1) U serpici na srednjoj temperaturi pomesati sirce, supu, melasu, djumbir, biber, beli luk i vodu. Kuvati oko 15 minuta.

Napomene
- Većina kalorija dolazi iz meda, ostatak su minimalne količine iz balzamiko sirćeta i supe.
- Sos je praktično bez masti i holesterola.
- Natrijum zavisi od tipa i soli u korišćenoj supe.
Ingredients: 6 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 6 tablespoons of beef soup, 3 teaspoons of dark honey, 1/3 teaspoon of powder ginger, pinch of pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, 500ml of water.
Preparation:
1) In saucepan over medium temperature mix together vinegar, soup, molasses, ginger, pepper, garlic and water. Cook for about 15 minutes.

Notes
- Most of the calories come from honey, the rest are minimal amounts from balsamic vinegar and soup.
