Borovnica i spirulina proteinski frape (Blueberry and spirulina protein frappe)

Sastojci: 150g smrznutih borovnica, 25g surutke u prahu vanila, 2 kašičice spiruline u prahu, 200ml mleka.

Priprema:

1. Stavite sve sastojke u blender i blendajte dok ne postane glatko.

Ingredients: 150g frozen blueberries, 25g whey protein vanilla, 2 tsp. spirulina powder, 200ml milk.


Preparation:

1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Frape od banane i borovnica (Banana and blueberry frappe)

Sastojci: 1 veca zrela banana, 200g borovnica, 350-400ml mleka ili mleka u prahu za bebe i 350-400ml vode, 1 kasika meda.

Priprema:

1) Bananu oljustiti i iseci na kolutove.

2) U ciniju staviti sve sastojke i usitniti stapnim mikserom dok ne postane glatko.

Kolac od borovnica i malina

Sastojci: 200g borovnica, 200g malina, 2 kasicice secera, 100g integralnog brasna, 50g ovsenih pahuljica, 60g gi putera ili margarin, 50g zutog secera, malo margarina.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati borovnice i maline sa secerom i stavite u pleh namazan margarinom.

2. Umesati puter u brasno. Dodati ovsene pahuljice i zuti secer. Dobro sjediniti.

Frape od visnje, borovnica i kelja (Sour cherry, blueberry and kale smoothie)

Sastojci: 250g visnji, 125g borovnica, 250g kelja (svezeg), 250ml kokosovog mleka (nezasladjenog).

Priprema:

1) U blendr staviti kelj i kokososvo mleko i usitniti dok ne posyane glatko.

2) Dodati visnje i borovnice i ponoviti.

Ingredients: 250g cherries, 125g blueberries, 250g kale (fresh), 250ml coconut milk (unsweetened).

Preparation:

1) Put kale and coconut milk in a blender and chop until smooth.

2) Add cherries and blueberries and repeat.

Uzina 1 - 1 banana + 14 badema.

Uzina 2 - 2 manje jabuke + 14 oraha.

Uzina 3 - 100g borovnica + 14 indisjkih oraha.

Snack 2 - 2 smaller apples + 14 walnuts.

Snack 3 - 100g blueberries + 14 cashews.

Spanac i visnja frape (Spinach and cherry frappe)

Uzina

Sastojci: 250g spanaca (svezeg), 250ml vode, 125g visanja (bez kostica), 65g jagoda, 125g borovnica, 1/2 banane, 1 kasika soka od limete.

Priprema:

1) U blender staviti spanac i vodu i usitniti.

2) Dodat visnje, jagode, borovnice, bananu i sok od limete i usitniti dok ne postane glako.

Snack

Ingredients: 250g spinach (fresh), 250ml water, 125g sour cherries (pitted), 65g strawberries, 125g blueberries, 1/2 banana, 1 tablespoon lime juice.

Preparation:

1) Put spinach and water in a blender and chop.

2) Add sour cherries, strawberries, blueberries, banana and lime juice and chop until smooth.

Vocni fil sa gustinom (Fruit filling with starch)

Sastojci: 500g voca (jabuke, kruske, breskve, kajsije, maline, kupine, borovnice, jagode), 3 kasike vode, 3 kasike gustina, 1 kasika ruma, 20g vanilina secera.

Priprema:
1) Voce ocistiti i iseci na sitnije.
2) U serpu staviti voce i dodati vodu, gustin, rum i vanilin secer. Povremeno mesajuci kuvati 10 minuta.

Ingredients: 500g fruit (apples, pears, peaches, apricots, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries), 3 tablespoons water, 3 tablespoons starch, 1 tablespoon rum, 20g vanilla sugar.

Preparation:
1) Peel the fruits and cut it into small pieces.
2) Put fruits in a bowl and add water, starch, rum and vanilla sugar. Stirring occasionally, cook for 10 minutes.

Nepeceni kremasti vocni kolac (No bake creamy fruit cake)

Sastojci: za koru - 300g mlevenog keksa, 190g margarina, 80g mlevenih oraha, 1 kasika ruma, za fil - 400g krem sira, 400g kisele pavlake, 100g secera u prahu, 2 kasicice soka od limuna, rendana kora od jednog limuna, 400g voca po zelji (jagode, kupina, maline, borovnice, itd.).

Priprema:
1) Pomesati keks, orahe, rum i rastopljeni margarin. Promesati. Masu rasporedite u kalup za tortu sa dnom koje se odvaja. Staviti u frizider da se ohladi. 
2) Umutiti krem sir sa secerom u prahu, sokom od limuna i korom limuna. Dodati kiselu pavlaku. Dobro sjediniti. Sipati smesu preko kore i ostaviti u frizider 3 sata. Kada se ohladi, preko staviti voce.

Borovnice sa medom protiv upale besike (Blueberries with honey against bladder inflammation)

Sastojci: 600g meda, 300g borovnica.

Priprema:

1) U staklenu teglu staviti borovnice i preliti medom. Promesati.
2) Ostaviti u frizideru 24 sata.
3) Uzimati tri puta na dan, pola sata pre jela.

Ingredients: 600g of honey, 300 g of blueberries.

Preparation:

1) In the glass jar put blueberries and pour honey. Mix well.
2) Leave in the fridge for 24 hours.

Sastojci: 500ml jogurta, 10 kockica leda, 1 kasika meda ili agava sirupa, 15-20 bobica aronije (sveza), 20 borovnica, 10 lesnika.

Priprema:
1. U blender staviti sve sastojke i blendati dok se ne sjedini i postane glatko. 

Ingredients: 500ml of buttermilk, 10 ice cubes, 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup, 15-20 aronia berries (fresh) , 20 blueberries, 10 hazelnuts.

Salata za upalu besike (Salad for inflammation of the bladder)

Sastojci: 3 sargarepe, 1 jabuka, 1 koren celera, 50g brusnica (svezih ili suvih), 50g borovnica (svezih ili suvih), za preliv - 2 kasike limunovog soka, 1 kasicica djumbira u prahu (ravna), 1 kasika meda.

Priprema:
1) Oljustiti sargarepu, koren celera i jabuku. Iseckati na kockice ili izrendati.
2) Pomesati sok od limuna, djumbir i med.
3) Pomesati sargarepu, jabuku, celer, brusnice i borovnice pa preliti zacinjenim sokom od limuna.

Ingredients: 3 carrots, 1 apple, 1 celery root, 50g cranberries (fresh or dried), 50g blueberries (fresh or dried), for dressing - 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2g ginger powder, 1 tablespoon honey.

Preparation:
1) Peel carrots, celery root and apple. Dice or shred.
2) Mix the lemon juice, ginger and honey.
3) Mix the carrot, apple, celery, cranberries and blueberries and pour with spiced lemon juice.

Borovnice u medu (Blueberries in honey)

Protiv upale besike.

Sastojci: 400g borovnica ili brusnice, 600g meda.

Priprema:
1) U teglu sipati borovnice ili brusnice. Dodati med i promesati.
2) Ostaviti u frizideru dan i noc.

Savet: uzimati tri puta na dan pola sata pre jela.
Napomena: mozete stavit pola borovnica a pola brusnice.

Anti-inflammatory bladder.

Ingredients: 400g blueberries or cranberries, 600g of honey.

Preparation:
1) In a jar put the blueberries or cranberries. Add honey and stir.
2) Leave in the fridge the day and night.

Sastojci: 150g borovnice, 150g brusnice, 150g malina, 150g jagoda.

Priprema:
1) U sokovniku iscedite sok od svih sastojaka.

Savet 1: ako vam je sok je dosta gust, mozete ga razblaziti sa malo vode.
Savet 2: umesto sokovnika mozete koristiti blender.

Napomena: sve sveze sokove koje napravite moraju se popiti u toku dana.

Predlog 1: mozete takodje napraviti za osteoartritis Sok od sargarepe, celera, ananasa i limuna.
Predlog 1: mozete takodje napraviti za osteoartritis Sok od jabuka, celera, kelja, persuna i djumbira.

Sastojci: 100g borovnica, 100g brusnica, 100g malina, 100g jagoda, 100g lubenice

Priprema:
1) U sokovniku iscedite sve sastojke.

Savet: ako zelite da razblazite ovaj sok dodati malo soka od lubenice.

Predlog: mozete napraviti takodje za povisen holesterol Sok od kelja, brokolija i lubenice.

Frape od brusnica i djumbira (Cranberry and ginger smoothie)

Sastojci: 200g brusnica (borovnica), 100ml soka od brusnice (borovnica), 300ml jogurta, 1 kasika meda, 1/2 kasicice djumbira, kockice leda.

Priprema:
1) U blender staviti brusnice (borovnice), sok od brusnice (borovnice), jogurt, med i djumbir. Izmiksati.
2) Sipati u case i dodati kockice leda.

Ingredients: 200g cranberries (blueberry), 300ml of cranberry juice (blueberries), 300ml buttermilk, 1 teaspoon honey, 1/2 teaspoon ginger, ice cubes.

Preparation:
1) In a blender put cranberries (blueberry), cranberry juice (blueberry juice), buttermilk, honey and ginger. Blend.
2) Pour into glasses and add ice cubes.

Petrova torta (Peter's cake)


Sastojci: biskvit, 500g krem sira, 6 kasika secera, 20g vanilin secera, 250g borovnica, 250g brusnica, sok od jednog limuna, 100g secera, 100g gustina, malo soka od borovnice ili brusnice (za biskvit), slag + malo borovnica i brusnica (za ukrasavanje).

Priprema:
1) Biskvit pripremiti po uputstvu i podeliti na dva dela.
2) Umutiti 250g krem sira sa 3 kasike secera i 10g vanilin secera.
3) Borovnice staviti u serpu, dodati sok od pola limuna, 50g gustina i 50g secera. Kuvati na srednjoj temperaturi dok se masa ne zgusne. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
4) Pomesati mesavinu krem sira i borovnica. Promesati.
5) Ponoviti korake od 2 do 4 sa brusnicama.
6) Sokom od borovnice ili brusnice natopiti malo biskvit, staviti fil sa borovnicama, zatim biskvit, opet natopiti malo sokom, staviti fil od brusnica, premazati umucenim slagom. Odozgo ukrasiti borovnicama i brusnicama.


Ingredients: biscuit, 500g cream cheese, 6 tablespoons of sugar, 20g vanilla sugar, 250g blueberries, 250g cranberries, juice of one lemon, 100g sugar, 100g cornstarch, a little blueberry juice or cranberry (for biscuit), whipped cream + a little blueberry and cranberry (for decoration).

Preparation:
1) Prepare biscuit by direction and divided into two parts.
2) Whisk 250g cream cheese with 3 tablespoons of sugar and 10g of vanilla sugar.
3) Place blueberries in a saucepan, add the juice of half a lemon, 50g cornflour and 50g sugar. Cook over medium heat until it thickens. Allow to cool.
4) Mix mixture of cream cheese and blueberries. Stir.
5) Repeat steps 2 through 4 with cranberries.
6) Soak a little buscuit with juice of blueberries or cranberries, spread filling with blackberries, soak a little buscuit with juice again, spread filling with cranberries,  decorate with whipped cream,  blueberries and cranberries.
