Ice coffee)

Sastojci: 50ml jake crne kafe (hladne) ili espresa (hladan), 400ml mleka, 5 kugli sladoleda od vanile, 5 kocki leda, 2 kasike rendane cokolade, slag (umucen).

Priprema:
1. Mleko i kafu sipati u blender. Dodati 3 kugle sladoleda i led, pa blendati dok se smesa ne ujednaci. 
2. Sipati u dve visoke case. 
3. Ukrasite svaku kafu preostalim kuglama sladoleda i slagom, pa posuti cokoladom.

Ingredients: 50ml of strong black coffee (cold) or espresso (cold), 400ml milk, 5 scoops of vanilla ice cream, 5 ice cubes, 2 tablespoons grated chocolate, whipped cream (beaten).

Preparation:
1. Milk and coffee pour into blender. Add 3 scoops of ice cream and ice, and blend until the mixture is smooth.
2. Pour into two tall glasses.
3. Garnish each coffee with remaining ice cream scoops and whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate.

Teodora torta (Teodora cake)

Sastojci: 13 jaja, 12 kasika secera, 12 kasika mlevenih oraha, 6 kasika prezli, 50g cokolade, 150g seckanih oraha, fil: 250g margarina, 250g secera u prahu, 4-5 kasika kuvane crne kafe, 100g cokolade.

Priprema:
1) Umutiti 8 zumanaca sa 8 kasika secera, pa dodati 12 kasika mlevenih oraha, 4 kasika prezli, 50g strugane cokolade i na kraju sneg od 8 belanaca.
2) Pleh namazati uljem, posuti brasnom, sipati masu i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200C. Ostaviti da se ohladi pa iseci na dva dela.
3) Umutiti 5 belanaca sa 4 kasike secera, 2 kasike prezli i 150g seckanih oraha. Isti pleh u kome se peklo prethodno testo, namazati uljem i posuti brasnom i peci na 200C.
4) Fil: penasto umutiti margarin sa 5 zumanaca i secerom u prahu. Umesati kafu i 100g rastopljene cokolade.
5) Tortu redjati sledecim redosledom: prvo uzeti jedan deo torte sa orasima, premazati filom, staviti deo od belanaca, ponovo premazati filom, pa staviti drugu polovinu torte od oraha. Filom premazati tortu spolja.

Ingredients: 13 eggs, 12 tablespoons of sugar, 12 tablespoons of ground walnuts, 6 tablespoons of bread crumbs, 50g of chocolate, 150g finely chopped  walnuts, filling: 250g butter, 250g powdered sugar, 4-5 tablespoons of cooked black coffee, 100g chocolate.

Preparation: 
1) Whisk 8 egg yolks with 8 tablesoons of sugar, then add 12 tablespoons of ground walnuts, 4 tablespoons of bread crumbs, 50g grated chocolate and eventually snow from 8 egg whites.
2) Smear baking pan with oil, sprinkle with flour, pour the mass and bake in preheated oven at 200C. Allow to cool and then cut it into two parts.
3) Whisk the 5 egg whites with 4 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons bread crumbs and 150g walnuts. Bake at 200C in the same pan, also smear pan with oil and sprinkle with flour..
4) Filling: whisk margarine with 5 egg yolks and powdered sugar until fluffy and foamy. Stir in coffee and 100g of melted chocolate.
5) Place ckae in the following order: put first one part of the cake with walnuts, then  coat with filling, put part with the egg whites, again coat with filling, and put the other half of the cake with walnuts. Coat the cake with filling outside.
