Frape za alkaliziranje organizma (Frappe for alkalizing the body)

Sastojci: 3 kivija, 1 banana, jedna saka bebi spanaca (svezeg), 25g surutke u prahu i 250ml vode. 

Priprema: 

1. Bananu i kivi oljustiti i iseci na komade. Bebi spanac oprati.

2. Sve staviti u blender i blendati dok ne postane kremasto.

Sos od italijanskog slljiva paradajza (Italian plum tomato sauce)

Sastojci: 2kg italijanskog sljiva paradajza, 1 veza persuna (iseckan), 6 cena belog luka (iseckan), 4 feferone, 1 kasika harisa sosa, 2.5g ljute aleve paprike, 2.5g origana, 2.5g kima u prahu, 

Priprema:

1. Paradajz oprati i oljustiti. Iseci na manje komade.

2. U serpu staviti paradajz, persun, beli luk, feferone, harisa sos, ljutu alevu papriku, origano i kim i krckati na srednjoj temperaturi 1 sat povremeno mesajuci. Dodati malo vode ako postane gusce nego kecap.

Vocni koktel "na plazi" (Fruit cocktail "on the beach")

Sastojci: 3 koluta ananasa, 1 jabuka, 1 pomorandza, 1 limun, 1 breskva.

Priprema:

1. Voce oprati i ocistiti.

2. Pripremiti u sokovniku.

Ingredients: 3 pineapple rings, 1 apple, 1 orange, 1 lemon, 1 peach.

Preparation:

1. Wash and clean the fruit.

2. Prepare in a juicer.


Sok od jabuke, kruske i lubenice (Apple, pear and watermelon juice)

Sastojci: 1/2 lubenice, 5 kruski, 500ml soka od jbuke, 5 jagoda.

Priprema:

1. Voce oprati i ocistiti.

2. Pripremiti u sokovniku.

Ingredients: 1/2 watermelon, 5 pears, 500ml apple juice, 5 strawberries.

Preparation:

1. Wash and clean the fruit.

2. Prepare in a juicer.

Smuti od visnje, borovnica i kelja (Sour cherry, blueberry and kale smoothie)

Sastojci: 250g visnji, 125g borovnica, 250g kelja (svezeg), 250ml kokosovog mleka (nezasladjenog).

Priprema:

1) U blendr staviti kelj i kokososvo mleko i usitniti dok ne posyane glatko.

2) Dodati visnje i borovnice i ponoviti.

Ingredients: 250g cherries, 125g blueberries, 250g kale (fresh), 250ml coconut milk (unsweetened).

Preparation:

1) Put kale and coconut milk in a blender and chop until smooth.

2) Add cherries and blueberries and repeat.

Narandzasti detoks frape (Orange detox frappe)

Sastojci: 200ml bademovog mleka, 1 pomorandza, 125g mango (smrznut), 125g sargarepe (smrznute), 2 cm svezeg korena djumbira ili 1 kasicica u prahu, 1 kasika meda, 1 kasicica kurkume u prahu, rendana kora jedne pomorandze.

Priprema:

1) Izrendati koru pomorandze, pa oljustiti. Sargarepu pre smrzavanja iseci na 1.5 cm duzine. koren djumbira oljustiti i iseci na pola.

2) U blender staviti pomorandzu, bademovo mleko i djumbir i usitniti dok ne postane glatko.

Narandzasti sok (Orange juice)

Ingredients: 2 slices of melon, 1 peach, 3-4 apricots, 6 tablespoons of sugar, 100g strawberries, 10 ice cubes, a few drops of lemon juice, 3 cups water.

Preparation:
1. Peel and cut all fruit into small pieces and place in blender; add sugar, a few drops of lemon juice, ice cubes and cold water.
2. Mix and serve.

Sastojci: 2 kriške dinje, 1 breskva, 3-4 kajsije, 6 kašika šećera, 100g jagoda, 10 kockica leda, nekoliko kapi limunovog soka, 3 čaše vode.
