Bulgur cokoladne stanglice (Bulgur chocolate bars)

Sastojci: 100g granole, 150g ovsenih pahuljica, 250g suvih brusnica, 50g kokosovog brašna, 150g bulgura, 60g semenki bundeve, 60g semenki suncokreta, 250g meda, 1 kašičica ekstrakta vanile, 400g cokolade.


Uputstva:

1. Pomesati granolu, ovsene pahuljice, suve brusnice, kokosovo brasno, bulgur i semenke bundeve i suncokreta.

2. U šerpu stavite med i vanila ekstrakt i stavite da provri na srednjoj vatri. Kuvajte često mešajući 5 minuta.

Pileca salata s celerom (Chicken salad with celery)

Sastojci: 3 pileća prsa bez kože, 2 kasike ulja, 1/2 kasicice soli, 1/4 kasicice bibera, 1 kasicice belog luka u prahu, 1 kasicica aleve paprike, 1 kasicica suvog origana, 3 stabljike celera, 1/2 zelene jabuke, 3 praziluka ili mladog luka, 1/4 luka, 2 kasike peršuna, sitno seckanog, 5 listova zelene salate - iscepane na trakice, 50g badema ili bilo kojeg drugog orašastog ploda - seckanih, 35g suvih brusnica, 35g suvog grozdja, 4 kasike majoneza, 4 kasike grčkog jogurta, 1 kasicica senfa, 2 kasike soka od limuna.

Priprema:

0. Povrće i jabuku očistiti i oljustiti te iseci na kockice. Pileća prsa iseci na manje komade.

1. U cinji pomešati ulje, so, biber, beli luk u prahu, origano i alevu papriku. Dodati piletinu i mešati dok se potpuno ne oblozi. Ostaviti da se marinira 1 sat.

2. Zagrejati tiganj na srednje jakoj vatri (5). Dodati mariniranu piletinu i peci 4-5 minuta sa svake strane, odnosno dok nije potpuno peceno.

Hrskav hleb sa suvim vocem i orasastim plodovima (Crunchy bread with dried fruits and nuts)

Sastojci: 500g brasna, 2 jaja, 90g kokosovog ulja, 180g suvih brusnica, 2 banane, 80g suvih kajsija, 80g suvih sljiva, 80g suvih smokvi, 80g urmi, 150g oraha, 50g indijskog oraha, 150g lesnika, 100g pistaca, 1 kasicica cimeta, 5g praska za pecivo, prstohvat soli.

Priprema:

1) Banane izgnjeciti viljuskom. Suve kajsije, sljive, urme i smokve iseci na kocke. Orahe, indijske orahe, pistace i lesnike iseckati.

2) Na pari na srednjoj temperaturi otopiti kokosovo ulje. Jaja umutiti pa dodati kokosovo ulje i banane. Promesati.

Banana hleb sa kokosom i suvim vocem (Banana bread with coconut and dried fruits)

Sastojci: 300g brasna, 150g kokosovog brasna, 3 jaja, 200g secera, 6 banana, 350ml jogurta, 200ml ulja, 10g praska za pecivo, prstohvat soli, 100g seckanih badema (opcionalno), 150g suvog voca - 30g suvog grozdja, 30g suvih smokava, 30g suvih kajsija, 30g suvih sljiva, 30g suvih brusnica.

Priprema:
1) Suve smokve, kajsije i sljive iseckati. Pomesati brasno, kokosovo brasno, prasak za pecivo i so. Banane izgnjeciti.
2) Umutiti jaja sa secerom rucnim mikserom. Dodati jogurt i ulje i promesati kasikom. Dodati mesavinu brasna i izmesati kasikom. Dodati banane i suvo voce. 

Napomena: ako je pregusto dodati jos malo jogurta. 

3) U kalup za hleb staviti papir za pecenje, sipati smesu, posuti bademima i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 60-80 minuta. Ostaviti da se ohladi pa izvaditi iz pleha.

Ingredients: 300g flour, 150g coconut flour, 3 eggs, 200g sugar, 6 bananas, 350ml buttermilk, 200ml oil, 10g baking powder, a pinch of salt, 100g chopped almonds (optional), 150g dried fruits - 30g raisins, 30g dried figs , 30g dried apricots, 30g prunes, 30g dried cranberries.

Preparation:
1) Cut figs, apricots and prunes. Mix flour, coconut flour, baking powder and salt. Mash bananas.
2) Whisk eggs with sugar with a hand mixer. Add buttermlk and oil and stir with a spoon. Add flour mixture and mix with a spoon. Add bananas and dried fruits.

Note: if it's too thick, add some more buttermilk.

3) Put the baking paper in the bread pan, pour the mixture, sprinkle with almonds and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 60-80 minutes. Allow to cool and remove from the baking pan.

Domaca bonzita (Homemade granola)

Sastojci: 800g ovsenih pahuljica, 125g badema, 125g indijskog oraha, 2 kasicice mlevenog cimeta, 1/4 kasicice morske soli, 125ml kokosovog ulja (otopljenog), 80g meda, 2 kasicice ekstrakta vanile, 160g kokosovog brasna, 60g suvog grozdja, 60g suvih brusnica ili suvih borovnica, 100g cokolade za kuvanje (ne slatke crne cokolade) izlomljenje u kocke.

Priprema:
1) U velikoj ciniji pomesati ovsene pahuljice, badem, indijski orah, cimet i so dok se ne spoje ravnomerno.
2) U drugoj ciniji zajedno pomesati ostopljeno kokosovo ulje, med i ekstrakt vanile dok se ne ujednace. Smesu kokosovog ulja uliti u smesu ovsenih pahuljica i promesati dok se ne ujednaci.
3) Zagrejte rernu na 180 C. Stavite papir za pecenje u pleh. Granolu rasporedite ravnomerno na pripremljeni papir za pecenje. Pecite 20 minuta na pola dobro promesati. Zatim izvaditi iz rerne dodati kokos i dobro promesati smesu. Peci jos 5 minuta ili dok granola ne postane svetla i zlatna.
4) Izvadite iz rerne i pustite da se ohladi. Zatim umesati suvo voce i cokoladu na kocke.

Napomena: cuvati u hermeticki zatvorenoj posudi na sobnoj temperaturi do 2 nedelje.


Ingredients: 800g oat flakes, 125g slivered almonds, 125g cashews, 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, 125ml coconut oil (melted), 80g honey, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 160g coconut flakes, 60g raisins, 60g dried cranberries or dried blueberries, 100g cooking chocolate (not sweet black chocolate) broken in squares.

Preparation:
1) In a large mixing bowl stir together oats, almonds, cashews, cinnamon and salt until evenly combined.
2) In a separate mixing bowl stir together the melted coconut oil, honey and vanilla extract until combined. Pour the coconut oil mixture into the oats mixture, and stir until evenly combined.
3) Heat oven to 180 C. Place baking paper in baking pan. Spread the granola out evenly on the prepared baking paper. Bake for 20 minutes stirring once halfway through.  Then remove from the oven, add the coconut, and stir well the mixture. Bake for 5 more minutes or until the granola is lightly toasted and golden.
4) Remove from the oven and let it cool down. Then stir in the dried fruit and chocolate squares.

Note: store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.

Crno-beli kolacici sa suvim brusnicama (Black-and-white cookies with dried cranberries)

Sastojci: 200g crne cokolade, 200g bele cokolade, 110+110g margarina, 100g suvih brusnica, 2 kasike arome (ekstrakta) ruma, 100ml ruma, 2 kasike meda, papirne korpice za kolace.


Priprema:

1. U ciniju staviti suve brusnice, preliti rumom i ostaviti 1 sat. Ocediti. Mozete ostaviti nekoliko brusnica sa strane za ukrasavanje.
2. U jednu serpicu, staviti crnu cokoladu izlomljenu na kocke, 110g margarina i 1 kasiku meda i pustiti da se otopi, na srednjoj temperaturi, konstantno mesajuci. Kada se masa sjedinila dodati 1 kasiku arome ruma i promesati.
3. Ponoviti korak 2. sa belom cokoladom. 
4. Puniti papirne korpice sa crnom (ili belom) smesom do pola. Staviti 2-3 suve brusnice, pa dopuniti sa belom (ili crnom) smesom.
5. Svaki kolacic ukrasiti sa po jednom brusnicom (ili vise :) ) i ostaviti u frizider da se stegne.


Ingredients: 200g black chocolate, 200g white chocolate, 110+110g butter (unsalted) or margarine, 100g of dried cranberries, 2 tablespoons of flavoring (extract) rum, 100ml of rum, 2 tablespoons honey, paper baking cups.

Preparation:
1. In a bowl, put the dried cranberries, pour rum and leave for 1 hour. Drain. You can leave a couple of cranberries on the side for decoration.
2. In one saucepan, put black chocolate broken in cubes, 110g butter and 1 tablespoon of honey and let it melt on medium heat, constantly stirring. When the mass combined. add 1 tablespoon of rum flavor and mix well.

3. Repeat step 2. with white chocolate.

4. Fill paper cups with black (or white) mixture up to half. Put 2-3 dry cranberries, then fill it with white (or black) mixture.

5. Each cookie decorate with one (or more :)) cranberry on top and leave in the fridge to tighten.

Nepecen kolac od mlevenog keksa i brusnica (No bake cake with ground biscuits and cranberries)

Sastojci: 900g mlevenog obicnog keksa (bevita, ptiber), 300g margarina (sobne temperature), 120g secera u prahu, 130g suve brusnice, 70g suvog grozdja, 70g zele bombona, 100g lesnika (seckanih) + 50g mlevenih, 70g badema (seckanih), 300-350ml soka od pomorandze.

Priprema:

1. Penasto umutiti margarin sa secerom u prahu. Suvo grozdje potopiti u mlaku vodu i ostaviti 15-20 minuta da nabubri. Ocediti. Zele bombone sitno iseckati
2. Dodati mleveni keks, brusnice, suvo grozdje, zele bombone, lesnike (seckane i mlevene), bademe i sok od pomorandze. Dobro sjediniti.
3. Na tacni formirati zeljeni oblik.
4. Ostaviti u frizideru 3-4 sata. Seci zeljene oblike.

Ingredients: 900g ground plain biscuits, 300g butter (room temperature), 120g powder sugar, 130g dried cranberries, 70g raisins, 70g jelly beans, 100g hazelnuts (chopped) + 50g of ground, 70g almonds (chopped) , 300-350ml orange juice.

Preparation:

1. Whisk butter with powdered sugar until foamy. Soak raisins in warm water and leave for 15-20 minutes to swell. Drain. Jelly beans finely chop.
2. Add ground biscuits, cranberries, raisins, jelly beans, hazelnuts (chopped and ground), almonds and orange juice. Combine well.
3. On the tray form the desired shape.

4. Allow to stand in the fridge for 3-4 hours. Cut desired shapes.

Kolač s brusnicama (Cranberries cake)

Sastojci: 350g margarina, 300g secera, 4 jaja, 500g brasna, 2 kasike praska za pecivo, 350ml mleka, 2 kasike kakaoa, 100g suvih brusnica, secer u prahu.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati brasno i prasak za pecivo
2) Umutite secer i margarin i polako dodajte jaja. Dodati brasno i sjediniti. Zatim mleko i na kraju brusnice. 
3) Sipati pola od testa u podmazan i brašnom posut pleh, a ostalo pomesati dobro sa kakaom. Sipati u pleh.
4) Peci u prehodno zagrejanoj rerni na 160C oko 30 minuta.
5) Posuti secerom u prahu.

Detoks voda (Detox water)

Sastojci: 2 l hladne vode, 1 limun, pola krastavca, pola veze zelja (bez peteljki), pola veze persuna (bez peteljki), 200g brusnica (smrznutih).

Priprema:
1) Limun i krastavac oprati i iseci na tanke kolutove. Zelje i persun oprati i iseckati.
2) U hladnu vodu dodati limun, krastavac, zelje, persun i brusnice. 
3) Promesati i ostaviti u frizideru od 6-8h.

Ingredients: 2 liters of cold water, 1 lemon, half a cucumber, half a bunch of greens  (no stems), half bunch of parsley (no stems), 200g cranberries (frozen).

Preparation:
1) Wash lemon and cucumber and cut into thin rings. Wash cabbage and parsley and chop.
2) To the cold water add lemon, cucumber, greens, parsley and cranberries.
3) Mix and leave in the fridge of 6-8h.

Salata za upalu besike (Salad for inflammation of the bladder)

Sastojci: 3 sargarepe, 1 jabuka, 1 koren celera, 50g brusnica (svezih ili suvih), 50g borovnica (svezih ili suvih), za preliv - 2 kasike limunovog soka, 1 kasicica djumbira u prahu (ravna), 1 kasika meda.

Priprema:
1) Oljustiti sargarepu, koren celera i jabuku. Iseckati na kockice ili izrendati.
2) Pomesati sok od limuna, djumbir i med.
3) Pomesati sargarepu, jabuku, celer, brusnice i borovnice pa preliti zacinjenim sokom od limuna.

Ingredients: 3 carrots, 1 apple, 1 celery root, 50g cranberries (fresh or dried), 50g blueberries (fresh or dried), for dressing - 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2g ginger powder, 1 tablespoon honey.

Preparation:
1) Peel carrots, celery root and apple. Dice or shred.
2) Mix the lemon juice, ginger and honey.
3) Mix the carrot, apple, celery, cranberries and blueberries and pour with spiced lemon juice.

Kompot od suvog voca (Dried fruits compote)

Sastojci: 250g iseckanih suvih kajsija, 125g iseckanih suvih jabuka, 150g suvih brusnica, 100g urmi (bez kostica), 70g zutog secera, kora od  jednog limuna, 3 kasike soka od limuna, 1 stapic cimeta.

Priprema: 
1) Staviti kajsije, jabuke, brusnice, urme, secer, sok i koru od limuna i stapic cimeta i 500ml vode da se kuvaju. Kad provri, smanjite vatru, pokrijti posudu i krckati dok voće ne omekša, oko 25 minuta.
2) Izvaditi limunovu koru i stapic cimeta. Ostaviti da se ohladi.

Ingredients: 250g chopped dried apricots, chopped 125g dried apple, 150g dried cranberries, 100g of dates (removed pits), 70g brown sugar, rind of one lemon, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 stick of cinnamon.

Preparation:
1) Place the apricots, apples, cranberries, dates, sugar, juice and lemon peel and cinnamon stick in 500ml water and cook. When it boils, reduce the heat, cover the pan and simmer until fruit is tender, about 25 minutes.

Sok od bobicastog voca i lubenice (Berries and watermelon juice)

Za povisen holesterol

Sastojci: 100g borovnica, 100g brusnica, 100g malina, 100g jagoda, 100g lubenice

Priprema:
1) U sokovniku iscedite sve sastojke.

Savet: ako zelite da razblazite ovaj sok dodati malo soka od lubenice.

Predlog: mozete napraviti takodje za povisen holesterol Sok od kelja, brokolija i lubenice.

Napomena: sve sveze sokove koje napravite moraju se popiti u toku dana.

Ingredients: 100g blueberries, 100g cranberries, 100g raspberries, 100g strawberries, 100g watermelon.

Preparation:
1) In the juicer squeeze all the ingredients.

Italijanski Bozicni hleb (Italian Christmas bread)

Sastojci:  za testo 1:  200g brasna, prstohvat kvasca, 90ml vode; za testo 2: 500g brasna, 60ml vode, 2 jaja, 60g margarina, 1/2 kasicice soli, 10g vanilin secera, 2 kasicice kvasca u prahu, 80g secera; 130g suvog grozdja, 130g suvih kajsija sitno iseckane, 130g suvih brusnica, 130 suvog ananasa, 2 kasike soka od pomorandze i 2 kasike soka od limuna.

Priprema:
1) Pomesati sastojke za testo 1, pokriti i ostaviti preko noci, 8-10 sati.
2) Pomesati sastojke za testo 2, zamesiti i ostaviti da naraste oko 1,5 sat.
3) Dodati suvo voce i sok od pomorandze i limuna i opet zamesiti.
4) Staviti testo u okrugao pleh namazan uljem i posut brasnom, pokriti i ostaviti da naraste oko1 sat.
5) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200C oko 20 minuta, pa smanjiti temperaturu na 180C i peci jos 20 minuta ili dok ne bude peceno.

Predlog: ovaj slatki hleb mozete posluziti uz krem od jagoda.

Ingredients: for dough 1: 200g flour, a pinch of yeast, 90ml water; for dough 2: 500g flour, 60ml water, 2 eggs, 60g butter, 1/2 tsp salt, 10g vanilla sugar, 2 teaspoons yeast powder, 80g sugar; 130g raisins, 130g dry appicots finely chopped, 130g of dried cranberries, 130g dried pineapple, 2 tablespoons orange juice and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

Preparation: 
1) Combine the ingredients for the dough 1, cover and leave overnight, 8-10 hours.
2) Combine the ingredients for the dough 2, knead and let it grow about 1.5 hours.
3) Add dried fruits and juice from orange and lemon and knead again.
4) Place the dough in a loaf pan smeared with oil and sprinkled with flour, cover and let it grow about 1 hour.
5) Bake in the preheated oven at 200C for about 20 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180C and bake for another 20 minutes or until done.

Suggestion: this sweet bread you can serve with strawberry cream.

Kornfleks kolacici (Cornflakes cookies)

Sastojci: 500g kornfleksa, 250g margarina (omeksao), 250g smedjeg secera, 5g praska za pecivo, 3g sode bikarbone, 1/2 kasicice cimeta, 1/4 kasicice muskatnog orascica, prstohvat soli, 3 jaja (umucena), 350g brasna, 200g mlevenih lesnika, 200g brusnica (suvih).
 
Priprema:
1) Penasto umutiti margarin sa secerom, dodati jaja. Sjediniti. Dodati cimet i muskatni orascic. Promesati.
2) Pomesati brasno sa praskom za pecivo, sodom bikarbonom i solju. Dodati prethodnoj smesi i dobro sjediniti. Dodati kornfleks, lesnike i brusnice i zamesiti.
3) Podeliti testo na 3 dela. Oblikovati cilindar. Zamotati svaki cilindar u foliju i ostaviti u frizider na 3 sata.
4) Seci kolacice debljine 0.8 mm, redjati u pleh podmazan margarinom ili na papir za pecenje, ostaviti veci razmak izmedju kolacica, i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 8 do 10 minuta.
Napomena: ako testo omeksa vratiti nazad u frizider ili zamrzivac.

Ingredients: 500g of cornflakes, 250g butter (softened), 250g brown sugar, 5g baking powder, 3g baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, pinch of salt, 3 eggs (beaten), 350g flour, 200g ground toasted hazelnuts, 200g cranberries (dried).
 
Preparation:
1) Whisk margarine with sugar until fluffy, add eggs. Combine well. Add cinnamon and nutmeg. Stir.
2) Mix flour with baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to the previous mix and combine well. Add cornflakes, hazelnuts and cranberries and knead.
3) Divide dough into 3 equal parts. Shape the cylinder. Wrap each cylinder in foil and leave in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
4) Cut cookies thickness of 0.8 mm, place in a baking pan greased with margarine or baking paper and leave extra space between the cookies, and bake in the preheated oven at 180 C for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Note: If the dough softens return to the fridge or freezer.
