Sastojci: za kore - 12 belanaca, 250g secera, 300g mlevenih oraha. za fil - 12 zumanaca, 150g secera, 200g cokolade za kuvanje, 250g margarina (sobne temperature), malo ruma.
Priprema:
1) Odvojiti belanca od zumanaca. U ciniji mutiti belanca mikesrom dok ne postane penasto. Postepeno dodavati secer i dalje mutiti. Kasikom dodavati po malo oraha i mesati.
2) U veliki pleh staviti papir za pecenje i sipati pola smese. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 20 minuta. Ostaviti da se ohladi pa iseci na dva dela. Ponoviti postupak za drugu koru.
3) Zumanca mutiti sa secerom. U serpicu sipati zumanca, staviti preko druge serpe sa vodom i kuvati na pari oko 20 minuta. Kada se smaesa ujednaci dodati cokoladu i nastaviti sa kuvanjem dok se cokolada ne otopi. Dodati rum i promesati. Ostaviti da se potpuno ohladi. Dodavati fil postepeno u margarin i mutiti mikserom. Fil podeliti na 4 dela.
4) Na tacnu redjati kora, fil, kora, fil, kora, fil, kora, fil.

3) Mx the egg yolk with sugar with hand mixer. Pour the egg yolk into a saucepan, place over another pot with water and cook for about 20 minutes. When the mixture is smooth, add the chocolate and continue cooking until the chocolate is melted. Add the rum and stir. Allow to cool completely. Add the mixture gradually to the margarine and mix with the mixer. Divid cream into 4 parts.
