Sok od koprive (Nettle juice)

NAPOMENA: Ukoliko koristite sredstva za razređivanje krvi, lekove za snižavanje krvnog pritiska ili lekove za dijabetes, pre konzumacije bilo kakavog napitka sa koprivom, konsultovati se sa lekarom. Jos o merama opreza imate u clanku Kopriva za anemiju i kosu.

Sastojci: 30 komada vrhova mlade koprive, ⅛ kašičice konzervansa, 25 g limunske kiseline - limuntusa, 3 L vode, 3 sveža limuna, 3 kg šećera.

Priprema:

1. Listove operite i stavite na cistu kuhinjsku krpu da se ocedi višak vode. Isecite krajeve limuna i bacite. Isecite limun na kriške od 1 cm.

2. U činiju stavite listove koprive i limun. Prelijte vodom, prekrijte krpom i ostavite da odstoji 24 sata.

Kopriva za anemiju i kosu (Nettle for anemia and hair)

Cela biljka koprive je lekovita, od semena, korena do lista.

Studije su pokazale da kopriva ima antioksidantna, antimikrološka svojstva, da deluje kao blagi analgetik protiv bolova, kao i da je korisna protiv čireva. U narodu je poznata kao biljka kojim se leči pad imuniteta, anemija ali i kao narodni lek protiv opadanja kose.

Bogata je mineralima, a posebno kalcijumom, gvožđem, magnezijumom, flavonidima i biljnim sterolima. Tu je i vitamin D, koji je u biljkama prava retkost, vitamin K, vitamini C i A. Pored toga, kopriva ima i visok sadržaj antioksidanata i polifenola. Antioksidanti pomažu našem organizmu da se odbrani od slobodnih radikala koji izazivaju starenje, neke vrste raka, bolesti srca i dijabetes i druge bolesti.

Caj od hibiskusa i koprive (Hibiscus and nettle tea)

Sastojci: 2 dela hibiskusa, 1 deo koprive.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati sve sastojke.

2. Cuvati u staklenoj tegli.

3. Dve kasicice mesavine caja preliti kljucalom vodom. Ostaviti 10 minuta. Procediti.

Ingredients: 2 parts hibiscus, 1 part nettle.

Preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients.

2. Store in a glass jar.

3. Pour boiling water over two teaspoons of the tea mixture. Leave for 10 minutes. Strain.


Mesavina biljnog caja za opustanje (Herbal tea mix for relaxation)

Sastojci: 2 dela matičnjaka, 1 deo hajducke trave, 1 deo koprive.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati sve sastojke.

2. Cuvati u staklenoj tegli.

3. Dve kasicice mesavine caja preliti kljucalom vodom. Ostaviti 10 minuta. Procediti.

Ingredients: 2 parts of lemon balm, 1 part of yarrow, 1 part of nettle.

Preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients.

Gazirani caj od koprive (Carbonated nettle tea)

Sastojci: 3g lista koprive (suve), 500ml vode, 4 kasicice meda, 500ml kisele vode, 4 komadica konzerviranog limuna (velicine nokta na palcu) ili 1/6 kriske svezeg limuna ili limete, kocke leda.

Priprema:

1) U serpu sipati vodu i pustiti da prokljuca.

2) Dodati koprivu. Poklopiti i ostaviti da stoji 15 minuta.

Sirup od koprive (Nettle syrup)

Dobije se oko 4 L sirupa.

Sastojci: 60 vrhova lista koprive, 3 L vode, 2 manja limuna, 1.2 kg meda, 60g limunske kiseline.

Priprema:
1) Oprati vrhove lista koprive, ako vec niste. Limun oljustiti i iseci na kocke.
2) U serpu staviti vrhove kopriva i preliti sa vodom. Ostaviri da prokljuca pa skloniti sa sporeta. 
3) Dodati limun i ostaviti da stoji 1 dan.
4) Procediti. Sipati u serpu i dodati med. Kuvati i mesati dok se med ne otopi.  
5) Ostaviti da se ohladi. Dodati limunsku kiselinu i mesati dok se ne otopi. 
6) Kada se sirup potpuno ohladio sipati u oprane i suve flase.

About 4 L of syrup is obtained.

Ingredients: 60 tops of nettle leaf, 3 L of water, 2 smaller lemons, 1.2 kg of honey, 60g of citric acid.

Preparation:
1) Wash the tops of nettle leaf, if you haven't already. Peel the lemon and cut into cubes.
2) Put the tops of the nettle in the pot and pour over the water. Allow it to boil and remove from the stove.
3) Add lemon and leave to stand for 1 day.
4) Drain. Pour in pot and add honey. Cook and stir until the honey has dissolved.
5) Allow to cool. Add citric acid and mix until dissolved.

6) When the syrup has cooled completely, pour it into the washed and dry bottles.

Corba od koprive 2 (Nettle chowder 2)


Sastojci: 1 kg lisca i vrhova od kopriva, 1 glavica crnog luka, 2-3 cena belog luka (sitno seckanog), 3 kasike brasna, 100 ml sirceta (vinskog ili jabukovog), 1 kasika svezeg persunovog lista (sitno seckanog), vegeta, so.

Priprema:
1) Sitno iseckati crni luk.
2) Koprivu kratko spustiti u kipucu vodu - da bi omeksala. Sitno iseckati.
3) Crni luk i koprivu staviti u serpu, naliti sa 2 litre vode i pustiti da provri.
4) Brasno pomesati sa malo hladne vode, pa dodati corbi. Dodati so i vegetu po ukusu.
5) Ostaviti da provri, pa dodati sirce, persun i beli luk.

Ingredients: 1 kg leaves and tops of nettles, 1 onion, 2-3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped), 3 tablespoons flour, 100 ml vinegar (wine or apple), 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley leaf (finely chopped), vegetable seasoning , so.

Preparation:
1) Finely chop onion.
2) Drop nettle shorthly into boiling water - to soften. Chop finely.
3) Put nettle and onion in saucepan, pour the 2 liters of water and let it boil.
4) Mix the flour with a little cold water, and add to chowder. Add salt and vegetable seasoning to taste.
5) Allow to boil and add the vinegar, parsley and garlic.

Corba od kopriva (Nettle chowder)

Sastojci: 500g koprive, 2 kasike brasna, kocka za supu, 2 kasike kajmaka, 1 l vode, so, biber, kiselo mleko.

Priprema:
1. Stavite koprivu u kljucalu vodu. Dodati kocku za supu, kuvati jos nekoliko minuta i skloniti sa sporeta
2. U malo vode razmutiti brasno i umesati u corbu. Vratiti na sporet i kuvati dok ne prokljuca.
3. Dodati kajmak, so, biber. Promesati.
4. Skloniti corbu sa sporeta i propasirati stapnim mikserom.
5. Servirati sa kiselim mlekom.

Ingredients: 500g nettles, 2 tablespoons of flour, 1 l vegetable broth, 2 tablespoons of cheese spread, 1 l of water, salt, pepper, yogurt.

Preparation:
1. Put the nettles in boiling vegetable broth and cook for several minutes then remove from heat
2. In a little water, stir in flour and stir into chowder. Return to stove and cook until boils.
3. Add cheese spread, salt and pepper. Stir.
4. Remove chowder from heat and mash it with hand blender.
5. Serve with yogurt.

Ustipci sa koprivom (Fritters with nettles)

Sastojci: 2 jaja, 200g brasna, 150g koprive, 5 g praska za pecivo, 150ml jogurta, so, ulje.

Priprema:
1. Koprivu blansirajte u slanoj vodi, ocedite je i iseckajte sitno.
2. Prosejati brasno i dodati prasak za pecivo.
3. Penasto umutite јаја pa dodati brasno. Promesati.
4. Mesajte testo i polako dodavajuci jogurt.
5. Kada se masa ujednaci dodajte usitnjenu koprivu i jos jednom promesajte.
6. Zagrejte ulje, zaronite kasiku u vrelo ulje i njom odmah vadite ustipke i przite dok ne dobiju lepu, rumenu koricu.

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 200g flour, 150g nettle, 5 g baking powder, 150ml buttermilk (yoghurt), salt, oil.

Preparation:
1. Blanch nettles in salted water, drain and chop it finely.
2. Sift flour and add baking powder. Stir.
3. Beat eggs well and add flour.
4. Stir the mixture slowly adding buttermilk.
5. Add chopped nettles and stir again.
6. Heat the oil, dip the spoon into hot oil and immediately take out fritters and fry them until you get golden, ruddy rind.
