Kremasta Kajun piletina sa avokado i paradajz salatom (Creamy Cajun chicken with avocado tomato salad)

Sastojci: 4 pileća fileta (bez kostiju i kože), 2 kašike maslinovog ulja, 2 kašičice Kajun začinskog miksa, 200 do 300 g mešane zelene salate (rimska salata, ajsberg salata, zelena salata, crvena salata, hrastov list, endivija, radič), 300 g paradajza, ½ glavice crnog luka, 1 krastavac, 1 avokado (isečen), kremasti Kajun preliv za salatu.

Priprema:

1. Očistite paradajz i isecite ga na kockice. Očistite crni luk i tanko ga isecite. Oljuštite krastavac i isecite ga na tanke kriške. Operite salatu i isecite na trakice. Avokado očistite kasnije. Operite piletinu i isecite je na kockice.

Sastojci: zelena salata  krastavac, paradajz, slani krekeri, suvi vrat, pečenica, kulen, gauda kackavalj, čedar sir, mocarela sir, masline, beli sir, jaja (tvrdo barena).

Priprema: 
1. Zelenu salatu oprati i iscepkati listove. Jaja iseci na pola po duzini. Krastavac oljustiti. Krastavac i paradajz iseci na kolutove. Gauda i cedar kackavalj iseci na stapice. Suvi vrat i pecenicu iseci ili na listove ili ako su u komadu na kocke velicine zalogaja. Mocarela sir iseci na kolutove, a beli sir na kocke velicine zalogaja.

Azijske pilece rolnice (Asian chicken rolls)

Salata od njoka sa slaninom (Gnocchi salad with bacon)

Priprema:

0. Pripremiti njoke. Zelenu salatu iscepkati. Paradajz iseci na kocke.

1. Njoke preliti uljem, dodati mlevenu papriku, bosiljak, so i palentu. 

2. Pecite u plehu obloženoj papirom za pecenje oko 30 minuta na 200 C.

Taco pileca salata (Taco chicken salad)

Sastojci: taco tortilje, 1 glavica zelene salate, 100g kukuruza, 2-3 paradajza, 250g pileceg belog mesa, sok od 1/2 limuna, 1 avokado, za preliv - 2 kasike kisele pavlake (12%), 1 kasicica vinskog sirceta, kasicica maslinovog ulja ili limun maslinovo ulje.

Priprema:

1) Zelenu salatu oprati i iseci na trakice. Paradajza oljustiti i iseci na kockice. Belo meso oprati. Avokadi oljustiti i izvaditi kosticu.

2) Belo meso staviti u serpicu, dodati vodu i kuvati oko 20 do 30 minuta. Ocediti i iscepkati na trakice ili iseci na kockice. Ili pripremiti Rostiljsko pilece belo meso.


3) Pomesati ulje, kiselu pavlaku i sirce. Cuvati u frizideru.

4) Avokado usitniti da dobijete pire. Dodati sok od limuna i promesati.

5) Pomesati zelenu salatu, kukuruz, paradajz i piletinu. Preliti sa prelivom i promesati6) U glavni deo kutije za rucak staviti mesaviu zelene salate i piletine. U manji odeljak avokado. A u treci, tortilju isecenu na kocke.

Sendvic sa francuskim hlebom

Sastojci: francuski hleb (isecen po duzini), 60g margarina ili gi putera, 120g kackavalja, 200g mortadele, listovi zelene salate, 1 paprika babura, 2 paradajza, 200g kuvane sunke, 60g belog sosa.

Priprema:
1) Kackavalj izrendati. Paradajz i papriku oljustiti/ocistiti i iseci na kockcice.
2) Na 2 parceta hleba namazati margarin. Staviti list zelene salate, parce mortadele, kackavalj, parce kuvane sunke, paradajz, kasiku belog sosa, parce mortadele, papriku, parce kuvane sunke i list zelene salate.

Pileca salata s celerom (Chicken salad with celery)

Sastojci: 3 pileća prsa bez kože, 2 kasike ulja, 1/2 kasicice soli, 1/4 kasicice bibera, 1 kasicice belog luka u prahu, 1 kasicica aleve paprike, 1 kasicica suvog origana, 3 stabljike celera, 1/2 zelene jabuke, 3 praziluka ili mladog luka, 1/4 luka, 2 kasike peršuna, sitno seckanog, 5 listova zelene salate - iscepane na trakice, 50g badema ili bilo kojeg drugog orašastog ploda - seckanih, 35g suvih brusnica, 35g suvog grozdja, 4 kasike majoneza, 4 kasike grčkog jogurta, 1 kasicica senfa, 2 kasike soka od limuna.

Priprema:

0. Povrće i jabuku očistiti i oljustiti te iseci na kockice. Pileća prsa iseci na manje komade.

1. U cinji pomešati ulje, so, biber, beli luk u prahu, origano i alevu papriku. Dodati piletinu i mešati dok se potpuno ne oblozi. Ostaviti da se marinira 1 sat.

2. Zagrejati tiganj na srednje jakoj vatri (5). Dodati mariniranu piletinu i peci 4-5 minuta sa svake strane, odnosno dok nije potpuno peceno.

Sastojci: 300g pilećeg mesa (filea, batak, karabatak ili belog mesa) skuvanog, 300 g grckog jogurta, 150g mlevenih oraha, 2 cena belog luka, 1 krastavac, zelena salata, feta sir, susam, 1 kasika maslinovog ulja.

Priprema:

Salata slatkim krompirom i pinto pasuljem (Salad with sweet potatoes and pinto beans)

Tuna salata za dijabeticare (Tuna salad for diabetics)

Priprema:

2) Pomesati sve i preliti sa nekoliko kapi maslinovog ulja.

Pileca salata sa povrcem (Chicken salad with veggies)

Sastojci: 1 crni luk, 1 koren celera, 1 veza lisca celera, 1 sargarepa, 1 lovorov list, malo sirceta, 500g pileceg mesa, 2 paprike, 3 sargarepe, 2 glavice zelene salate, 50g crnih maslina, 50g zelenih maslina, 10 kiselih krastavcica, majonez, so, biber.

Priprema:
1) Crni luk, koren celera i sargarepu oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Lisce celera sitno iseckati. Papriku i sargarepu oljustiti i iseckati na trakice. Kisele krastavcice sitno iseckati. Zelenu salatu oprati iseci na trakice. Ocistiti crne i zelene masline.

2) U vodu staviti crni luk, koren i lisce celera, sargarepu, lovorov list i malo sirce i pustiti da prokuva. Dodati piletinu i kuvati na srednjoj temperaturi. Pilece meso izvaditi a u supu dodati rezanca i kuvati jos malo.
3) Pomesati pilece meso, papriku, sargarepu, zelenu salatu, masline, kisele krastavice i majoneza, soli i bibera po ukusu.

Ingredients: 1 onion, 1 celery root, 1 bunch celery, 1 carrot, 1 bay leaf, a little vinegar, 500g chicken meat, 2 peppers, 3 carrots, 2 heads of lettuce, 50g black olives, 50g green olives, 10 pickles, mayonnaise, salt, pepper.

Preparation:

Priprema:

Sastojci: 400g pilecih grudi, 1 pomorandza, 2 avokada, 1 glavica zelene salate, 1 zelena paprika, 70ml belog vina, 1 list lovora; za preliv: 5 kasika majoneza, so, sok od pola limuna, sok od 1 pomorandze, 100g mlevenih badema.

Priprema:
1) Skuvati pilece grudi u slabo posoljenoj vodi sa vinom i listom lovora. Ocediti, ostaviti da se ohladi i iseci na kockice,
2) Ocistiti i iseckati papriku na trakice. Pomorandzu oljustiti i razdvojiti komade. Zelenu salatu oprati i iseci na trakice. Avokado oljustiti, izvaditi kostice i iseckati na kockice.
3) Pomesati pilece grudi sa pomorandzom, paprikom, zelenom salatom, avokadom i preliti prelivom.
4) Za preliv: pomesati sve sastojke.

Sastojci: 180g tunjevine, 200g sardina, 2 krompira, 3 jaja, 100g zelenih maslina, 1 glavica zelene salate, maslinovo ulje, 2 cena belog luka, 1 kasika sirceta, 1 kasicica soka od limuna.

Priprema:
1) Krompir oljustiti, skuvati, ocediti i iseci na kockice. Jaja skuvati iseci na cetvrtine. Zelenu salatu oprati i iseci na trakice. Beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati.
2) Sardine izgnjeciti i pomesati sa tunjevinom. Ocistiti masline.
3) Pomesati sve sastojke.
4) Pomesati maslinovo ulje sa belim lukom, sircetom i sokom od limuna. Preliti salatu.

Ingredients: 180g of tuna, 200g sardines, 2 potatoes, 3 eggs, 100g green olives, 1 head of lettuce, olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 tsp of lemon juice.

Preparation: 
1) Peel potato and cook. Drain and cut into cubes. Cook eggs and cut into quarters. Wash lettuce and cut into strips. Clean garlic and finely chop.

3) Combine all ingredients.
